It didn't take long for the pine twins to find adventure, especially in a place like gravity falls. Even as they slowly turned 16 they still loved their summers that were full of mystery. This morning Dipper had thought to go on a hunt for the hide behind once more, still not convinced it was just a tall tale, and Mabel came along with him.

"This is perfect! I'm sure he's out here" Dipper said excitedly before composing himself

Mabel laughed "you've been after him forever"

"Practice makes perfect" he recited like his parents always told him.

Dipper and Mabel winded along the forest creating their own path but it didn't take long before Mabel got distracted by a butterfly and Dipper wondered off head in his remake version of his grunkle Fords old journal.

"Why hello there" Mabel said to the butterfly. It was a beautiful rustic yellow with black splatters, and it seemed to always wait for her before it flew farther away. Finally it flew to high for her to fallow and she was forced to look up and realize she had gone to far from her twin.

"Dipper?" She looked around confused as to how she had gotten so consumed with the butterfly.

"Dipper!" She repeated walking around realizing he was probably too far away and the only one person who really knew this forest by heart.

"Dipper..." she repeated one last time her hope vanishing slowly as she continued to walk. The sun was setting and she knew she had to have at least walked for a few hours.

"Well well well if it isn't shooting star!"

She turned on her heels as quickly as she could, freezing as she witnessed a familiar triangle. "Bill..."

"Well I would have thought you would have been more happy to see me given you're here all alone... but if you'd rather be stuck here for the wolves to eat be my guest" he turned around glancing behind his back acting as if ready to leave knowing what she would say

"W-why are you here?" She asked confused as to why he would show up out of the blue with no explanation, even though she was sure he was defeated years ago.

"I can't resist a possible deal, now can I?" he asked, most likely grinning like the Cheshire Cat if he had a mouth, instead his eye did a pretty good job of that.

Mabel shivered "I'm not making any deals bill" she said the last bit harshly.

"Oh I don't know about that shooting star. Here you are either going to freeze and starve to death orbe eaten by wolves, oh and pine tree! He's in a fair amount of trouble himself you see the wolves can be quite vicious" he chuckled

Mabel turned a little pale "where's dipper?"

"A little busy with my friends at the moment"

"Your lying" she replied stone faced "I'm sure dippers fine"

He shrugged and snapped his fingers "see for yourself..." he displayed a mirror-like object which showed dipper. Dipper was on the rocky ground, panting hard. Wolfs were circling him, and one lunched. He rolled to the side but wolf managed to claw his shoulder blade making crimson red blood drip down.

Mabel gasped, clenching her fists. "Where. Is. He?" She asked bill, now desperate.

"Now now shooting star I came for a deal and a deal I'll get now do you want to save him and yourself or have him die and you be left to perish?" She question was obviously one sided. She had no choice.

"And what do you want?" She said hurried as her brother was facing more attacks by the second.

He pretending to think about it. He already knew what he wanted, after all this has been carefully planned. "You" he replied simply, chuckling at her expression, her face had paled and her mouth hung open.

"W-what?!"

"You heard me"

"But why?!Why that!"She stared shocked into stillness

"Well you see... most Demons in my realm have been doing a trend, if you must. Most have started bringing home 'pets' mortal wife's, and why shouldn't I have one? Also the bonus of removing you from the circle that could destroy me and using you for my biding. Quite simple really."

Mabel tried to take this all in but knew she was running out of time, more importantly so was her brother.

"So do we have a deal?" Bill asked as he heals his hand close to her face, blue flames erupted over it.

Mabel hesitated still could she be tied to this demon, there could be good in everyone but he was already given chances. but what about dipper? She thought

"Maybe it would be easier for you in this form..." he retreated his hand and snapped his fingers transforming into a humanoid version of his once triangle self. His hair was golden, shaggy and short with hints of natural black roots. His skin was a pale color and still only one eye showed, the other covered in a triangle eyepatch. He was wearing a Rustic golden suit with a black bow tie, black gloves, long black pants, and ties it off with his famous black top hat. He held his cane with his other hand, not used for striking deals. He certainly had a sense of style and dramatics.

Mabel gawked

He smirked at her reaction and held his now human hand back out again. "Now do we have a deal" he said with some obvious annoyance in his voice that it was taking so long.

"A-and you'll save and heal dipper?" She asked wanting to make sure.

"Why of course"

She paused but knew her brother needed her. For dipper she thought as she laid her hand in Bills. The fire didn't burn her like she thought.. it was oddly cold. "Deal" she said her voice shaky, but solid.

Sealing the deal He grinned, grabbed her and teleported both of them to where dipper was, a wolf on top of him ready to tear at him. Bill dropped Mabel and leaned against a tree a usual watching the scene.

"Dipper!" She called he looked at her but his attention was back to the wolf as it snarled. "Help him Bill, we made a deal." Mabel said rather harshly.

"True, but I never said when I would help little ol' pine tree"

Mabel gritted her teeth obviously upset. "Help. Him." She demanded seeing as the wolf was getting ready to complete its attack

"Ehhh" he said as if he was bored

"Please" at this point she was on her knees begging with pleading eyes.

He rolled his eyes but snapped his fingers making the wolfs disappear before them right as the wolf had jumped for dipper.

"Thank you" she muttered getting up and running to dipper tackling him with a hug.

"Mabel I'm so sorry you must have been so scared!" He squeaked as she tackled him.

"It's-" Mabel started but rough hands pulled her back as she hit a body as hard as bricks. Bill hoisted her still small body, compared to his at least, to his side.

"Have you forgotten our deal already?" He asked giving a pointed look at her left hand. She glanced and gasped, she probably would have fallen if bill wasn't holding onto her so tight. On her finger sat a little ing. It had a black band with a yellow triangle that held a star in between its hands at the center. It was symbolic and she knew it. She belonged to him...

"Never forget who you belong too" he said in her ear smirking at her reaction to the ring, but keeping his tone harsh.

"What-" dipper started staring at the two.

Mabel looked at him, and as promised he was healed. 'It's fine, you'll be ok, I will too' she mouthed at him.

With that bill cackled and snapped his fingers teleporting them to his realm.

she's really gone... dipper thought staring at where she had been moments ago.
