Doctor Cyril Taft exhausted walked out of Gibbs's room in search of Doctor Gomez in regard to his quarters. He had made it to the nurse's station when the supervisor nurse Liam Nelson told him that she had the keys to the quarters at the opposite end of this floor.
"I will show you the quarters Doctor Taft. Doctor Gomez is in surgery with an emergency bypass on a 45-year-old patient," she tells him with taking the keys out of the draw in front of her.
She tells those there at the station that she will be back in 15 minutes. Doctor Taft walked behind the woman with a bounce in her step with blonde hair.
It didn't take all that long for when they reached a doctor's quarters now on two weeks vacation. Taking the key into the lock and opening with her turning on the lights. "Doctor there is a fridge with fresh drinks and food that we were able to place for you to have," she tells him with a hint of a smile. "I do hope that your friend is going to be alright?" she says with emotion before leaving him as he was carrying his two go-bags with walking inside to be really surprised.
He was liking these quarters as the three rooms were spacious and included a small shower. Taking a quiet look into the fridge to pull out a bottle of Budweiser beer to his liking. It was just too bad that his friend is unable to drink at this particular with his health issues with his body still recovering from the procedure and most of all the bruising from the debris.
Settling in with sitting down on the black leather small chair with sitting down with seeing the TV and remote as he grabs it with ease to see what was on TV at this late hour in the afternoon.
Though he was exhausted from the long flight. There was a breaking news report on the death of the NCIS undercover agent found dead in the desert killed by three bullets in the head.
This news report made him sicken with the news report. Looking at the time. He needed to take one of the go-bags to the bedroom to change into his black and white pajamas with washing his face grabbing the white terry cloth towel inside the bathroom.
After he had finished what needed to be done. He had been thinking about the NCIS undercover agent having been shot to death in the desert. Doctor Cyril Taft ever since he had saved Leroy Jethro Gibbs on the U.S.S. Daniel Webster six-plus years ago. He had always felt that his friend was self-destructive at times with the job.
But now that Gibbs is going to be retiring completely and with his moving to Alaska with his wife Cecelia and son Shane. He had told his friend that it was the best thing to happen to him in his life...
