Sup guys? Lighting Wolf here, back with another story. This one about Konosuba. Enjoy the 800-word chapter. I don't own Konosuba, Natsume Akatsuki and a few others own it.

Wolbach had a single way of preserving her life in the event she was defeated. Her body would spawn at a random location at the cost of all her energy. It would take an entire week to restore her energy.

"I must commend her for that victory." Wolbach said as she tried stood up. "An incarnationless explosion. She has truly surpassed me." Wolbach said with a smile.

She knew returning to the Devil King would result in her death, the man didn't allow failures at all. Wolbach knew her predecessor was no longer among the living.

Wolbach went to take a step before lapsing into unconsciousness. She heard footsteps towards her as the goddess grunted in pain.

(1 hour later)

Wolbach blinked as she yawned before suddenly sitting up.

"Holy crap!" Wolbach heard as she looked at the being next to her. She blinked in confusion.

The figure next to her wore much simple clothing then her. His cloak was tattered and worn by time and had gone from a vibrant red to a worn sliver. The pants he wore seemed to be rusty red, his shirt was a dark black, maybe from paint.

"WHO ARE YOU!?" Wolbach yelled as she went to use an explosion spell.

She was rewarded by sparkles of flames falling down around her. The man looked at her with shock.

"I-I'm Danno. I found you k-knocked out. I travel all over and thought you needed help." Danno said before Wolbach hummed and let out a nod.

"Well, I thank you for your support, but I must depart. My followers need me." Wolbach said as she stood up.

Wolbach then collapsed face first into the mud, Danno sighed.

"Glad your enjoying the mud bath." Danno said as he slowly stood up. His snow white shoes clinked on the dirt, freshly stolen from a noble who worked for the devil king.

Wolbach let out a sigh of annoyance. Her body was tired, even if she wanted to get up? Wolbach knew she wasn't going anywhere anytime soon.

"I require assistance from my followers… YOU WILL ASSIST ME!" Wolbach yelled at the top of her lungs.

Danno did nothing, blinking at her as Wolbach sighed.

"May you get me up?" Wolbach pitfully asked as Danno looked at her and sighed.

He walked over before helping the goddess to her feet and laying her on a log.

"You know your body is in bad shape, right?" Danno asked as he pointed at her legs. "One of your legs is broken along with your arm. I was working on splinting them so you could at least move.

"My leg…" Wolbach started to say before she got a hum from Danno who rolled his eyes again.

"Yes, leg broken. I fix leg." Danno said as Wolbach glared at him.

"I could easily kill you, commoner. I am a goddess." Wolbach stated and got a eyeroll once more.

"Goddess or not?" Danno asked as he leaned back on the rock. "Your going to die out here soon." Danno said, waving his hands back and forth.

"This place is out in the middle of nowhere. It's where people come from the ripped apart remains of kingdoms. I use it to scavage things to sell." Danno said as he stood up and started to walk away.

"WAIT!" Wolbach yelled before Danno turned to the wounded goddess.

"I want to amass more followers. You know this area, yes?" Wolbach asked to which she got a nod from Danno.

"Yes, you want to come with?" Danno asked and got a nod from her as he looked to the side.

"Hmm… No." He said to which the goddess dropped her jaw only for him to laugh.

"Ah, that's funny… Say please, I'll let you tag along." Danno said with a smile to which Wolbach's eyes twitched.

"I… PLEASE…" Wolbach hissed out with sheer venom in her tone. She was going to torture Danno into being her faithful servant when she got her magic back.

"Ok. Let's wait till night." Danno said as he sat down. "You need to rest your legs anyway. I wasn't done splinting them anyway. I mean, unless you want to have broken leg." Danno stated with a smile.

Wolbach screamed inside, she was going to torture Danno… SLOWLY, when her magic came back.

Phew, first chapter done! I want to point out Danno is very snarky and supposed to be the Kazuma and Wolbach the Aqua. There is more to Danno though. Next chapter will be in a few weeks and will show Danno and Wolbach talking to each other and bonding. Until then, Lighting Wolf out!
