It has been a year since the war between the Meekrobs, Resisty, and Irkens. Zim, the unlikely hero, saved his race from complete genocide, freed Earth from Meekrob Queen Wisp's wrath, was accepted by humanity with the fact that he warmed up to the planet, and used his defective PAK to liberate his people from Control Brains. The Irkens were now a thriving and free race after millions of years. However, for Zim, he was declared the next Almighty Tallest of the Irken Empire.

How could he feel about that honor? He didn't know how to feel, it was a huge responsibility. He thought he wanted to rule back then but he was naive. Hell, how many times could he be? Zim fell for the former Red and Purple's lie. How could he be so foolish? Now, his time on Earth helped him become more of a better Irken than he came out as. He seemed to mellow down and mature a bit during his time with the humans. He is different from the others. Zim and Skoodge were now the tallest Irkens after they stole human growth hormones from unknowing adolescence to protect their identities in Hi Skool. He has always felt emotions like love, something Irkens were stripped of having and strictly forbidden to have. He had free will and more emotions than any of his kind. He tried to use that free will but didn't understand it. Zim always was an outcast but not anymore after he proved himself.

GIR, the annoying little robot, touched his heart and Zim began to treat him like his own son. The little guy was hit hard in the battle, for Zim had to wait about 2 months before the little robot that cared for him so much was thriving once more. He decided to add a few upgrades to GIR. More weaponry, coordination, and had to take out his obliviousness so could understand his surroundings. However, he still kept his childlike innocence and behavior. It made GIR GIR and Zim couldn't have him any other way. It took him so long to realize that he loved GIR as his child, and it was genuinely satisfying. Invader Tenn, the female Irken he and Skoodge saved from the Meekrob Queen, fought by his side and became like a sister to him. She was a snarky, yet pretty frightening, woman, who pretty much stole the growth hormones he had left on his Voot Cruiser and used it on herself. She was as Tech-savvy as Zim was and could kick a numerous amount of asses. She was tough and strict as well. No one dared to cross her. Zim was impressed because she was a bit like him. It was like they were siblings. Over this year, she came out as a lesbian. She was pretty much entranced by a former female scientist. Her name was Vicini. Zim never really talked to the woman but she made Tenn happy. Skoodge was now his best friend he lived with for 10 years after he hid in the basement with Bob after the Hobo 13 fiasco. He was always there to comfort him, especially when he learned the truth about his mission and his *severe* anxiety when he was declared Planet Irk's new ruler. Zim was glad to have the "now thinner" plumpy Irken around.. They empathized with each other, always had each other's back, growing taller, gaining respect from their race, and learning new things, all together. Skoodge stayed the entire time they fought the Dib.

Dib. The shitty human who pulled his antennae for 10 whole years. Who could think he would have gone this far? Sure, Dib-Shit thought he was getting revenge on Zim for invading his planet, but it wasn't Zim's plan. He was manipulated and sent to die by those assholes he was blind to the true motives of. To think, the whole time they tried to warm up, Dib betrayed him. Tak, as well. They worked with the Meekrobs and Resisty to commit total genocide on the Irken Empire. Their treachery was sentenced to 25 years on Moo-Ping 10 and Zim was the one who made that decree.

The fact of ruling an entire race made him severely anxious. He always felt that way but denied it and hid his true emotions in a passionate shell, even hiding the trauma and sadness deep down. He was even more of a nervous wreck when he accidentally created a new race that looked to him as their leader and worshipped him. That day was just traumatizing altogether. He was pretty much afraid of worship. It was a horrible thing to go through as he was still trying to get used to it. Could they see him as a good leader? Yes, he did lead his battalion in the Meekrob war, but he couldn't stand to let his people die. Now, he has to rule an entire planet. Well, not alone that is. Gazlene Membrane, Dib's demonic sister, actually helped him in his quest. She, in a brown cloak, covering her face, body, and hair, edged him to fight after his horrible vision. For her assistance, Zim decided she was the perfect choice for his co-ruler. She was tough, scary, fierce, and skilled in combat. Being around the woman now just made him feel things he never felt. Gaz made him feel like himself. Of course, she still scared him, but she warmed up to him as well. She also felt betrayed by her brother, but she decided he needed the 25 years in prison to think about his reckless actions. Gaz never seemed that way, but she loved Dib, even if he had a giant head of stupidity and annoyed the hell out of her with his paranormal obsession. She had to do this for his good. She, like Skoodge, was always there to comfort the future Tallest. She wasn't so nervous, for she was always pushing people around back on Earth. Zim felt comfortable around her, but somehow, his comfort was stronger. He was entranced by her fierce personality, strength, and he had to admit, Gazlene was beautiful for a human. Her amber eyes glowed in Irk's sunlight. They were friends now, but Zim's squeedily-spooch ached for her. He was in love.
