Chapter 1: Celebrating Mineta Minoru's Birthday
Mineta had just woken up as he turned over to the night stand and grabbed his phone and had received many text messages from his friends.
They all wished him a "happy birthday" with birthday emojis and smiley face emojis.
Mineta smiled at the text messages as he replied back to them.
"Yo, thanks guys. Appreciate it." Mineta said.
"So dude, are you busy today?" Kaminari asked.
"Nah. I'm free. We'll let the babes handle saving people today. Hehe." Mineta replied.
"Really? So the birthday boy can get a day off while we have to go out and save people today?" Clover said.
"Yep.~ While you're at it, grab me and the boys some sake, will ya~? Thanks babe.~" Mineta said.
All of the girls left the chat.
"Hope you get tons of pieces of shits for your birthday, Mineta. That wasn't cool to say to our friends." Bakugo said.
"Yeah man. Just because it's your birthday doesn't mean you can be a jerk." Kirishima said.
Mineta only read the messages as he put his phone down and headed to the restroom.
"Hey guys, you go ahead and talk to the girls, we'll talk to Mineta." Kaminari said.
"Who's we?" Sero asked.
"Me and you. We're good friends with him. and we're going to teach our friend here a lesson." Kaminari replied to Sero.
"Alright man, meet me at his house." Kaminari said.
"You guys are the best. Good luck." Shoto replied to Kaminari and Sero.
"Thanks Shoto. Talk to you guys later." Sero said.
A few moments later, Mineta came out of the restroom and he checked his phone.
He read the messages as his eyes widened.
Then a few moments later, the doorbell ranged.
Mienta ran downstairs as he fixed his shirt and opened the door.
"H-Hey guys, what's up?" Mienta said.
"Yo. Can we come in?" Kaminari said.
"Of course. I have nothing to hide." Mineta said as he let his friends in.
Both Sero and Kaminari walked in as both stayed quiet.
"Here. You guys look thirsty." Mineta said as he handed his friends some sake.
"Thanks man, but can we talk?" Sero said.
"Yeah, it's kinda important." Kaminari said.
Mineta gulped as he sat down on the couch.
"What's up?" Mineta said.
"Dude, we really want you to respect the girls. They're our friends. They are more than just girls and their bodies." Kaminari said.
"Yeah, especially for my lovers. They're really upset." Sero said.
Mineta sighed, "So what do you want me to do?"
"Literally just apologize to them. Also change your ways. Girls will like you more if you treat them nicely." Kaminari said.
"Alright alright, I'll text them." Mineta said.
"Actually no, let's video call them. I'm pretty sure they're just hanging out and stuff." Sero said.
Mineta went to the girls' profiles.
"Let's call Clover and Mina." Mineta said.
"Alright, I let them know that you'll be calling." Sero said.
Mineta clicked on Mina's profile as he tapped on the 'video call' option.
The three waited.
"Yeah? What up?" Mina said.
"Hey love, got a minute? You and Clover?" Sero asked.
"Hey babe. Oh it's him." Mina said as she gave Mineta a glare.
"Yeah, we're kinda busy saving people." Clover said sarcastically.
Sero chuckled a bit.
"Clover. Mina, listen to me, I'm sorry for what I said. It wasn't my intention to offend y'all." Mineta finally said.
"Awww, thank you Mineta. And happy birthday, would you like anything?" Clover asked.
"Hmm? Not sure, but I'll let you know, I mean we're not doing much today." Said Mineta.
"Alright, we'll just surprise you then. And thank you for apologizing." Mina said.
"You're welcome." Mineta replied.
"And happy birthday! We'll come by a little later." Mina said.
"Alright cool. Thanks peeps." Mineta said.
Clover and Mina gave Mineta and Kaminari peace signs and blew kisses at Sero.
Sero did the same as he smiled.
"Bye my loves. See you later." Sero said.
Mina and Clover giggled as they both hung up.
"See? Was that so hard~?" Kaminari said as he playfully pinched Mineta's cheek.
"No. I mean they didn't seem so mad." Mineta said.
"They may have cooled off before you called them. Now I'll bring them back to the group chat while you keep apologizing to the others." Sero said.
"Alright. Let's call Momo and Jiro." Mineta said as he clicked on Momo's profile and clicked on the 'video call' option.
Momo answered as she looked at the camera and gave Mineta a small glare.
"Hey babe, look who's on the phone." Momo said.
Jiro came over as she gave Mineta a glare.
"Sorry, we can't come to the phone right now. We're busy saving people because that's what we do." Jiro said.
No one laughed. She wasn't being sarcastic.
"Jiro, Momo, wait. Let me say something real quick. I'm sorry for what I said. I really am. I was just trying to joke but I guess it backfired badly. I'll do better next time." Mineta said.
Both Momo and Jiro raised their eyebrows.
"He means it." Kaminari told them.
"Alright, we forgive you. And happy birthday." Jiro said.
"Yeah we forgive you, just don't say stuff like that again. Alright? Anyways, happy birthday. Is there anything we can give you?" Momo asked.
"Hmmm? Not sure yet but I'll text you. I'm not busy today." Mineta said.
"Alright, we'll come by a little later then. Have a good birthday." Jiro said.
"Thanks girls. Have a good day." Mineta said as he hung up.
"Good. I think Toru is next." Sero said.
"Can't we just text them? I mean they're all just in their homes playing the pocky game." Kaminari said.
"I got this, fellas. You may go ahead and help yourselves out with some snacks in the fridge or the cabinets." Mineta said.
"Alright. We trust you. Let's go Kaminari. Our grape boy got this." Sero said as he held onto Kaminari's wrist and helped him up.
"Alright. We'll be back in a jiffy, birthday boy." Kaminari said as he left with his friend to Mineta's kitchen.
Mineta clicked on the 'video call' option as Toru answered.
She answered, she was with Tsyu.
"Oh hey Mineta. What's up? Happy birthday." Tsyu said.
"Oh hey, thanks. Can I talk to you girls?" Mineta asked.
"You may, what's up? How's your birthday going?" Toru asked.
"Really good, thanks. Hey I'm sorry for what I said. I'll think before I speak next time." Mineta said.
"Oh? I'm not sure what you said that may have offended us but thank you for apologizing." Tsyu said.
"You're welcome. You're welcome to come by later. Me, Kaminari, and Sero aren't doing much. Just watching TV." Mineta said.
"Ooh sounds fun! We should play some games too." Toru said.
"Hey, good idea. If you have any games, bring them over!" Mineta said.
"Sure thing! We'll text you when we are on our way." Tysu said.
"Thanks gals. See you later." Mineta said.
Both Tsyu and Toru gave Mienta a peace sign as they hung up.
Mineta went to Uraraka's profile and clicked on the 'video call' option.
Uraraka was back at Izuku's house, making out with him.
She groaned as she pulled away and answered her phone.
"Sorry babe, hang on. Mineta's calling me." Uraraka said.
Izuku sighed as he put his hand on her waist.
Uraraka answered.
"Hello?" Uraraka said.
"Hey. Are you busy? Can I talk to you?" Mineta asked.
"Yeah, I guess. What's up?" Uraraka replied.
"I'm sorry for what I said. I really am. I'll think before I speak next time." Mineta said.
"Oh? Ummm, wow thank you! Can me and Deku come by later?" Uraraka asked.
"Sure! We can bring some snacks or some movies or games. Anything is fine. As long as it's fun for all ages." Mineta said.
"Wow! Okay! We'll text you." Uraraka said as she smiled.
"Awesome." Mineta replied.
"And happy birthday pal. We'll see you later." Izuku said.
"Thanks. Anyways see you all later." Mineta said as he hung up and went to Alice's profile.
Mineta gulped.
"Uh guys, me and Alice never spoke. I'm scared to call her." Mineta said.
"Don't worry about it. Just bring them all over." Sero said.
Mineta gulped as he accidentally pressed the 'video call' option on Alice.
"Dudes, I got like two more girls to call up to apologize. I'll bring them over after this." Mineta said as he didn't notice that Alice had answered her phone.
"You're doing really well too. Make sure you call up Tenra also." Kaminari said.
"You know I will." Mineta said.
"Hello! We can hear y'all talking shit!" Bakugo yelled out.
Alice laughed as she looked at Bakugo.
"Babe, relax. Mintea just probably accidentally butt dialed us." Kirishima said.
Mineta looked at his phone as he gasped.
"Whoa! Uhh hey Alice, what's up?" Mineta asked.
"Nothing. Just hanging out with Bakugo and Kirishima. What's up with you, birthday boy?" Alice asked.
Bakugo came up behind Alice as he gave Mineta a death glare.
"Ummm hey can I talk to you privately?" Mineta whispered to Alice.
"No. Better tell her what you have to say in front of me and my babe too." Bakugo said.
Alice stayed quiet as she blinked her eyes at Mineta.
Mienta gulped as he sighed.
"Alice, I'm sorry for what I said. I didn't mean to offend you and our friends. I'll do better." Mineta said.
Alice smiled as she nodded. "Thank you, Mineta. And happy birthday. Are you doing anything?"
"Just waitin' for the others to come by." Mineta said.
"Cool! We're coming over too!" Kirishima said.
"What!? I don't want to go to that pervert's house! He could have some weird hentai or some other weird shit hiding under his bed!" Bakugo said.
Alice just laughed as she shook her head to Mineta.
Mineta covered his mouth as he blushed deep red and laughed quietly.
"Nah, don't think that, babe.~ He could have some cake and ice cream. Mineta we're coming over!" Kirishima said.
"Cool! See then." Mineta said as he waved at Alice.
Alice smiled as she gave him a peace sign and hung up.
"Okay one more. My babes are almost here." Sero said.
Mineta went to Tenra's profile and called her up.
Tenra answered with her dragon wings as she was doing sits up.
"What's up?" Tenra asked.
"Hey. Oh,are you busy? I can call you back." Mineta said.
"I'm free, just working out a bit with Shoji and Sato." Tenra said.
"Cool! I just wanted to tell you I'm sorry for offending you today. I hope you're okay. I'll do better." Mineta said.
"Thank you. I forgive you. Can we come over? If you're not so busy?" Tenra asked.
"Sure! Clover and Mina have arrived." Mineta said as he watched his friend Sero gave his lovers hugs and kisses.
"Cool! We'll be on our way." Tenra said.
"Awesome, thanks!" Mineta said as he hung up and got up.
"Hi Mineta! Happy birthday! Here you go." Mina said.
"Wow, thanks. You didn't have to bring me anything. Just some snacks." Mineta said.
Clover and Mina giggled.
"I brought the snacks over! And my ipod so we can blast off some music!" Clover said happily.
"Awesome, you can go right ahead and plug it in on my speaker." Mineta said.
Clover smiled as she did so.
The doorbell rang again as Kaminari answered.
"Yo! Come on in." Kaminari greeted Jiro and Momo.
"Thank you. Wow Mineta, your house is nice. I love the light purple paint on the walls." Momo said.
"Huh? Oh hey! Thanks. I'm actually going to repaint it again. Want to help me with that soon?" Mineta asked.
"Sure! I mean we get bored since we're out of school so we don't mind." Jiro said.
Mineta gave them a thumbs up.
Izuku and Uraraka arrived as they waved at Mineta.
"Hey Mineta. Happy birthday!" Izuku said.
"Thanks! Come on in. There's plenty of room.
Bakugo arrived as he entered with Kirishima and Alice.
"Yo! Happy birthday, Mineta!" Kirishima called out.
"Thanks! Come on in, there's plenty of room and snacks." Mineta said.
"Come on Bakugo, let's just stay here for a while, then we'll go home. Please~?" Alice begged, giving Bakugo the puppy eyes.
"Tch, fine, but he does any funny business with you. Scream at me." Bakugo said.
Alice giggled as she followed him and hugged her friends, Mina and Clover.
Toru came with Ojiro, Shoto, Iida, Aoyama, and Koda.
"Mineta! Happy birthday~!" Aoyama said.
"Hey, glad you guys could make it! Come on in!" Mineta said.
"Thanks! Hey girls!" Toru said.
"Hi!" All the girls said to Toru.
Tenra came in with Shoji, Tokyoami, and Sato.
"We're here. Hope we're not too late?" Tenra asked.
"Nope. The party just started. Come on in. Oh and thanks for the gifts." Mineta said.
"Welcome. I'll just set them here by the windows." Tenra said.
"Mineta, I don't see a cake. Can I bake it?" Sato asked.
"Sure! Add anything that's purple related.~" Mineta said.
"You betcha!" Sato said as he headed to the kitchen.
Everyone ate some candy, smoked some weed or vape and danced to Clover's playlists.
"Mineta really knows how to throw a party." Kirishima said.
"Tch, if he wasn't such a damn perv, he would've been popular a long time ago." Bakugo said.
"Babe, there's nothing wrong being a perv. I mean yeah it's problematic, but as long as we keep our limits under control." Kirishima said.
"He knows better. He only apologized cause weird arms and dune face told him too." Bakugo said.
"Yeah, but I'm sure Mineta will change for real. Give him a chance for me, please babe?" Kirishima begged as he gave Bakugo the puppy eyes.
Bakugo looked at his lover as he bit his lips.
"Damn it! Not you too! What is up with you and Red Witch giving me the puppy eyes today!?" Bakugo said.
Kirishima laughed as he laid his head on Bakugo's shoulder.
"Fine. I'll give him one more chance. But if any of our girls comes to us that Mineta made them feel uncomfortable, he's done. No questions asked." Bakugo said.
"Alright babe, alright." Kirishima said as he gave Bakugo a kiss.
Bakugo closed his eyes as he calmed down and kissed Kirishima back.
Sato had the cake in the oven as it was baking.
"So, do you want to be a baker when we got out of high school, Sato?" Tenra asked.
"I sure do! I mean I can be a baker and a hero at the same time, right?" Sato asked.
"You can. I want to be a teacher. I want to teach kids that it's okay to be quirkless, and that you can keep believing in yourself until it comes to you." Tenra said.
"You know what, I agree, Tenra. Oh it's done. Want to help me frost it?" Sato asked.
"Sure! I mean Mineta seems a little busy right now." Tenra said.
"Good! Here. He wants it purple, let's add sprinkles on it too." Sato said.
Tenra smiled as they both frosted the cake.
When they were done, Tenra asked Clover to blindfold Mintea so they could surprise him.
Clover grabbed a headband as she used her quirk to pull Mineta close to her a bit.
"Huh? Whoa, hey- Who- Hey!" Mineta wasn't able to see who pulled him close to them.
"Sorry hon, you were so busy talking to your friends that I didn't want to interrupt. So I pulled you over here." Clover said as she blindfolded Mineta.
"I see, you can tap on my shoulder next time. I won't yell at you." Mineta said.
"Thanks, I'll remember next time." Clover said as she tightened it and nodded at Tenra and Sato.
Sato sat the cake down on the round table as Shoto used his fire quirk to light up the candles.
"It's warm here." Mineta said.
"Go ahead and take off your blindfold." Kaminari said.
Mineta did so, he saw the cake that had candles on it.
Everyone is surrounded by him as they sing him "happy birthday" to Mineta.
Mineta looked at everyone, back at the cake, and back at his friends as he cried a bit.
Mineta smiled as he looked at the candles and blew them out.
Everyone clapped and cheered.
"Awesome man! Who's cutting the cake?" Kirishima asked.
"I'll do it! Last time Clover cut the cake, everyone got big pieces." Iida said.
Clover laughed, "Ooops~!"
Everyone giggled as they lined up getting their piece of cake.
Mineta smiled at everyone.
"Thanks for coming again you guys." Mintea said.
"We wouldn't miss it for the world, pal." Izuku said he smiled.
Everyone sat either in the living room or the kitchen as they ate their cake and drank some soda.
Mineta headed outside to eat his cake in private. But of course, Kaminari snuck outside to sit by his friend.
"Still feeling shitty huh?" Kaminari asked his friend.
"Yeah kinda. I just wish I can make good jokes and be more sarcastic like Clover does." Mineta said.
"You can. Just keep practicing." Kaminari said.
"Kaminari, is it wrong to be a pervert?" Mineta asked.
"Yes and no. It's fine to feel that way but there are some limits. To cope with it, just- well you know." Kaminari said.
"I mean I still buy dirty magazines." Mineta said.
"That's fine, just look at those pictures and do your business." Kaminari said.
"Alright. It's just been a while since I've done it. That's all." Mineta said.
"No biggie. Anyways, everything will be okay. Can we all sleep over?" Kaminari asked.
"If they're all okay with it and free tomorrow then sure." Mineta said.
Kaminari smiled as he and Mineta got done eating their cake.
"Want another piece?" Kaminari asked.
"Later." Mineta said as he drank all of his sake.
"Mineta….also…." Kaminari stood up as he gave his friend a hug.
Mineta looked at his friend and hugged him back.
"Happy birthday, grape boy.~" Kaminari said.
"Thanks so much, man." Mineta said.
The two headed back inside as they played games, danced to some music, ate more cake, had ice creams, and candy till they all passed out.
