A/N: Don't mind the long introduction about Rachel's Powers, I'm trying to make this like an action movie or something, with special guest stars from my other favorite TV shows. Now onto the introduction of Rachel Powers.
Rachel Barbra Berry was just your average teenage girl, always on time for class but when Rachel is struck by lightning on her way home from school, she is granted powers changing the high schooler's life forever. With her newfound powers, Rachel protects Lima as the lady of Lima/ Phenix. But She also has her own life to live too.
Rachel is fearless (sometimes) when it comes to her friends and family, she's always there when her friends need her. After being abundant by her fathers and Mothers, Rachel deiced to change her ways and personality. She no longer wears the aminals sweaters nor does she sing.
Terri Schuester ex-wife of William Schruester finds Rachel laying on the sidewalk blood forming around her small Frame and Decides to bring the girl back to her mansion to fix her up. After finding out about Rachel's powers Terri becomes the hero's mentor but most importantly she becomes Rachel's new Adoptive Mother.
Santana Lopez is the girlfriend of Rachel, and one of the main ex bullies that treated Rachel Badly in freshman year. Santana didn't like Terri at first but seeing the way she treats her Girlfriend Santana decided to give the nurse a chance.

Laser Vision: The user can shoot Red beams from the user's eyes.
Weakness: Whenever she gets too upset or angered.
Fire/Heat Vision: Generate beams of fire from eyes.
Weakness: Anger.
Empathy: Feel and understand other people's feelings and emotions.
Weakness: Too many emotions clouding the user's head at a time.
Pain Infliction: The user can cause their Enemies pain by either touch or mind.
Flight: Fly high in the air and move at will.
Super Strength: the ability to have and exert a level of physical strength much greater than that of a normal person.
Weakness: Anger.
Sonic Scream: generate vocal sounds of a higher amplitude than a normal human.
Weakness: Fear or surprise.
Molecularkinesis/Telekinesis: This allows users to have control of physical forces and move objects and people of a certain number, size, speed, and weight with their mind and will.
Weakness: Loss of focus.
Super Intelligence: to have an intellect even above those at genius-level.
Force Field: to create a barrier of energy around oneself or an object.
Pyrokinesis: allowing a person to create or control fire with their mind.
Weakness: Anger
SuperSpeed: to run at inhuman speeds, even past the speed of sound (Mach 1).
Laser Weapon Generation: allowing the user to create weapons made of light/energy.

Skilled swordsman: Rachel taught herself how to use a sword like an expert at a young age.
Skilled Gunman: At a young age Rachel took Hiram's gun, and told herself how to use It.
Skilled Marshal Artist: At the age of 7 Rachel started to watch videos about Marshal Arts.
Skilled Hacker: Rachel hacked into the school system and fired her mother after she pushed her over the edge.
Guitarist: Rachel learned how to play the guitar when she was alone in the choir room.
Dancing and singing: She was childhood best friends with Mike and Brittany back when they were little.
Skilled mechanic: Rachel learned how to fix cars when she was strolling through TV stations.
Skilled Builder: Rachel knows how to build anything out of strash.
Skilled Scientist: Rachel used to practice with her old chemist set.
Unpredictability: It is difficult for anyone to know what the user will do at any given moment.
Master acrobat: Rachel was told how to become an Acrobat by some friends she meet off the streets.
Staff mastery: Rachel knows how to use a bo staff with ease, even when she blinded folded.
-Weaknesses:
Anger: When Rachel gets too angry her powers will start to go haywire to the point where she can't sometimes control them.
Jealousy: When Rachel gets jealous she will use her powers to harm anyone *cough* Puckerman. *Cough*
Fear: Rachel is known to be a fearless person but when she does show signs of fear, Rachel will hideaway.
Evil Her (Dark Pheonix): Rachel will have a robot and an evil version of her, when the fighting happens she gets flashbacks from her past.
Powerdamping handcuffs: When these handcuffs are placed on her, her powers will not work.
Her past: when she is asked about her past Rachel will freeze in her places.
Power instability: When first giving her powers Rachel's she couldn't control them at all.
Power overload: If Rachel uses her powers all at once, it could probably kill her or send her into another coma.
Venomous lead: Venomous Lead is one of Rachel's main weaknesses ( not Venomous to anyone else) the lead will take away her powers temporarily.
Powerdamping necklace: when places around her neck, Rachel won't be able to use her powers, but she is still able to fight.
Stress: When Stressed Rachel will use her powers against her own will and anyone stressing her out.

(Suits, Watch, and Suit holder)
Rachel suit: Terri designed Rachel's suit with special tech that makes the suit form around her body without any problems. Rachel's suit is Red with yellow around the wrist and legs.
Terri's Indestructible suit: Terri also designed a Siver and gold suit that can't be destroyed for Rachel if she ever lost her powers.
Watch: Terri Designed a watch for Rachel that will beep when there's an attack on the city, it will also beep green when she needs her back at the hideout for something.
Bracelet: Rachel wears a silver bracelet on her wrist that holds her suit in it.
Glasses: Has a 2nd backup suit holder, Rachel wears a pair of glasses if she doesn't have her bracelet on. She taps the right side of the glasses to activate her suit.
Ring: as the final backup suit holder Rachel also has a silver ring that she taps the top of when needed.
Coms: Rachel wears a tiny earpiece when on a Mission to talk to Terri for any information.
(Weapons and Tech)
Swords: whenever theirs an intruder either in Terri's mansion or the school Rachel has swords hidden somewhere nobody knows about.
Guns: Same as the swords Rachel has a couple of guns hidden in the school and Terri's mansion.
Portable Bo staff: Rachel has a bo staff that can fit in her pocket.
Throwing knives and Throwing Stars: Underneath Santana's seat In the choir room, Rachel hid throwing knives and stars.
Medal gauntlets: In Santana, Locker Rachel hid two pairs of Medal gauntlets, that will protect her arms.
Laser gun: Rachel has a few deadly laser guns hiding away in the school.
Laser Watch: Rachel has a backup Watch with a deadly mode and a stunt mode on it, just in case she loses the other one.
Touchable Hologram: Terri created Rachel a touchable hologram, so when she has to head out for a mission Rachel can place it somewhere.
Sleeping Darts/gun: Rachel has a sleeping dart gun hiding under Puck's chair for when she needs to use them on someone.
Memory Whipper: Terri created a Memory Whipper for Rachel just in case someone found out about her powers.
Portable Shield: Rachel keeps one of Terri's red and Black Portable Sheild just in case she has to give it to anyone.
