After almost dying with his fight with Naruto, his wounds are being treated here in the Konoha Hospital, much to his surprise as he never thought that he will be back here after years, now, he is sitting under a tree, as advice by everyone that he get some fresh air. The thing is Sasuke feels like he's playing a staring game with the kid that just stands in front of him. He feels weird with the little attention given to him, he doesn't know how to interact with anyone on his age, let alone a child. Is she not scared?
He nods at the kid, not really sure what to do or what to say, nodding is the best he can do to acknowledge the presence of the kid in front of him. But she won't stop staring at him. What's wrong with her? What's wrong with him. He needs to try at least talk to this kid, if not he feels he's going to melt with all the staring given to him.
"Uhm… are you lost?" the kid's eyes widen, mouth open, and she lets out a gasp. Did he say something weird? He looks at the kid, confused, so confused. The kid started to move towards him.
"W-why do you keep looking at S-Sakura-san?" the kid stammer with her question. Sasuke is taken back by the kid's question, does he really keep looking at Sakura? Is it that obvious? He tries to play it normal.
"Sakura-san?"
"Yeah, the pretty doctor over there with the pretty pink hair!" the kid points at Sakura who is surrounded by other kids, asking her to play with them, she's in her scrubs with her hair tied to a ponytail. He took at glance at her again.
"You're doing it again!" Sasuke looks at the kid, emotion nonexistent from his face.
"Why do you keep looking at Sakura-san?" he now knows that this kid won't stop asking about his reason.
"I think… her hair is really pretty," he took at glance at her again, unaware of the little hint of blush that spreads in his cheeks to his ears whenever he looks at her. The kid smiled at his reaction.
"She is very pretty!"
