"Listen up,"
Samuel
said to Saul
"The Lord
Almighty says
put those Amalekites
to death
the men, women,
children, infants,
cattle,
Spare Nothing!"
Saul set an ambush
everything the men despised
and saw as weak
they totally destroyed
but they spared
all the spoils.
The Lord came
to Samuel
"I grieve
making Saul king.
He's turned away from me."
all night,
Samuel cried out to the lord.
The next day,
Samuel met Saul
"The lord bless you."
Saul said.
" I've carried out
Gods command."
"What then is this
bleating of sheep
in my ears?"
"Soldiers, brought them,
they sparred the best
for the Lord,
but we killed..."
"Enough! Let me tell
you what the Lord
said. You were once
small in you're own
eyes, did you not
become the head
of Israel?
Why didn't you
obey the lord?"
"But I..."
"Because you've
rejected God
he has rejected
you as king!"
"I have sin."
Saul bow.
"I was afraid
of the people
so I gave in.
I beg for
forgiveness.
Please come back
with me
so I can worship
the Lord?"
"I Will not."
Samuel turned
to leave.
Saul caught
the hem
of his robe,
it tore.
"The Lords torn
the kingdom
from you
to one
better than you."
"Please honor me
before Israel."
"...Alright, but
bring me
you're prisoner,
that king of
the Amalekites."
Samuel said.
This king
saunter in
thinking
I got nothing
to fear.
the time of
bloodshed's over,
"Your sword
has made women
childless
so will you're
mother be."
Samuel put him
to death
and left.
