Christmas in Alaska
Chapter 27th
"And besides Cecelia, Shane's puppy is going to be delivered very soon. By the look of that snow falling I just hope that Santa Claus is going to be able to make it?" he alluded to having to be coy with his wife.
"If the owner of the shop tells you that he will be here in spite of the snow will be here in the first place?" Cecelia responded by bending over to kiss him on his cheek.
Exhaling for the moment after the kiss. "I don't wish to disappoint our son if the owner of the shop doesn't make it in time for Christmas?" Gibbs says with being hinged for the moment.
"He will be here nevertheless Jethro. I will leave you to check on Shane so that we can eat the Chinese food. Stay where you're at so that I can set up the table?" she comments with Gibbs watching her leave as he takes another look out the window with the ice pack falling off his right knee.
Not too far away from the cabin was the black truck delivery of the pitbull puppy, food, and the owner of the pet shop in the town of Naktok bay, Alaska.
He was driving slow with the road slick as a snowplow had come and gone on the road to head elsewhere to remove the amount of snow that had fallen.
Though it was tougher to be at the harbor for were Gibbs's boat GIBBS RULES was located and Tommy having to be living on his own boat was coming in from the harbor after doing a little bit of fishing to be successful for his dinner and friends from the village.
Moments later he arrives at Gibbs cabin, as he knocks on the front door with Gibbs to be opening the front door, with asking the owner to bring the back part of the truck to the door so that the both of them can move the cage inside to the living room with the fireplace blazing to warm up.
"Thank you for making it, Albert. I do hope that the road is not all that bad with the snowstorm?" Gibbs will ask him.
"It's bad enough Jethro, but I didn't wish to disappoint your son Shane for Christmas. Listen I need to get back to the shop before the storm gets worst," he tells him with getting into the front part of the truck to drive away from the cabin and back onto the snow-covered road back to town.
He called Cecelia to bring down Shane as he takes off the covering from the cage to show the most beautiful pit bull puppy he had ever seen in his life.
Cecelia saw the cage as Shane was being brought down by Madeline to be leaving in a few days to meet up with her own family in Hawaii for two months, while Alicia another agent will be taking over with the protection detail.
Shane was excited about his Christmas gift as his father tells him. "Daddy, it's a puppy?" he cries out with both his parents telling him the following.
"Listen, big man, you're not to pull her tail at any time, or else she will bite back and we don't want this to happen. Her name is Lucy Two and that is what she is to be called by you. Understand?" Cecelia needed to have said to her cute son at the moment and a stare from her father as Son gives the confirmation with the shake of his head.
Gibbs tells Cecelia that her biggest gift will be arriving tomorrow morning on Christmas day. "I can't wait!" she says with watching her husband open up the door to the cage to have the puppy running out to head for Shane making him laugh at the pitbull into his lap and kissing his cheek with his tongue.
"Daddy! please save me?" Shane cries out for help with the 25-pound pitbull being rough for the moment...
