Escape To BreezeClan

As they kept on walking to the borders of BreezeClan territory, Starlingpaw sighed and leaned up against Bluepaw. She wanted some of her warmth. There's a heavy wind. It comes through strong, even with the trees. Starlingpaw can't imagine what it's like for BreezeClan. But they have to keep moving.

When they finally reached the borders of BreezeClan's territory, the small group of cats all stopped and opened there jaws to scent the area. They didn't want to be attacked by any BreezeClan cats or any other Clan cats for that matter, they just wanted to find a safe place to stay. "Spottedleaf, are you sure this is a good idea? We are going to be in so much trouble if we get caught by a BreezeClan patrol." Starlingpaw meowed, staring up at her mentor with nervous amber eyes. Spottedleaf was about to open her mouth to say something, but someone else beet her to it. "What do we do if BreezeClan's leader doesn't let us stay?" Bluepaw meowed, staring nerviously up at Spottedleaf, who just flicked her tail and gave a soft sigh.

"I don't know, Bluepaw. I really don't know. I just hope Rosestar will let us stay, if she doesn't, then we must ask one of the other Clan's." Spottedleaf meowed, flicking her tail and staring into the thicket of dark trees. "Will we have to cross the Thunderpath to get to BreezeClan's territory?" Starlingpaw meowed, gulping nervously as she stared down at her paws. Spottedleaf nodded and brushed her tail over Starlingpaw's shoulder comfortingly as they slowly made there way across the Thunderpath.

Once the group of cats had all safely crossed to the other side of the Thunderpath, the eight of them slowly made there way through the gorse tunnel that served as the entrance to BreezeClan's camp. But before they could take another pawstep forward, they were stopped by two BreezeClan warriors. "Ha, what is a group of NightClan cats doing on BreezeClan territory?" A black she-cat hissed, her green eyes narrowing into slits as she flexed her claws, ready to fight if need be. "We want to speak with Rosestar." Starlingpaw meowed, raising her head and staring directly at the black she-cat, who nodded, and lead the way to Rosestar's den. Surprisingly, the older black and white molly was awake and was quietly talking with two other cats.

"Excuse me, Rosestar? I'm sorry to interrupt, but you have some visitors who wish to speak with you." The black she-cat meowed, ducking her head to Rosestar, who simply nodded her head. My eyes landed on the two other cats, one was a ginger-furred tomcat with wide emerald green eyes, and the other cat was a pretty dark tortoiseshell molly with kind amber eyes. "Thank you, Moonflower." Rosestar meowed, nodding her head to the black she-cat, who now had a name to match the face. Moonflower was a fitting name for her, it suited her well.

"Hello young ones, why have you come here?" Rosestar inquired, tilting her head to the side in curiosity and flicking her ears. "Well, you see... It's kind of a long story, Rosestar." Meowed Spottedleaf, digging her paws into the dirt and flicking her tail back and forth as she looked up at the BreezeClan leader. "Go on, we have time." The BreezeClan leader meowed, nodding her head for Spottedleaf to continue speaking.

The story took a few hours to tell and by the time Spottedleaf had finished explaining everything that had happened not only a few hours earlier, the BreezeClan leader's eyes narrowed into slits and she lashed her tail angrily.

"WHAT? Are you serious? Only the Clan leader has control over things like that!" Rosestar screached, digging her claws into the ground as she took a deep breath of air, after she had calmed down, Rosestar began to speak again. "Was Duskstar there when this was all taking place?" Rosestar asked, and we all shook our heads. Rosestar sighed and began to pace in circles, her tail still lashing and her forest green eyes were as cold as steel.

"All cats old enough to climb a tree, join beneath Highrock for a BreezeClan meeting!" Came Rosestar's yowl from the Highrock, they all stood to there paws and made there way outside. "Noble cats of BreezeClan, it has just been brought to my immediate attention that these Poor NightClan cats have left their Clan due to one of their apprentices being banished by NightClan's deputy." Rosestar meowed, and yowls of outrage rang out and some of the BreezeClan cats turned to stare at us with sympathetic gazes.

"Does Darkfeather have bees in her brain?" Came the angry yowl of a a jet black she-cat. "Why in the name of StarClan would she banish a newly named apprentice?" Moonflower yowled, lashing her tail and narrowing her eyes. "Yes, our mother has bees in her brain." Mistyfeather mewed, hissing and lashing her tail. "She's a crazy and power-hungry she-cat who has a grudge against young Starlingpaw, and for no apparent reason whatsoever. Starlingpaw and her mentor, Spottedleaf, were both banished from NightClan." Mistyfeather meowed, turning to look at both me and Nightsong as she spoke.

"Spottedleaf was NightClan's only medicine cat, and Starlingpaw is her apprentice." Rosepetal chimed in, flicking her tail at both Starlingpaw and Spottedleaf. "Darkfeather made a HUGE mistake, now they don't have a medicine cat to heal their wounds." Another BreezeClan cat yowled, Starlingpaw turned and stared at Spottedleaf with a horrified expression on her face, whoever that BreezeClan cat was, they were right, NightClan no longer has a medicine cat.

"These poor NightClan cats have traveled for long enough, these cats will stay here in BreezeClan where they will be safe and well cared for." Rosestar meowed, and all of the BreezeClan cats began cheering in excitement and with those final words, Rosestar ended the meeting and leapt down from the Highrock.
