Summary – Two sisters. Two destinies intertwined with two lonely beings the same but different one from this realm while another brought here with a human. This human has a counterpart as well who is as evil and filled with hate, as his counterpart is filled with love and compassion.
Saving Souls
Chapter 1
In an abandoned warehouse on the other side of town, a purple and black smokey essence swirled around forming the bodies of Attinger, Savoy, and Joyce who were confused not understanding what was going on.
"We were dead, what the hell just happened and where the hell are we?" Attinger demanded.
They realized they were at Attinger's office somehow, but how they had no clue. Savoy and Joyce sat in Attinger's office as he eyed the two, this situation had become out of control and he was losing his patience very quickly now.
"We're alive now, how?" Attinger asked.
"You both listen to me very carefully, I am tired of the Bullshit I have investors that want results. I bragged about being able to have Optimus Prime delivered in one piece so not only could we have our way with him, but the investors could have their experiments done to him as well. Then these two girls show up with incredible powers and Lockdown says the one is a protector of some sort, and we allowed ourselves to be beaten by these creatures, well not anymore. Do you hear me not anymore? Lockdown gave me enough of that stuff to make her swallow for months so you listen to me Savoy, I want them back here, is that clear?" Joyce yelled. "Time is money, gentlemen and I do not intend to lose anymore, do I make myself clear?"
"You were dead Joyce, we all were how the hell are we supposed to do anything now?" Savoy demanded.
"Half my men are dead and I was dead, how am I supposed to..." Savoy started to say.
"Perhaps I can help, gentlemen," a female voice replied as the three men turned to find an exotic-looking woman standing in the doorway with bright purple eyes strange jewelry on her fingers with her another female and male.
"Who the hell are you?" Savoy demanded.
"I am the one who brought you back to life, and the one who will help you capture the guardian/Protector and her healer sister along with Optimus Prime," she answered.
"You still didn't answer my question," Savoy said.
She tilted her head.
"My name is Quintessa, This is Al-Badur, and my sister The Judge," she replied.
"This protector of Prime's killed like half of my men though we did have fun with her, what makes you think you can handle her?" Savoy demanded.
"Because I have the blood of Unicron coursing through me, you do not I will not fail in my task she will be brought in alive," Quintessa replied.
"And what do you want in exchange?" Attinger asked.
She smiled.
"When you are done with Optimus Prime he is to be left alive and given to me, my master has plans for him," was all she said.
"Fine, come in and take a seat," Attinger said as she smiled and nodded as the three of them walked in and closed the door behind them.
The three men sat listening to the woman named Quintessa, and they were impressed with what she was saying.
"What about what Lockdown gave me to make her lose her powers, can't we use that on her again?" Joyce asked.
"You used it twice she will know you can use it against her again, besides I can subdue her a most painful way," she replied in a sinister voice.
"You don't plan on killing her, right? I need her alive not dead if we are going to harness those powers of hers," Joyce said. "Although I keep failing with harnessing her powers, there has to be a way to do it,"
"No, I do not plan on killing her nor her sister, however, the protector still needs enough of a jolt of pain to keep her subdued enough so you can take her that is your plan, correct?" Quintessa questioned.
"Yes, it is," Joyce answered.
"What's your stake in this, why do you need him alive?" Attinger asked as she glanced his way.
"My master wants him tortured and he must have his processors picked apart, he wants his past brought out in the open for all to see," she explained.
"His past?" Joyce asked. "Oh, you're referring to what Lockdown mentioned to us about the rape from his people,"
"Yes," Quintessa answered.
"What's his past got to do with anything?" Savoy questioned.
"The Council wants him beyond mentally crippled for you see if he is mentally crippled, he won't be able to fight us," Quintessa explained.
"Alright, to the future," Attinger said as he handed everyone a drink.
"To the future," everyone said.
Quintessa smiled and added.
"To the fall of Optimus Prime," she added.

A human femme was laying in Optimus' true holoform's arms, while asleep as he tightened his hold on her. She was the best thing that had ever happened to him, and he thanked Primus for sending her to him. He kept worrying though because he was not human, and he kept thinking he was not good enough for her. However, she pushed those thoughts down when she took care of him and chased his past away with her gentle love.
He glanced over at his mate's sister Haley and could see she were still in recharge, and he smiled sadly. He figured they didn't have too much to worry about with Attinger, Savoy, and Joyce dead, so he relaxed a bit as a result.
Optimus held his mate tightly, he was so happy and felt so blessed at the same time. He really did. He glanced back down at his mate and leaned in and kissed her firmly on her lips which made her moan slightly in her sleep.
"Hey," she whispered.
"Hey yourself," Optimus whispered
The young woman smiled, but she smiled sadly. She glanced up into Optimus' gorgeous bright blue optics, she had seen a vision and she was slightly upset by it. But she couldn't tell Optimus not now, she thought about telling her sister because even though it would be sad it still did have a happy ending in the end.
"Are you alright?" Optimus asked.
"I'm good I just need to speak with my sister," she said.
"You're a terrible liar, but alright," Optimus remarked.
"Guess I take after you," she replied as her lips crashed down on his.
Silence...
"Will that hold you, until I get back?" she questioned.
"Perhaps," he said and then added quickly. "If you hurry it will," he replied with a smile.
"Alright then," she said.
She got out of Optimus' vehicle form and headed toward where her
Optimus' mate walked over to where Ironhide and Megatron were in vehicle form. She saw her sister was lying on Ironhide's hood listening to music now.
"Can I borrow your charge?" Haley's older said asked.
"If you must," Ironhide replied as he transformed and headed toward Megatron.
He nodded toward the girls as he pounded on Megatron's hood and said with a chuckle.
"Transform, Megs," Ironhide cackled as Megatron transformed angrily.
"Do not call me that?" Megatron mumbled.
"Just got an SOS from Lennox and Epps," Ironhide said.
"Can they be trusted?" Megatron asked.
"I think they were being conned by Cemetery Wind so I am thinking yeah we can trust them," Ironhide said. "Lennox is still my charge too what choice do I have?" Ironhide asked.
"Alright," Megatron said. "Let's go," he said as they commed Optimus while the two sisters talked.
Haley stared at her sister then, she wasn't sure what to say to her sister's comments.
"Wait, what are you saying?" Haley asked once more.
Her older sister sighed then.
"My protector powers are gone, and I am going to be murdered in front of Optimus and you. You will die too, but our souls are going into other bodies, but we're still sisters you go by Cora and I go by Katie," she said as Haley glanced at her.
"What else aren't you telling me?" Cora asked.
"Ironhide and Megatron are going to be killed, they left a bit ago they won't be back. They will send a distress signal and that's where Optimus will be taken and I will be killed in front of him," She explained.
"Then why were you made his protector if he is going to die anyway?" Haley demanded.
"He will be transported back to Cybertron, but to the time before the planet explodes. He will escape and come back to Earth but a new and very different Earth, where our souls will be in new bodies awaiting the time to fall in love once more," she replied as tears streamed down her face.
"No, I can heal you and them," Haley insisted.
Haley's older sister went to her then.
"I love you so much, but this was sent from Primus because the future is much better than it is now. You have to trust me, Haley," she said.
Haley sighed, while tears rolled down her face.
"You're not just my sister, Holly, you're my best friend you understand me so much better than anyone in our family. Are we going to remember them, will they remember us?" Haley asked.
"No, it's a do-over," Holly whispered.
"Alright," Haley whispered as she hugged her sister.
"I love you," Holly whispered.
"I love you more," Haley answered hugging her like there was no tomorrow which for in her big sister's case there wouldn't be.

Optimus got a commlink from Ironhide and Megatron that they were set up, and Optimus knew he had to save them somehow. So, he headed for the location where the commlink came from, when he got there he saw the bodies of his brother and Ironhide. Optimus felt his tanks just jolt his brother was dead right along with his close friend, Ironhide.
Optimus unexpectedly purged up everything in his tanks as the rest of Cemetery Wind, NEST and Sector Seven surrounded him, Holly, and Haley. Optimus was hit with liquid Nitrogen shutting him down, while both sisters were captured.
Holly slid her hand into Haley's and squeezed very tightly.
"Stay strong," Holly said softly to Haley, as Haley felt tears run down her face.
Haley didn't want to lose her older sister, she was all she had left now. They had lost their parents, and now she had to watch her only sister die. She didn't want to oh God, she just didn't want to be strong not if it meant losing Holly!
She was all she had left now, and those bastards would rip her away from her too like they did her guardian and Megatron.
She just couldn't...

Several weeks later...
Optimus was tortured so badly his faith in humanity entirely destroyed aside from Holly and Haley of course, but he was so badly battered and incapacitated aside from being able to move his helm.
Then he saw her his Holly brought out by Lennox and Epps, she stared at him mouthed the words 'Stay strong I will always love you they can not take that from you, my love,' and then glanced at her sister who was being held by two unidentified Cemetery Wind men. 'Help him go peacefully, I love you, Haley,' Holly mouthed as tears ran down Haley's face.
'I will, I promise. I love you,' Haley mouthed as Holly nodded and smiled sadly.
"Hey Optimus, heard she's your girlfriend, is that true?" Epps asked in a sarcastic tone.
Optimus felt coolant ran down his faceplates as his optics never left Holly's eyes.
Silence at first...
"Please... Please do not harm her, please I beg you," Optimus pleaded.
Optimus heard and saw when Lennox pulled the trigger, which ended the life of his protector and bonded. It was like slow motion for Optimus as he watched her drop to the floor.
"No, Holly!" Haley screamed as tears streamed down her face. "You murdering bastard...!" she shouted at Lennox.
Lennox sneered at her then.
"She isn't anymore now is she, Optimus?" Lennox snarled as Haley had been forced to watch and her heart broke just she knew it would at the loss.
While Optimus made a terrible God-awful keening sound so sad it broke Haley even more, she wanted to heal him she truly did but she knew he would be broken now and nothing would heal him not now. Haley promised her sister that she would ease Optimus into a peaceful offlining when it was time.
How could she?
"Please fight, Optimus, please," Haley begged as Optimus' beautiful azure optics changed to a pained white, while he threw his helm back and yelled out in complete and utter anguish as his body finally gave up and he shut down out of pain and agony of loss so strong even for the great Optimus Prime leader and Prime to his people.
Haley sobbed, as she slowly sank to the floor as Holly's body had been badly torn apart in front of Optimus before he had shut down after seeing such horrific acts done to his protector and true love. Haley's mind couldn't stand it and it shut down forcing her to pass completely out cold after seeing what was done to her sister.

Haley glanced up at Optimus she wasn't sure how much he could take now, Sector Seven's scientists had experimented on him removing things from him. They removed the chamber where sparklings would grow, and they removed his gestation tank. They removed so much but Haley could tell he didn't care. It was like a part of Optimus died as well, and he just didn't care about anything anymore.
Haley heard his shouts of pain, his sobbing, but he stopped pleading because he didn't care if he lived or died now.
She bit her bottom lip, while tears ran down her face.
"Please just let me go to him so he isn't alone when he dies please," she begged.
"He isn't going to die yet," Agent Simmons remarked.
Haley glanced back at Optimus who turned his head toward her. He gave her the most miserable expression and his once stunning azure optics were dull.
He was dying.
She knew it as sure as she was standing there, he was giving up.
"Don't give up, please, Optimus," Haley whispered as she cried so hard with the emotional pain of losing her sister, and now Optimus was dying.
Haley glanced back up at Optimus.
"Prime, you gotta fight please," she whispered as coolant fell from his optics.
"Why Haley...?" he whispered.
Haley just sobbed as the giant wall doors opened and in were wheeled other Autobots in stasis. She later learned were Crosshairs, Bumblebee, Hound, Drift, and Cogman. When they headed for another part of the lab Haley kicked the area she was trapped in, which made the glass break all over.
She ran toward where Optimus was and she climbed up, and got to Optimus' face, and caressed it. She had to keep her promise to her sister she didn't want him to suffer, and she was a healer she had to help him.
"Holly didn't want you to suffer," Haley stated as Optimus nodded slowly understanding through his pain-filled processors.
"Do it, please, I do not want to be alive in a world without her, please Haley, please," Optimus pleaded as Haley fought the tears as she nodded.
Haley put her hands on Optimus' chest plates, and a warm feeling came across Optimus as his optics slowly started to lose their brightness.
"Thank you….Haley…" Optimus said softly as his optics went black.
"You're welcome," Haley said while she burst out in harsh sobs.
But it did not seem right why a race of beings was being hunted like this when they harmed no one. Haley abruptly felt pain in her chest though, it hurt to breathe. She heard her sister's voice then calming her.
"It's okay, don't be scared we will be together again," Holly whispered in her mind as Haley's eyes slowly closed as she slumped down onto Optimus' chest plates, as she took her last breath.
