~In eighteen years precisely, the planets will align - ever so nicely.

The time to act will be at hand! Unleash the Titans, your monstrous band.

Then the once-proud Zeus will finally fall! And you, Hades, will rule all!

A word of caution to this tale. Should Hercules fight, you will fail.~

Hades was long out of the Styx, and is brooding as he sends Pain and Panic to NOT make a mess of the soul count board as they add new digits. As he makes his way to the planning room, he rubs his temples as he tries to figure out how to usurp Zeus again, each idea failing as Hercules comes into mind and furthering his anger, his flames slowly turning yellow-orange as he rises up the steps.

"Alright, alright, let's see our potential candidates this time around. How about the guy with the teeny-tiny, creepy-crawly henchmen?" he mumbles to himself as he brings up his hand, conjuring the smoky silhouette of a solemn, middle-aged man contained inside what seems to be a cell, his head slumped down in contemplation, his small grin forming as he talks to himself, "interesting person, loving his attitude rivaling the Dead Sea and his little minions move with the flick of his hands - Hey! Look at that! But…" he sighs and vanishes it, "can't really do anything about that as I'm GROUNDED here, can I? Jafar is already down under ever since while my brother and his nosy son watch from the sky to try and make sure I don't do anything funny; not to mention the entire world as it is, jeez."

He gets to the room to see Pain and Panic both shakily put up the last digit needed to complete quintillion, with Pain carrying the bottom and Panic supporting the top; however, as soon as Panic turns and sees Hades, he starts chattering.

"A-Ah! We're almost done!" Panic nervously chuckles, "J-Just gonna slowly put this-!" He pats the stone tablet and leans on it, but he ends up weighing and shaking the tablet even more for Pain.

"Too heavy, too heavy!" Pain mutters as Panic realizes it and lets go of the tablet. He stops flying and the tablet pushes him down, inevitably crushing him.

"Ow!" Pain shouts in response to the crushing

"Gah!" Panic yelps at the situation. Hades closes his eyes and pinches the bridge of his nose, his flame temporarily flaring even redder and reaching to his shoulders.

They start scrambling and bowing to the ground in apology. He sighs and waves them off as he sees the table.

"Oh, u-uh, by the way! The planets are lining up again!" Panic starts.

"Yeah, got a new plan this time?" Pain adds.

"I only got one human asset, and apparently even he's out of commission after a couple of weeks." Hades sighs as he brings up the same figure a while ago and places it on a continent, near the edge of a body of water, "this is a very quiet age, which honestly no longer surprises me given how things went during the 1950s and 1960s, like can you even imagine that… What was his name again? Sin-dome? Syndrome? Whatever, was making those fancy, interesting gauntlets and wonderful automatons until his flying chariot blew up with him in it."

Hades scoffs, he slumps on the table and taps his left index on the table, "what to do, what to do, what to do..."

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO~!" Hades hears a man howl as the soul seems to descend to Hades' lair to add up the soul count. Pain and Panic scurry off to try and place the last digit, they hastily and lousily do so.

But oddly enough, the soul wasn't a pale transparent spirit, but a solid man with dull gray skin and black spiky hair wearing a long black robe rolling across the floor from the ceiling.

Hades perks up, "well, this is new." Pain and Panic come to inspect the mysterious man, but step back as he hurriedly stands up.

"What the?" The man said, his voice slightly light and creaky, inspecting the surroundings, "This isn't… Wait… Who are you?" He asks as he now notices Hades and his two servants.

Hades introduces himself, "name's Hades, Lord of the Dead. Hi, how ya doin'?"

"Hades… Lord of the Dead as in the Greek God?" The man points out.

"Bingo! Now if I may ask for your unfortunate situation, that would mean a lot, thank you!"

"But… That's impossible! I am The Boogeyman! The Embodiment of Fear! I cannot be killed, I've already died! I shouldn't even be here, such a place shouldn't even exist!" He exclaims and paces.

"Hey, fella, clearly you're not getting the memo here." Hades calls him, "Plus, that last statement kinda hurt me-!"

The Boogeyman lashes out in anger and a dark aura spills out of him, aimed at Hades. Pain and Panic hide behind him as Hades counters with a fireball, his hair now red until his arms. "Hey buddy! Mind sitting down and explaining yourself?! It's already bothersome enough not having you enter the River Styx yet."

The Boogeyman scoffs and turns his back, Hades adds, "Plus, are you really the Boogeyman?"

"How have you not heard of me?" He replies.

"Beats me. Where did you even come from?"

"I... " The Boogeyman stops, looking up to the hole he came from, "I'd rather not bring it up."

"Oh, no, no, no… That's not how it works, you can't exactly get out the same way you came in without my permission, and then there's my brother Zeus just watching my every move. Now it sounds to me like you were on some quest for revenge and have just recently been taken down by some powerful kid who has a mentor and - oh wait! Never mind, I was talking about myse-!"

"Sounds like we've been through the same tragedy." The Boogeyman cuts him off, facing Hades now.

"Excuse me?"

"That. Is exactly. What happened to me. And my name is Pitch Black." The Boogeyman states, now introduced as Pitch Black. Then he places his hands on the table and calms down and eyes Hades, then begins recounting the events before he met him.

"Whoa, mama… Really similar situation, really, I'm flattered." Hades comments after hearing it, " But never heard of any of these things - really, I haven't, which is really perplexing."

Panic scuttles, "what was that word that s-some of the spirits would use, you know they dreamt of or something? Uh… Another something, another-"

"World?" Pain answers.

"Ugh, close, close, g-getting there…"
"Another universe." Pitch answers for them

"There we go! Another universe." Panic replies

"Such a frisky little creature, aren't you?" Pitch says, introducing Panic to a black sand horse with golden eyes of his and scaring him, Pitch chuckles as Hades clears his throat and Pitch withdraws it, going back to the discussion.

Hades puts a hand on his chin and considers the possibility, then his face lights up.

"Say, you like making deals just like me, yes? I have such a wonderful proposition for you, and quickly while the windows are still open." Hades grins, smirking at the alignment of the planets

Pitch leans forward, "then by all means, proceed." determined to make adjustments to whatever scheme Hades is concocting.
