Hello, glad to be able to post my story is my firs time writing a long story so i hope you guys can be patient with me.
this story tell of Ace who work in a factory and Marco who work in an employment agency. i tried to take a slightly different background story and here the result.
i also want to remind you that english is not my main language, so i apologize if there will be writting or grammatical error later.
Some characters that appear may be out of character, i use their name just because it make it easier for me to find characters without having to describe them. there will also be my original characters but they don't really play abig role in my story.

Find Love in Training Room
Chapter 1
The sound of people passing by woke Ace up. He could hear people going in and out of the bathroom getting ready for work. From the many voices heard, it seems that this week many of his roommates have the morning shift.
Ace was still lying on his bed even though he had woken up. He wanted to rest his body a little longer.
Living in a dormintory with nine other people is not easy. Moreover, because they come from different departments, their schedules always vary, so it is not uncommon for their sleep to be disturbed because there are people who have to get ready to go to work or people who have just returned from work.
When the voices around him were no longer heard, Ace was sure that all his friends had left so the room calmed down again. Slowly he got out of bed while looking around, his three other friends were still fast asleep in their respective beds. It seemed they weren't as bothered by the commotion earlier as Ace.
Because he couldn't sleep anymore, Ace made his bed and decided to start his activities.
Ace likes his current workplace because they provide comfortable dorms with adequate facilities. For now there are four dormintory buildings consisting of several rooms in each building. Each room is divided into four sections that they can use, a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom plus a laundry area, and also a guest room area where they can relax or watch tv.
All of this is very helpful because they don't have to worry about housing or rent when working far from their hometown.
Ace went to the laundry area to wash his dirty clothes that he didn't get to do yesterday. One of the small problems that you often encounter when you live with many people is having to take turns washing clothes because the space provided for drying is very limited. That's why Ace must be able to manage the time properly so that he doesn't run out of clean clothes every week.
Ace is one of the people who don't really like to use laundry services who usually offer their services in front of the dorm every afternoon. Apart from that he likes to do everything himself he also feels that by doing it himself he can save on expenses.
When Ace finished washing his clothes, Deuce, one of his best friends, got up and sat at the back door that connected their room to the backyard where they used to hang clothes. They are in dorintory A so they are at the very end on the north side, they have a guardrail as the main view in addition to the forest on the other side of the fence.
"Morning." said Deuce.
"Morning, what's your schedule for this week?" Ace passed Deuce to dry his clothes.
"Night-in, is this really the last week for the night shift?" Deuce is in the Grooming department like Ace, so he always finds out the truth of a news story from Ace who is actually one of the leaders in Project One Team.
"Right, you also know that next month we will Shut Down for stock checks? Besides that, there is a lot to be done because of the relayout process this year."
"Looks like we joined at a time when the department was busy." Deuce complained.
"But I prefer situations like this, it feels more enthusiastic because our work is not too monotonous." Ace was drying the last clothes he had washed.
"You're Leader Ace, if you're an operator like me, it's still boring."
"Do you want to be the leader? I can suggest your name to Smokey when there's a new leader election. Who knows he'll consider it."
"Well, I don't want to go along with your madness. Even though it's boring I'd rather do my job as an operator than have to deal with Mrs. Tsuru every time." Deuce shuddered at the thought of having to interact intensely with their supervisor.
"She's not that bad."
Deuce rolled his eyes, Ace's defense was baseless because it was no longer a secret how Mrs. Tsuru behaved every day. Mrs. Tsuru is very disciplined in carrying out her duties, she also doesn't hesitate to scold anyone who makes mistakes and makes Project One's performance bad. Even many team members who mention Mrs. Tsuru is fierce.
"Well, we better cook breakfast. I am hungry." Ace put his bucket back into the Wash area.
Deuce lazily followed Ace into the kitchen to cook their breakfast. "Who's on duty today?"
"If I'm not mistaken today Ramba, why?"
"No, I'm just making sure I don't forget when it's my turn." Deuce sat in the long chair in the kitchen.
They have tasks that must be done every day in turn by all residents of the dorm, such as sweeping the floor, mopping, cleaning the kitchen area and washing area and throwing garbage into the large trash can in front of the dorm building. If anyone forgets to do his job then he has to pay a fine to their treasurer.
"You're on duty after me, I don't think you'll forget it." Ace looked at his remaining groceries. He didn't have much choice as he hadn't gone out to shop for groceries yet. "We only have eggs and sausage, you're fine with that, aren't you?"
"No, the important thing is that it can be eaten."
"Okay." Ace was getting ready to cook for them both. Ace and Deuce always take turns whenever they do something together, because they can relax a bit with such an arrangement.
"You got the night shift too, didn't you?"
"No, my line this week is morning and second. Our plans are minimal, so there's no need for overtime."
"So I'm the only one on the night shift?"
"Aren't Karma and Andre also the night shift?" Ace remembers well seeing them still asleep in their bed.
"It seems they are the same as you in second, I heard them yesterday when they were talking."
"Well, enjoy your long night." Ace tease.
"I hate it when you act like that Ace." Deuce grumbled.
Ace just laughed in response to his friend. After Ace finished making breakfast he also enjoyed his company with Deuce as they finished their meal. Since they had nothing else to do, Ace tried to sleep again before his work day came.
Ace woke up when his alarm went off at exactly half past two in the afternoon, without wasting time Ace getting ready to go to work. Karma and Andre were as prepared as he was even though they weren't talking to each other. Ace wasn't very close to them, so he didn't really care.
The second shift starts from 02:50pm to 22:50pm, usually all workers are required to be in line at least five minutes before that hour. But for a Team Leader(TL) like Ace, they had to arrive early to exchange information with the shift opponents and find out what they were going to do that day. Usually Ace comes twenty minutes early to check everything so he doesn't have trouble when left by his shift opponent.
Ace wore a uniform, long black jeans and a dark blue t-shirt emblazoned with the Galley-La logo on the top left. Don't forget Ace took his identification id and a pen for him to use when he worked later.
Ace still had time to have lunch before leaving, he finished the rest of the dishes he made this morning. After eating, he put on safety shoes that are mandatory for him as a leader, even though it's been more than three months since he started wearing these shoes, Ace often feels weird when wearing them.
To go to the factory, Ace needs to walk approximately five minutes from the dormintory. Ace was lucky because he got a room on the first floor so he didn't have to go up and down stairs every day. Ace walked down the street down to the factory along with many other people who were in the second shift like him.
In front of the factory there were buses lined up neatly waiting to take the employees who had finished the morning shift. This bus is in charge of taking employees to another dormitory which is quite far from the factory. One more thing that makes Ace happy with the dormitory he lives in is that he doesn't have to take the bus every day.
After passing through the portal at the front gate, Ace still has to walk a bit more to reach the Grooming building in the middle of the factory. Galley-La is a company that focuses on making tools that are used to help with everyday life. Galley-La is divided into five sections buildings, B1, B2, B3, Grooming and Mcc. Ace works in a Grooming building whose main focus is the manufacture of electronic shaver for men.
Arriving at the location, Ace immediately went to his line. He is responsible for managing the Blade Pack (BP) line, the line responsible for packing replacement blade that are sold separately from the shaver. Only BP entered second so he didn't need to hold meetings with other TL as usual when changing shifts. He only needed to meet Enel as his shift opponent to update what he had to do.
Ace was surprised when he saw that there was no man power in the line, even their line was only partially left. Most of the lines seem to have been moved to a new location for the relayout process. Not seeing Enel, Ace went to see Smoker- Acting GL (General leader) who works in the morning shift to find out the latest information.
Smoker was working on an assignment on a computer near the GL daily management board, the place where they usually had their daily meetings.
"Smokey, what information do you have today? and where is Enel?" asked Ace.
Smoker turned his head as Ace stood beside him, he looked at the computer screen to see the time. 02:30pm, it's time for the second shift to start their work.
"Enel is in the back building- new line, this morning the Engineers moved the BP 1 to the new location, so Mrs. Tsuru told him to clean the new location while trying the settings there so that the man power is comfortable when running there. Some of the other man power entered the main line to replace the man power who did not enter because of illness."
"In terms of information, Mrs. Tsuru ordered those of you who had been appointed yesterday to prepare for the Tl/Gl wave 33 training. HR has sent an email about your interview schedule." Smoker looks for the intended email on the computer to show it directly to Ace.
"Already? I think, I don't need to join the training until next year. I'm only three months into TL Smokey, isn't it too soon?" Ace didn't really like to hear the news on this one.
"Ace, you know yourself that Mrs. Tsuru had already made up her mind so nothing would be able to make her change her mind. So don't complain and just do it, after all this training is good for improving your skills as a leader." Smoker explained patiently.
"Ukh… Okay, I get it. When is the interview schedule?"
"Thursday and Friday at 03.30 pm, Thursday is for HR interview test, while Friday is for psychological test. Do your best so you can pass and join the training."
"I will do my best." Ace sighed, it looks like the end of this year will be the busiest moment he has to go through. "Then what do we who enter second do? Running as usual or do you have other tasks?"
"Those of you who are second shift are running as usual, because the line transfer process is carried out in the morning, you have to running so that you don't lag too far behind to complete your planning this week."
"Thanks Smokey, I'll find Enel." Ace left Smoker and started walking towards the back building where the new location for their line was. Now Ace's workplace is further into the back of the factory, Ace must be careful not to oversleep and be late because the distance he has to cover increases.
Ace saw Enel having a discussion with Albert, a Material Handler (MH) who usually works to take care of BP. MH is tasked with providing the materials needed for production by bringing materials from the store to the line. MH is also tasked with pulling pallets (the place where man power puts finished goods) that are full and replacing them with new ones.
Ace and Enel were lucky to have Albert and Vino on their shift as their MH because they could work well together, besides that they also worked deftly and rarely made mistakes in preparing materials.
"Hi, Ace." Greet Enel when Ace is near him.
"Hey, is everything going well?" asked Ace.
"Of course, everything is in order." Enel handed the paper he was holding to Ace. The paper with their plans for the week along with notes on important things he should know. "For today's plan, all the materials have arrived, some have been prepared here and the rest are in line 2 in front. You can see my notes for what version was prepared where. I've checked, but it wouldn't hurt if you did one more check."
"Thanks Enel, are you my MH Albert?"
"No, I'm on the morning shift. Vino is the second shift." replied the small man with curly hair. "I have to go back to store, we have a short meeting."
"Sure." Ace watched as Albert returned to the store and left him with Enel. "Is there anything else I need to know Enel?"
"Oh, almost forgot." Enel took something from under the gasket table and gave it to Ace. "These are all the labels that I have made to replace the ones that were damaged due to the transfer process. Mrs. Tsuru wants everything to be as neat as it used to be, I haven't had time to install it yet so you have to continue."
"Sure. Then I'll check all this first." Ace looked at the clock on the wall to see how much time he had before his man power came. 02:40, Ace still has five minutes. Enel let Ace start working while he prepared to go home because his working hours were about to end.
Ace went to the temporary trolley area to check the preparations prepared by Albert, he matched it with the data given by Enel. Ace did everything quickly before finally he returned to the front to meet his man power which may have arrived. Ace hasn't even started yet, he can already imagine the trouble he has to go through because he has to go back and forth from one line to another with a fairly long distance.
When Ace reached the front, all his members had already arrived and were standing near their remaining line. There are eighteen BP members for one shift, they are divided into two teams, line 1 and line 2. With their shift opponents, the total number of BP members is thirty-six people, not including the leader.
They all immediately formed a circle when Ace gave the signal to gather. As usual they do the morning talk or they usually call it talk-talk before starting work.
"Good afternoon." Ace greeted.
"Good afternoon." they answered in unison.
"We have entered the last week of November and as you know our plans have decreased as we approach Shut Down in December. I will never tire of reminding you to be careful when running, always pay attention to the material you use so you don't ask for it too much so that later it will only cause us trouble. Members who are in the morning shift are not running because of the process of moving the line to a new location, so today's plans have not been done at all."
"We who are in the second shift who are given the responsibility to start running for today, make sure you do it right and always double check your work. Take care of the quality of the things you do. For running, line one will work on version 8847 220 80541 qty 3400. Line two will run version 8847 210 50701 qty 3696. For version changes, I will let you know later when you have finished the first version. Any question?" Ace saw all the members one by one.
"Who's running where?" asked one member.
"Just make it the same as the existing line, because line one is in the back building, Sofia's team is running there. Yosi's team will running here. Is everything clear?" They nodded. "One more thing, because the location is far apart, I hope you can keep your voices, lest I listen to complaints because you interfere with other lines. Because I have to go back and forth so it's impossible to keep an eye on you guys from start to finish. Anymore question?"
"If there is no, we will end the meeting this time. Good afternoon."
"Good afternoon."
Line two members immediately got ready in their respective positions, they began to take materials to start their work. Enel has made a version change paper for Ace so that Ace can directly check the material used. Ace checked all the parts carefully, after he was sure everything was correct he ordered the second line members to start working.
Ace also had to leave them to deliver line one to their new location. He did the same thing when checking line two's material before ordering line one to work. Ace still has to check the golden sample for the IQ team, take the a-box sticker, continue the task given by Mrs. Tsuru, wait a minute! Where's Vino? Why hasn't he appeared on the line yet?
Ace sighed, it was hard to get a quiet day for just one day.
Marco was just about to return to his room when Izo told him that Pops wanted to meet him. Marco went to his father's room to meet him.
Marco works at Whitebeard Hurenco, a company in charge of recruiting workers for companies and factories that need new employees. Many large companies cooperate with WH because they can provide the best service according to their requests.
WH has a main office located at Water 7 and has six branch offices located in other major cities. At the main office Marco together with Thatch and Izo are responsible for leading the employees who work there, while the branch office is led by another of Marco's brothers.
Marco knocked on Pops' office door to announce his arrival, after being ushered in Marco stepped inside. Edward Newgate or more familiarly called Pops by his employees was sitting behind a desk while taking care of the documents on his desk. He smiled as Marco approached him.
"Marco, have a seat."
"What do you need Pops?" Marco asked.
"The Lean Excelent team from Galley-la sent an invitation to our company to participate in the TL/GL wave 33 training. The event will be held from December 6 to 13, they hope this year we can send people to join the training." Newgate held out an invitation letter to Marco.
Marco carefully read the invitation letter before returning it to Pops. "Did you accept this invitation Pops?"
"Hmh, I thought it wouldn't hurt to send our people to participate in this event. Moreover, the training conducted by Team Lean Excelent Galley-la is well known for its success in forming a quality leader. I think it will be of great help to us later."
"I don't mind, but have you thought about who to send, Pops?" Marco asked.
"Of course. I want you to go to this training event Marco."
Marco looked at his father in disbelief. "Me? But…."
"Marco, you are second when it comes to making decisions. This will be a good training for you, besides that you will be an example for your other siblings. Who knows in the future we will get the opportunity to participate again, others will definitely not refuse because they have seen you take part in the training." Newgate explained.
Marco sighed, it seemed he had no other choice since his father had already made up his mind. "Okay, I'll do it."
Edward smiled when he heard Marco's answer, "Make sure all your urgent work is done before the event is held. Also arrange the work Thatch and Izo will handle while you're at the event."
"Yes Pops, I understand."
Marco went back to his room because there was nothing more to talk about. After arriving in his room Marco looked at his agenda for next month, he tried to sort out which jobs he could tackle first and leave jobs that couldn't be changed so that both Thatch and Izo would take over.
Marco did not expect that he would have to attend an event like this even after working as a leader for his employees for five years. Marco only hoped that what he was about to do would not be in vain.
