After taking down a Hydra Base with his team and meeting a few new members Steven Grant Rogers was called into Tony Stark's office at Stark Tower. Walking into the lobby he would investigate the new tech invented by the billionaire playboy on a daily basis, there were holo computers, non-injury-causing repulsors for children, and photos of his father and mother plastered across the walls.

The Star-Spangled Man dressed in civilian clothes would sit down in the main room as he continued to look around. After sitting in the chair for a couple of minutes Steve's name was called out by the receptionist. "Mr. Rogers, Mr. Stark is ready to speak with you." She said in a kind and caring voice, and Steve had appreciated this as he had stood up and walked over to the desk.

"Thank you for letting me know." He had said before walking into the office not noticing how star-struck the receptionist was because she had met Captain America. As Steve walks into the open office home to the playboy himself Tony Stark, there is no Tony Stark to be seen. Steve notices this and decides to sit down and wait for the man himself to enter the office in some extravagant way but nothing of the sort happens.

Tony Stark just simply walks into his office and closes the door before sitting down in the chair behind his desk. Messing around with the computer for a couple of moments he'd then turn it off before looking at Steve. "Sorry about that, we had a security breach today. No one was able to catch it right away and it was a complete surprise to all of us." The man said rubbing his temples for a couple of moments to relieve his headache.

"It's quite fine Tony, I'm just glad everything is back to normal for you and the company. If I may ask why'd you call me in?" The man had said shaking his head as it meant no big deal to him really.

"Right, that is such an important question and one I intended to answer." Tony had stated before standing up and would start to look out the window of his office, he stayed silent for a couple of minutes before turning around to face him. "Have you ever thought of training the next generation of Superheroes in a contained environment? If yes I must say that there's a cash bonus along with the entire team being females, now I know what you're thinking. 'Why me?'" This was a very good question considering that Steve wasn't sure if he was the first choice for the job or not.

"That's exactly what I was thinking Tony, I'm not the kind of person that can handle what you're talking about. I can barely lead the current team I have at the moment." Steve said back to the man as he looked at him.

Tony who had directed himself towards the beautiful city of New York once more sighed. Shaking his head the man with black hair and the goatee would then face him once more. "I know you think that, but you can ask every member on the team you currently lead and they'd say the exact opposite. There is no one I trust more to lead this team but you."

As Steve heard Tony speak these words his mind was changed, he had decided to lead the team. "Alright, but on one condition." The man said standing up with a small smile. "I get to choose the members of the team and will only contact you unless it's an emergency, any time I see that you're calling will result in an immediate ignore." Steve would say this before putting his hand out for Stark to shake. "Do we have a deal?"

Tony would think to himself for a couple of seconds before shaking Steve's hand with a small smile and would nod in agreement. "We have a deal indeed, you'll be heading out tomorrow." Stark said removing his hand from the hold of the Super Soldier and would sit back down at his desk.

"Thank you, Stark, for trusting me with something like this." And with that, Steve Rogers stood up and would exit the office. Closing the door behind him he would look around at the long hallways before deciding to make his way towards the farthest exit so he could waste as much time as needed. He heard conversations in conferences and people in break rooms as he passed by them, but he was only looking for a specific person.

One person that could help him organize the rest of the team yet he couldn't locate her. He would search floor after floor before finding the main office of the person that was the CEO of Stark Industries and would knock on the door. When there was no response he would look around to make sure someone was there and there was nothing. After a couple of heartbeats, Steve would enter the room only to notice that it was completely empty.

"Anyone home?" Steve would ask as he began to roam around the room freely like a lost animal, he wasn't sure if this was the right room or not if he was being completely transparent with himself. "I guess not..." Captain America spoke to himself before hearing the door creak open slowly.

Turning around Steve would see a figure with fire red hair, and had freckles scattered along her face. A woman who was 5'9 and looked to be one of the skinniest women he had ever seen. Virginia "Pepper" Potts walked into her office wearing a white and black striped dress holding a bunch of files before setting them onto her desk. She hadn't seen the man who was standing in her office until now and jumped a little as she didn't have any meetings planned until now. "Mr. Rogers, with all, do respect, what are you doing here?" She had asked looking into his ocean blue eyes.
