Chapter 1;
first ever story so please be kind to me,
I do not own Harry Potter sadly.
It was a normal quiet day at Hogwarts for the golden trio, they were all sat in the great hall eating their breakfast when Harry pushed his plate away and got up from his seat saying "right I'm off to go get my broom and have a fly about before DADA starts don't wait for me I'll meet you there guys." both Ron and Hermione looked up and nodded in approval,
Harry walked briskly through the school till he got to the quidditch pitch grabbed his broom from where it was kept and started to fly about he was soaring high and enjoying the cooling breeze on his whole body,
he done this for a while when he realised the time and quickly came back down to earth and put his broom away again and grabbed his bag off the ground and rushed to the Difense Against the Dark Arts class room and got there just in time,
this was just a normal dada lesson that past by rather quickly, when all of a sudden as the class was leaving they could hear Dumbledore's voice coming through the speakers telling all the fifth year students to get to the great hall immediately,
when they all got there, they were all talking in hushed whispers wondering what they were going there for when Dumbledore came up on his podium and raised his hands and they all went silent for the headmaster to speak,
"I have brought you all here today to inform you all that you are now of age to find your soul mate and you can now cast this simple spell to tell you all whom your soul mate is do this whenever you feel fit," Dumbledore says as a spell shows up behind his head floating in mid-air,
"but please remember that if you soul mate happens to be not of age as yet then you will not get anything and will have to cast it again next year," Dumbledore finishs and walks out of the hall and left the students to dicide if they wanted to cast the spell or not,
Harry looked around and he seen Hermione cast the spell and got shown Ron's name, he seen Pansy casting her spell and got Seamus' name, she had a face that looked as though she had been fit by a wet fish but as soon as their eyes meet they both went running to eachother and they looked like it was love at first sight,
Most of the other women cast the spell but harry didn't bother not wanting to cast it to find out that his mate was not in his year and have to wait another whole year to find out,
a few hours go by and Ron and Hermione were walking around arm in arm, occasionally kissing each other not wanting to be apart from each other, Hermione pulled Harry aside and asked "How comes you haven't cast the spell or do you think Ginny is your soul mate and want to wait till next year?"
"No it's not that mione, I don't know if I want to find out just yet" Harry replied as he put his hands in his pockets and was about to leave and go to dinner when Hermione grabbed his arm and pulled him back,
"Harry please do it Ron would be so happy if you were Ginny's soul mate he already considers you a brother this would just make it official to him," she pleads with Harry when he looks around to make sure no one is around or in ear shot when he whispers "Mione I don't know how to say this but I'm gay." Hermione was taken aback a little then she composed herself and said "Ok as long as your sure how come you never told me this Harry you know nothing could change how I see you or anything your like a brother to me,"
Harry was a bit happier about the fact that he not only got that off his chest to her but also that she accepted him for it,
"Soooooooo will you please cast the spell now I really think you should know who it is" Hermione said again with a smile on her face Harry shock his head and walked away to go to the great hall for dinner he ate rather quickly and then quickly left the hall and walked to the room of requirements to be alone for a moment,
"Ok then Harry let's find out who our soul mate is," Harry says to himself he grabs his wand out of his pocket and cast the spell when none other then the blonde haired grey eyed slitherin's name showed up
Harry shocked and blushed slightly with a small smile on his lips "Draco...oh no how am I going to go about this now?"
Harry stood up and sent a fire message to Draco asking him to meet him in the room of requirements, a few moments go by and Draco shows up and looks Harry in the eyes and says
"What did you call me here for Potter?"
"Well Malfoy. I done the spell that Dumbledore showed us and it turns out your my soul mate." Harry said quickly as he had always had a crush on Draco since their first year and he hopped the slitherin wouldn't be pissed off and would actually want to be with him,
Draco had a smile pulling at the side of his lips he moved closer to Harry as his smile grew bigger and more sexy his grey eyes sparkling, and when Draco was right in front of Harry's face, he whispered "I know I done it myself earlier I'm glad as I've always liked you as more then a friend for a long time."
"What? are you serious? I'm glad to hear that Draco, but what are we going to do now though as I'm sure no one knows your gay as no one does with me" Harry said with a blush on his face and a big smile on his face to match Draco's,
"Thats the first time you've called me Draco you know that? and I don't really care what anyone think Harry as were soul mates it's not as if we could choose who it is," Draco said as he leaned in and kissed Harry's cheek
"And that's the firs time I've heard you call me Harry," he gave Draco a kiss on the lips "I'm very glad you don't care what others think"
Draco kissed Harry back and it started to get heated but Draco pulled away and they both had big cheesy smiles on their faces when they both turn to leave the room of requirements Draco turned around to Harry and said slightly worried "What are we going to do about Ginny as she has the biggest crush on you I think I've ever seen and you need to be careful that she doesn't try to slip you a love potion,"
Harry looked confused at Draco and said "Wait would that do anything since I know who my soul mate is? plus I don't think she would try to do that...she's not that desperate,"
Draco shock his head still with a small smile on his face and took Harry by the hand and lead him out of this room of requirements and they walked down the dungeon so Draco could tell his god father Snape the great news.
