It's been three days since Haoxin had absorbed his Elemental Nemesis Tree's second spirit Ring. By this point the brown haired boy's injury had completely healed.

At this moment Haoxin could be seen sitting cross-legged and meditating in the middle of Old Diamond's training field as a small object shaped like a silver sword was levitating in front of him.

This small silver sword shaped object was naturally none other than the Silver King Sword Scorpion's Spirit Bone!

As large drops of sweat dripped down the side of his face, Haoxin couldn't help but think: "Even after becoming a Spirit Gramaster this is still so tough."

Old Diamond: "Remember young man… this spirit bone is at least over 77,000 years. Which means it's 9,000 years greater than your Sea Terror Claws. As such it is no surprise that you would still experience quite a bit of difficulty in absorbing it despite your breakthrough."

Upon nodding to the old totoise's words, Haoxin proceeded to use his Natural Spirit Universal Law cultivation technique and activate Old Diamond's Heart Blood Essence.

"Hah…hah…hah…hah…" After a few hours, the brown haired boy could be seen lying on the ground, completely drenched in sweat while heavily panting similar to how he was after absorbing his Sea Terror Claws previously.

He had successfully absorbed his third External Spirit Bone!

Haoxin thought: "Thank god for my poison immunity!... If not for that the poison in this Spirit Bone might have actually killed me!"

Indeed!... It turned out that this spirit bone possessed the Silver King Sword Scorpion's poison. Which made it so that when absorbing it, it's poison would enter the spirit master's body during the absorption process.

One must know that the Silver King Sword Scorpion's poison is one of the deadliest poisons on the continent. As such if not for his poison immunity bestowed to his body by his tree spirit, the brown haired boy might've truly met with a terrible fate while absorbing this spirit bone.

After getting up and wiping the sweat on his body, Haoxin returned to the center of the training field once again. Upon taking a deep breath, the brown haired boy quickly released his new External Spirit Bone.

Kachang!

At that moment a slightly curved silver broadsword suddenly appeared in Haoxin's right hand.

This spirit bone was actually similar to Haoxin's Terra Tortoise Unbreakable Shield. It was an External Spirit Bone attached to his wrist! Once activated it takes the form of a silver sword with it's hilt connected to his right wrist.

Simply put Haoxin now had External Spirit Bones attached to both of his wrists…. A shield attached to his left wrist and a sword attached to his right.

Haoxin then raised his new spirit bone and observed it for a bit.

"It really is just like a sword." Thought the brown haired boy.

Haoxin then decided to try out this spirit bone's ability.

Haoxin: "Spirit Bone Ability – Silver King Poison Sword."

Shiiing!

At that moment the blade of the silver sword was immediately clad in a thick dark purple aura. This dark purple aura was none other than the Silver King Sword Scorpion's deadly poison!

"Guess I'll just call it Silver King Sword." Thought Haoxin.

Haoxin then did several practice swings with his spirit bone before Old Diamond suddenly interrupted him.

Old Diamond: "Young man since your injury has completely healed and since you've now successfully absorbed your third spirit bone, I believe it's about time you go back home. After all don't you wish to spend some time with those people that raised you before you go to your first spirit master academy?"

Hearing this Haoxin simply nodded and said: "Right…. It is about time I went back home."

The brown haired boy then took a deep breath and thought: "Now we'll see if Old Diamond's hunch about the lightning tribulation was spot on."

With a flash of aurora light, Haoxin disappeared from the Old Diamond's dimension.

Upon coming out of Old Diamond's dimension, Haoxin immediately found himself within the Silver King Sword Scorpion's chamber.

Since this is where Old Diamond had teleported him from, this is where he naturally returned after exiting Old Diamond's dimension.

Suddenly….

Rumble…Rumble…Rumble…Rumble…Rumble…Rumble…Rumble…

Old Diamond: "Hoh… You'd think the sounds of thunder wouldn't be so loud underground. Well young man it seems my hunch was correct. There really was a lightning tribulation waiting for you."

Hearing this Haoxin couldn't help but sigh and thought: "Hopefully this lightning tribulation is still within my power to withstand."

After about half a minute, Haoxin came out of the scorpion lair. With a bit of advice from Old Diamond, the brown haired boy used the poison from his new spirit bone and transformed it into poison fog around himself which made it so that the Soil Scorpions within the lair avoided him like the plague. After all this was the Silver King Sword Scorpion's poison which was a poison that none of the Soil Scorpion's could withstand.

It was due to this that Haoxin was able to quickly rush out of the scorpion lair within only less than a minute.

Upon coming out of the scorpion lair, Haoxin quickly climed up to the top of a tall tree and stared at the large amount of dark clouds in the sky that seemed to be releasing a bit of purple colored electricity.

By harmonizing with nature using his Natural Spirit Universal Law cultivation method, Haoxin could feel that it was as if the dark clouds in the sky were targeting him. Upon sensing this, the brown haired boy's mind had no doubt that this was indeed another lightning tribulation meant for him.

Old Diamond: "Be careful young man I sense that this lightning tribulation is far more powerful than the one you've experienced before."

Hearing this Haoxin simply clenched his fists as he continued to gaze at the dark clouds then asked: "Do you think my Elemental Nemesis Tree can absorb all of the lightning bolts of this tribulation?"

Old Diamond: "I'm afraid not young man. From what I can sense of this lightning tribulation, it should only be able to absorb around 30% of it."

Hearing this Haoxin simply nodded and said: "I see… Then I'll just have to withstand the remaining 70% of it myself."

Old Diamond: "Use your Elemental Nemesis Tree to absorb the lightning bolts first. You should be able to sense when your Elemental Nemesis Tree reaches it's limit."

Haoxin nodded: "Right!"

Haoxin then released his Elemental Nemesis Tree and controlled it to float up high in the sky above him as much as he could.

Old Diamond: "The lightning bolts should be descending any second now."

Rumble…Rumble…Bang!

It was then that a purple lightning bolt suddenly descended down from the dark clouds and struck the Elemental Nemesis Tree.

Haoxin gritted his teeth at that moment. Even though his Elemental Nemesis Tree had successfully absorbed this purple lightning bolt, he could still feel immense pressure from it through his tree spirit.

By this point the brown haired boy seems to have begun to understand why the Elemental Nemesis Fruit formed from tribulation lightning would take years to ripen.

"It's probably because of the immense hidden pressure from within each lightning bolt." Thought Haoxin.

Now that Haoxin has practiced his Natural Spirit Universal Law cultivation technique, his ability to feel the changes in nature had become extremely clear.

Due to this he was now able to sense the powerful pressure from this lightning tribulation.

Many more purple lightning bolts then proceeded to descend down from the dark clouds and struck at the Elemental Nemesis Tree. However the tree spirit had effortlessly absorbed all of these lightning bolts.

Haoxin thought: "I can feel that my Elemental Nemesis Tree is nearing it's limit."

After absorbing a few more purple lightning bolts, Haoxin felt that his Elemental Nemesis Tree seems to have reached it's limit and as such quickly took it back.

"Now it's time for me to endure the remaining lightning bolts using my own strength!" Thought the brown haired boy as he quickly activated his Spirit Heart and transformed into his Diamond Terra Paragon Form.

As a purple lightning bolt much larger than the ones that came before it descended from the dark clouds, Haoxin quickly met it with a Spirit Power Focused Punch.

BANG!

After Haoxin's fist clashed with the lightning bolt, the transformed boy was then quickly forced back to the ground as he spat out a bit of blood.

By this point Haoxin couldn't help but be somewhat shocked as he stared at the dark clouds in the sky while wiping the bit of blood by the side of his mouth.

Must know that before his breakthrough to Spirit Grandmaster Rank, Haoxin's Diamond Terra Paragon Form bestowed him strength that was barely on par with a Spirit King's.

But now that he was a Rank 26 Spirit Grandmaster, his strength in his transformed form had now undoubtedly entered the early to middle levels of a Spirit King.

The fact that he had received damage and spat out some blood from clashing with the large purple lightning bolt just now meant that this was a lightning tribulation that could undeniably even harm a Spirit King!

"Why the hell does a Spirit Grandmaster like me have to go through a lightning tribulation that could harm even a Spirit King?!" Exclaimed the transformed boy.

Old Diamond: "This might be bad young man. If the current lightning bolts are already at a level that can hurt you, then that means the final lightning bolt might be strong enough to harm even a peak Spirit King…. Maybe even a Spirit Emperor."

"Nevertheless…. I still have to withstand it right?" Said Haoxin as he activated his Terra Tortoise Unbreakable Shield Spirit Bone from his left wrist.

It was then that another large purple lightning bolt descended down from the dark clouds. However unlike before, Haoxin had been able to withstand this without taking any damage at all thanks to his Terra Tortoise Unbreakable Shield shielding him from it.

Haoxin then thought: "Old Diamond said that my Terra Tortoise Unbreakable Shield is virtually indestructible so long as I have enough spirit power to support it. Now the only question is will my spirit power last until this lightning tribulation ends?"

For the next two minutes things continued on like this. Haoxin simply withstood the barrage of large purple lightning bolts using only his shield spirit bone.

By this point the brown haired boy couldn't help but think: "How much longer is this lightning tribulation gonna last? My Diamond Terra Paragon Transformation only has less than two minutes left…. If I reach the time limit before this tribulation ends, then I'm in trouble."

After about ten seconds later, the barrage of large purple lightning bolts suddenly stopped. Noticing this the transformed boy couldn't help but lower his shield spirit bone, stare at the dark clouds and mutter: "Is it over?"

Old Diamond: "Not yet young man… However I believe this lightning tribulation is about to unleash it's final lightning bolt."

Bzzzt….Bzzzt….Bzzzt….Bzzzt….Bzzzt….Bzzzt….Bzzzt….Bzzzt….Bzzzt….

It was then that large amounts of purple electricity began to gather at the center of the dark clouds.

Old Diamond: "Hoh…. Get ready young man. From what I can sense of the energy being gathered, this final lightning bolt will definitely be on par with a Spirit Emperor level attack."

Hearing this Haoxin simply gritted his teeth and prepared himself for the final lightning bolt.

Bzzzt….Bzzzt….Bzzzt….Bzzzt….Bzzzt….Bzzzt….Bzzzt….Bzzzt….Bzzzt….

At that moment the massive amount of purple electricity gathered at the center of the dark clouds began to form into something.

Haoxin: "That is….."

Rumble…Bzzzt….

The large amount of purple electricity had formed into a massive purple lightning bolt shaped like a giant claw.

Seeing this Haoxin's eyes turned serious. Through his harmony with nature thanks to his cultivation technique, Haoxin could sense that this massive purple lightning claw had enough power to either fatally wound him or maybe even kill him even in his transformed form.

Haoxin then thought: "Looks like using that Spirit Skill is my best chance of withstanding this claw shaped lightning bolt."

It was then that the massive claw shaped purple lightning bolt swiftly descended towards the transformed boy.

Clenching his fists, Haoxin immediately made the decision to take this massive purple lightning claw head-on. As such he quickly jumped into the air towards the descending purple lightning claw with determined eyes and released his spirit ring.

His gold spirit ring emanating aurora light then flashed as he said: "1st Ring Spirit Skill – Unbreakable Diamond Invincible Body!"

Shiiing!

With a flash of white light Haoxin's entire body suddenly transformed into pure shining diamond. In fact right now one could easily mistake Haoxin for a diamond sculpture.

BANG!!!

The transformed diamond Haoxin had clashed with the massive purple lightning claw.

Whoosh…Rumble…Crack…Whoosh…

The shock wave from the clash destroyed many of the nearby trees along with a small part of the forest's land.

Whoosh…Bang!

After his clash with the purple lightning claw, Haoxin was immediately sent crashing back down to the ground.

By this point his body was no longer in it's diamond form.

Unbreakable Diamond Invincible Body…. This is one of the five Spirit Skills bestowed to Haoxin by Old Diamond's Spirit Ring. As the name suggests it is a Spirit Skill that transform's his body into indestructible diamond. However for now it only lasts for five seconds.

Basically it is a Spirit Skill that grants his body invincibility for a few seconds similar to Xiao Wu's Paragon Golden Body spirit skill from the original Soul Land story.

It was due to this that Haoxin had been able to withstand the massive purple lightning claw's attack despite it having already exceeded his current power level.

Bzzt…Bzzt…Bzzt…Bzzt…

"Guh!" Despite Haoxin having successfully withstood the massive purple lightning claw, some of it's energy seems to have remained on his body in the form of dozens of electric sparks.

It was at this moment that Haoxin saw the dark clouds slowly beginning to scatter and vanish.

"Thank god it's over!" Said the transformed boy.

As Haoxin was about to deactivate his Diamond Terra Paragon Form so that he could release his tree spirit and make it absorb the remaining purple electricity around his body, Old Diamond suddenly said: "Wait a minute young man. Instead of absorbing those electric sparks into your Elemental Nemesis Tree, how about using them to temper your body instead?"

Haoxin: "Temper my body?"

Old Diamond: "Yes we can use these purple electric sparks from the tribulation to temper your flesh and bones in order to further strengthen your body."

Haoxin: "Alright…. I'm all ears Old Diamond."

Old Diamond: "First sit down cross-legged then guide the electric sparks around your body using your Natural Spirit Universal Law cultivation technique…."

A little over a minute later, Haoxin returned to his normal form as he stood up and clenched his fist.

He then jumped up and landed on top of a tree and stared at his clenched fists while thinking: "It really does feel like my body got stronger."

Old Diamond: "I've scanned your body with my spiritual sense and I can say for certain that your body has gotten stronger by about 20% thanks to those purple electric sparks."

Must know that Haoxin already possessed superhuman strength. As such a boost of 20% to his body was definitely not a small increase.

Hearing Old Diamond's words, Haoxin simply nodded. Then he asked: "So why do you think I had to go through another lightning tribulation Old Diamond?"

Old Diamond: "Like I said during the first time this occurred, there are many things on you that could've triggered it. However the most likely candidates are those red and purple energies of yours. Sadly I have no clue as to what the origins of these energies are."

Naturally Old Diamond clearly remembered the terrifying red and purple phantoms that appeared during Haoxin's Spirit Awakening. However the Old Tortoise decided that it would be best not to tell the boy about these things now.

After all he was still only six years old. As such Old Diamond believed it was too early for him to worry about god like beings such as those.

Hearing Old Diamond's words, Haoxin couldn't help but mutter: "The red and purple energies….. I see."

Haoxin still naturally remembered these red and purple energies. The first time they appeared was when he was three years old and these energies bestowed him his superhuman physical attributes and the set of knowledge containing seven techniques.

The second time they appeared was during his Spirit Awakening. Old Diamond states that it was thanks to these energies that he awakened triple spirits.

Old Diamond: "We can discuss this another time young man. For now I believe it is time you went home."

"Right…" Replied the brown haired boy as he turned into a blur and disappeared using his Void Phasing Movement.

When Haoxin returned to the village, it was already night time. Seeing that there weren't any villagers standing outside his house like last time, the brown haired boy couldn't help but give a sigh of relief as he muttered: "Well looks like they believed my excuse about going into closed door meditation and didn't react like last time."

It was then that Haoxin suddenly heard a voice from behind him.

"Oh Haoxin are you done with your closed door meditation?"

When Haoxin turned around and saw the old village head, he simply said: "Grandpa Vick….. Yeah I'm done with my closed door meditation."

The old village head then approached him with a smile and asked: "Did you already use up all of Little Li's spiritual herbs?"

Haoxin then replied: "Yeah I used them up already so I got bored and decided to come out."

Grandpa Vick simply chuckled and said: "I see…. Alright then how about you come in to my house for some dinner? We're having turkey."

Hearing the village head's words, Haoxin's eyes couldn't help but brighten. He was indeed a little hungry after coming back.

Haoxin: "That sounds great Grandpa Vick!"

As Haoxin was following the old village head to his house, Grandpa Vick thought: "Best we spend as much time with the boy as we can. Once he enters a Spirit Master Academy, we'll rarely be able to see him again."

That night as Haoxin was lying asleep on his bed, his consciousness had once again entered his spiritual sea.

As the brown haired boy's consciousness slowly walked towards the Elemental Nemesis Tree within the spiritual sea, he muttered: "There's still only one fruit?"

Old Diamond then approached him from behind and said: "Yes…. The lightning absorbed by the Elemental Nemesis Tree this time around did not form into another Fruit, instead it was simply added to the already existing unripe Elemental Nemesis Fruit."

Hearing this Haoxin got closer to get a better look at the Elemental Nemesis Fruit.

Bzzt…bzzt…bzzt…bzzt…bzzt…

It was then that he noticed that the former yellow fruit now had parts of it that seemed to have turned purple.

What's more from those purple parts of the fruit were now also emiting purple colored electric sparks.

Old Diamond: "Thanks to this the quality of this Elemental Nemesis Fruit formed from tribulation lightning had naturally been greatly increased."

Haoxin: "I see…."

Old Diamond: "Once it fully ripens in a few years time and you consume it, it will definitely bring you great benefits."

For the next ten days Haoxin completely spent all of his time with the villagers like Oscar and Grandpa Vick. After all once he leaves for Spirit Amethyst Academy, he'll rarely be able to return to Lake Coast Village and spend any time with them.

At this moment a woman with brown eyes and brown hair tied in a ponytail could be seen entering Lake Coast Village.

Seeing this woman Grandpa Vick quickly approached her with a wide smile: "Little Li you're here!"

Zong Li then smiled and said: "I've come to pick up Little Haoxin Uncle Vick."

"I'm here Aunt Li!" Shouted Haoxin as he was running towards Zong Li and Vick with a small blue bag on his back.

"Little Haoxin!" Said Zong Li as she approached the boy and gave him a quick hug.

Zong Li: "I've come to pick you up. There's a carriage already prepared to take us to the academy outside the village. Are you ready to go?"

"Haoxin are you leaving already?"

Before Haoxin could even reply to Zong Li's words Oscar and the other villagers suddenly approached them.

It was then that some of the villagers began to speak.

"Haoxin did you bring enough clothes? If not I still have some spare ones back at my house."

"Haoxin all of us here will be wishing you luck in your road to becoming a spirit master."

"Haoxin make sure to write to us at least once a month okay?"

Seeing this Zong Li couldn't help but feel nostalgic as she thought: "It's almost exactly like that time when I left the village all those years ago."

Hearing the words of the villagers, Haoxin couldn't help but tear up. These were the people who raised him.

"Everyone…. I'm gonna miss you all! I promise to come back and visit whenever I can." Said the brown haired boy as he wiped a tear by the side of his eye.

It was here that Oscar suddenly said with a determined face and tears in his eyes as well: "Haoxin I promise I'll also become a spirit master and enter a Spirit Master Academy like you!"

Hearing Oscar's words, Haoxin couldn't help but remember a specific scene from the manhua version of Soul Land 2.5 Legend of the Gods Realm.

That scene when the Food God copied Asura God Tang San's Asura Demon Sword to fight against the God of Destruction.

Haoxin then placed his hand on Oscar's shoulder and said: "You'll become more than just a spirit master someday Oscar. I know it!"

Oscar: "Eh?!"

Grandpa Vick then walked to Zong Li's side and said: "Little Li you'll take care of him wont you?"

Zong Li: "Of course…. He is Sister Xia's child, as such I will treat him like my own."

After a few minutes of saying his goodbyes to the villagers, Haoxin began to follow Zong Li as they made their way towards the carriage outside the village.

A new page in Haoxin's life was about to begin!
