Blink. Another blink.
"Is it already morning?" She said without waking up from her bed. Ah, she didn't have Ministry's job today, yet she wake up very early again. The sound of wing flapping caught her ear. Her head turned to source the flapping sound. A large and fluffy moth, by a normal standard, with three crowns on top of its head lazily flying towards her. The moth has some kind of love-shaped black splotches on its face.
"M'ning Radi." She rose from her comfortable bed.
"Morning, Rina." The large moth replied. The moth now sitting comfortably at her head. "You up early today. Did you have work at Ministry?" The moth asked.
"Nah, just feel like it, I guess. Is Ghost is still sleeping?" She turned her head towards her familiar. The said familiar is still sleeping, with their slumped to the front. They are sleeping on the bench crafted specifically to accommodate their small stature.
"Yes, my idiot master still sleeping." The moth said while a small blade formed above the moth. The blade with the size of Katarina's finger zoomed from above the moth's head towards her familiar.
"Radi, that not very nice." She chastised her familiar's familiar. The blade hit her familiar, causing them to be jerked awake.
"No need to worry too much. My master can take it. They are Lord of Shade after all." The moth reasoned.
"I can't change your mind, can I?" Katarina says as she gets out from her bed. She walked towards her familiar and grabbed them. Ghost didn't protest as they got carried in Katarina's arm.
"Yep." The moth said cheerfully as all three of them now headed towards the kitchen.
Radiance watched the Lord of Shade's master as she cooked some food for herself, she called it breakfast if she remembers correctly. How this girl bends something like the Shade Lord under her will is something she never understands.
It has been a month since she got reborn here, in this world, after she got consumed by the Shade Lord at Pantheon of Hallownest.
The land here is filled with being that called themselves human. The humans are big with exception of the larva one, but even the larva one is bigger than the current her. There are bugs here as well, but the less intelligent kind. The bug here is smaller than their Hallownest counterpart and they relied on their instinct just like before that Pale Wyrm come to Hallownest. Then there is the Feathered Evil, her archenemy in this world. Why did all her enemies try to eat her!?
She watched as Katarina or Rina as what she liked to be called, conjured the Infection. The orange liquid materializes from her finger towards the glass until it is full. Then she prepared the food for both Radiance and Ghost, the Shade Lord. Crunchy mulberry leaves mixed with thyme and rosemary for her. Mixed fruits for Ghost. The food is called pancakes and the Infection byproduct...as a drink for Rina.
Fanta is what Rina called her byproduct of Infection. She doesn't know why Rina would drink the Infection willingly, but when she asked Rina about it, she said it just taste like carbonated orange. How one could taste color?
Regardless, when she tasted it, it's actually quite tasty. Even Ghost liked it. It's tastes like pointy water and orange. She only found out what orange is. It's not a color, but instead a fruit. Well, one mystery is solved. The only remaining mystery is what is Fanta!?
Well, her life in this new world is good enough for her. In Hallownest, she had a sentient tribe of a moth she created herself that forgot about her in favor of the Wyrm. She forgives them, but she will never forget about their betrayal. Here, she has no tribe to govern, so she has so much free time on her wings. Though she did want to have her own child, to care not to like how she care for her Moth Tribe before. Although she must do the nasty with normal, male moth if she wants to have a child of her own, as she cannot just Dream them into existence anymore. Not in her current state.
Her life now consisted of just following Rina around, eating, practicing her old and new spells, tasting her ability and improving them, more eating and sleep. Occasionally she becomes a messenger for Rina's friend if she gets in trouble. Honestly! She never saw another being that gets kidnapped regularly like Rina. And as Rina lacked the self-preservation instinct that she shared with the Shade Lord, she has appointed as both Rina and Ghost's watcher by her parents and friends.
Today, Rina gets kidnapped again, but this time by one of her friends. The Third Prince, hmm?
Flying towards Rina's adopted little brother who is currently on the verge of panicking, she informed him. After hearing who's the culprit, he stormed away, searching for the Third Prince, but not before thanking her for help locating her master's master.
Yep, life is good.

They share power in this order.
Radiance could only use her power but with an added element, not just Dream/Essence.
Ghost could use Infect other using Void, turning others to become their puppet. They also could use materializing blade ability of Radiance. Can teleport in short distances as well. Could use the added element as well.
Katarina can use all the previously mentioned abilities. She also can now use her Dirt Bump in a different element. Namely Essence and Void. She can use all spells Ghost learned on Hallownest, every charm Ghost had, and every ability Ghost and Radi have. She can summon the Infection byproduct. Apparently, it tasted just like Fanta. Could reanimate the dead as well but she doesn't have to know that. She can't control someone's dream but she can control her own. And yes, could use added element in her spell. She's basically a god now. Not that everyone including her knows about that. Only animal and know.
All their spell is casted using Katarina's mana that turns into Soul for Katarina and Ghost, and Essence for Radiance.
Side note in a side note:
As Shade Lord, I decided Ghost doesn't have Void tentacles, only arms. Only the Knight on Dream No More ending has one. How can I write Ghost x Katarina, without tentacles?
