Chapter: 1

CADMUS Labs, National City

"Have you located the target?" Lillian Luther asked as she walked into the command center surrounded by computers in search of Supergirl.

The Agent at the computer nodded his head, "Yes Mrs. Luthor. According to social media, she had just stopped a robbery at National City Bank." He replied as the leader of Cadmus nodded and looked behind her to see another agent nod in her direction and left to get a team together. Lillian smiled, she's finally gonna have Supergirl in her grasp and there's nothing anyone can do about it.

Somewhere in National City

An Hour Later

Supergirl had just punched the last of the robbers when she felt a sting on her neck and winced as she took it out to see a dart with green liquid, kryptonite. She started to see black dots around her vision as she felt herself fall to the floor and the last thing she saw was men in black tactical gear looking down at her before everything went black.

Somewhere over the Atlantic Ocean

Kara woke up to shaking, making her open her eyes. She felt weak and could barely move. It hurts everywhere. She tries to remember what happened, she was stopping a robbery, she was shot with a kryptonite dart, she looked up to see a green overhead light on top of the roof of her cage. Cage? She looks around to see she was inside a clear box in what to be like a plane.

If she can just move, but she let out a groan when she tries to move. Whatever they did, they modified the kryptonite somehow keeping her from moving. This is bad. The only people she could think was after her this badly was CADMUS. Suddenly not having the energy to stay awake anymore, she closes her eyes before everything goes black once again.

CADMUS Labs, Germany

Five Hours Later

When Kara woke up again, she realized she was in a different place. She tried to move but found that she couldn't. She was still in pain and winced, she looked to see she was on a table, her hands and feet held down by kryptonite cuffs. What was going on? She thought as she felt something in her arm, she weakly turned and looked to her left to see an IV going into her arm, kryptonite. She also looked to see she was in a hospital gown, but part of her skin was showing on her side and her heart dropped.

"Welcome back Supergirl." stated a voice startling Kara as she looked to see Lillian Luthor with that sick smile of hers, "W...What do y...you want with me?" she asked in a pained tone as she let out a groan.

Lillian walked up to Supergirl, "You are gonna be breeding super soldiers. We want your powers, and you're gonna give them to us." she replied as Kara looked to see people walking and being strapped to the tables.

"N...No." she responded trying to move but couldn't, it hurt too much. Everything inside her hurts resulting in her letting out a pain groaned. "Shhhh." Said Lillian Luthor, "Everything will be okay." she added as she moved away as a scientist approached the girl of steel with a scalpel and in surgery gear. She tried to move again but couldn't, "N…..No, don't….don't." she whimpered out as she felt her heart beat against her chest

The doctor looked at her, "It will be a lot easier if you just stop moving." he said as straps were placed over her chest, legs, and her forehead to keep her from moving. "Were, ready to begin with Phase One." The doctor said as she brought the knife to her exposed skin as Kara felt tears go down her face. She screamed as she felt the scalpel cut into her side.

Earth-1

Cisco Ramon was in his shop upgrading his glasses, he smiled, "There All done. Let's give it a try shall we?" he asked himself as he took it off the stand and slipped them on and instantly he was sucked into a vibe:

He found himself in some kind of dim lit hallway, he heard a scream echo and

Following the scream, it came from a set of stairs going down, suddenly he was at a door at the bottom of the stairs. He blinked and he was inside the room. He looked to the left and saw an older looking woman with blonde hair watching the doctor bend over someone strapped to a table, he realized the screaming was coming from the person.

He heard the scream again and knew it was female, he approached the table and gasped at who he saw. He saw Kara, tears going down her face and being strapped down with green cuffs, with a green IV going into her arm, he realized it was Kryptoniite. He saw the doctor cut into the girl of steel resulting in a scream.

He gasped as he came back to the real world and felt tears in his eyes, he then ran out of the room dropping his goggles. He arrived in the cortex and sent a distress signal. A few minutes later he felt a burst of wind and looked to see it was Barry, "Cisco, what happened?" he asked as Cisco shook his head and took a deep breath.

"It's Kara. She's…...she's…...I had a vibe. She needs help Barry. I...I saw her being strapped down to a table and this doctor or scientist cut into her." he told him, making the team gasp in horror and shock.

Barry felt his heart drop, "What? I thought she was invincible." he replied as the others nodded in agreement.

"Well, not this time. She's being strapped down with green cuffs that looks like kryptonite and she had an IV going into her arm." he added as Barry nodded his head. "Open the breach. I'm bringing her here" he suddenly wanted to get Kara out of there. Cisco nodded. "She was in a lab, but yeah." he replied as he quickly formed a breach as Barry sped into it as the breach closed behind him.

Caitlin takes a deep breath, "I'll get the sunlamps ready." she announced as she left to do just that.

Earth-38

Kara woke up in pain, she was laying on her side resulting in her letting out a groan. She didn't know how long she had been here. Hours, Days, Months. After they cut into her they put something in her side, she was told that it was a tracking device, then they started the blood transfusion that made her weak and not being able to move. She saw that she was in a clear box with a kryptonite light on the roof, she closed her eyes and silently cried, she was alone and in pain. She was starting to lose hope of ever getting out

She heard alarms going off, and men screaming, guns going off she tried to move but let out a pained yell. Suddenly growing tired she was breathing heavily as she stayed where she was but her eyes were open. She felt someone in the room and saw someone walking towards the cage, she tried to backup away, "Kara it's okay. It's me Barry." said the familiar voice.

She looked up and saw his red suit, "B...Barry." she whispered as tears ran down her face. "It's okay, I'm gonna get you out of here." he told her as she smiled. She felt him pick her up in a bridal style and let out a gasp.

"Sorry. It will be over soon." he whispered as he sped away and a breach opened as he sped into it.

Earth-1

Teamflash had just got done setting everything up for their alien friend when the alarms went off, "That must be the breach." Cisco announced and a few minutes later they see Barry carrying a weakened Kara. He carefully placed her on the bed making her groan, "Kara, it;s Caitlin." the doctor said as Kara looked at her with fear and shook her head.

"N...No. No more." she said as she tried to move away, Caitlin looked hurt and understanding. Caitlin nodded. "Okay. Would you like Barry?" she asked as Kara nodded. Barry approached Kara and held her hand, "Kara, it's gonna be okay. I will be here with you. But you gotta get Caitlin to look at you. Okay. I promise I will be here." he told her hoping he can get her to agree.

Kara nodded, "Promise?" she whispers as Barry nodded. "I promise." he replied as he turned towards Caitlin and nodded indicating she can continue.

Three Hours Later

It has been three hours since Barry rescued Kara from CADMUS and brought her to his Earth. Right now, he along with the team were out in the cortex with Caitlin.

"I don't know what they did to her, but I found this." she said as she held a tiny piece of tech, "It inserted into her side, and judging by the cut, it was surgically made very recently." she told him as Cisco nodded, "That's why I saw them cutting into her." he replied as he sat down.

Barry looks at Kara, "Will she be okay?" he asked as he watched Kara under the yellow sunlamps. Caitlin shrugged her shoulders, "I don't know. Judging how she reacted to me, it might take a while for her to get over what they did to her. Right now. We can just wait until she wakes up." she said as the team nodded.
