So…Here is where we find out what happened to Yuki before Don found here, here Yuki had an encounter with the BTAS Version of Scarecrow who for some reason has left Gotham City (And for the purposes of this story Gotham City is separate from New York City despite the fact that in the Campaign I'm playing the DM treats the two as one in the same. Been watching Jim Henson's Dog City Animated Series and really got me in the noir mood which is a genre I really like.

I remembered back to what happened like…It felt like only a few hours ago, but it could have been last night or heck even two nights ago, I have no idea how long ago I was out for out of it.

I was beginning the part of my Ninja Training where I was beginning to go out on missions to stop common criminals, note there the emphasis on COMMON criminals. We had heard some rumors that someone had moved into an abandoned warehouse on the East Side, something shady was going on, and Papa (Which is what I normally call my Sensei to his face) sent me to investigate.

If only I knew…

FLASHBACK

From the building across from the one the criminal was inhabiting I tried spying with my binoculars, but apparently the crook had installed some heavy shades on the windows so I could only see vague shadows, but from what I could see, he was bringing in furniture like a table, and he seemed to be mixing chemicals together…So this guy was probably brewing up drugs or something. I kept watching waiting for him to go to bed and I hoped he wasn't completely nocturnal and only slept during the day.

Fortunately he seemed to retire to bed around midnight.

I made my way over to the other building via a tightrope, I crawled through the window however as I was crossing over the criminal must have heard or saw something as he decided to return to his laboratory and wait in the dark until I came in, in hopes of an ambush.

In fact we waited right beside the window as I was coming in…

As he made his move and attempted to grab me as I was coming in, well you know the old saying 'Nervous as a Cat' as soon as felt a hand on my back I let out a cat-like screech which must have scared the heck out of him because he was clearly expecting a human and with my ninja mask concealing my face and the room being so dark, he had no way of knowing yet I was not yet human until I screeched like a feline.

We both jumped at the same time and became tangled up in each other…And in the confusion I grabbed onto his pants as I was falling and well…They came down with me.

I had just pantsed The Scarecrow.

But I think for the moment the fact his pants were currently down around his ankles was ignored because he had just noticed the long white tail sprouting from my rear end.

Without a sound he yanked off my mask while I still had the wind knocked out of me.

"My, my, my." He chuckled he was surprised because he was not expecting a creature like me, but he also seemed familiar with creatures like me…"I had heard rumors that Manhattan had discovered a recent plague of animalistic mutations, not unlike our Man-Bat or even Killer Croc…But I had dismissed those stories as typical tabloid drivel given the sorts of Newspapers I saw them in…"

He then grabbed me by my pony-tail which caused me to hiss in pain.

"Now I see there were more truth to those rumors than I realized…" He said as he examined me "He rubbed his chin as he inspected me "You are quite the fascinating creature…" He said "…If I could get you under my control you could be perfect for inducing Ailurophobia without the need of fear gas…Even though you are quite the pretty feline but I little makeover will soon remedy that…"

Now I didn't want to stay to find out if by giving me a 'makeover' he was just gonna make me up to look ugly like any Hollywood make-up artist or he was actually gonna MAKE me ugly by like scarring me and stuff.

Having gotten my bearings back quickly shoved him away as he was quite the weedy little nerd of a man we were actually pretty equal in size,

However this was just what he needed to give me the fear gas treatment with his signature fear gas spraying gloves

However he realized too late that when animals panic they become absolutely uncontrollable! I remember as the hallucinations began and I saw a Bone Demon from Papa's stories enter the room, I remember knocking the table over with all the chemicals on it in an attempt to fight the demon before running away…

And after that…I can't remember everything became a delirious haze of nightmares before going black.

Scarecrow getting pantsed is something I borrowed from a previous story, Yuki is really not a great Ninja is she? I would attribute that to not having any siblings to help her hone her skills against
