Satsuki did not know why Akito was in her house. But she was.
"Um Akito?" She asked, "What ar-".
"Am I not allowed to be here?" Akito said accusingly.
"I'd just like a little warning" Satsuki replied.
"By the way, do you have a baby?" Akito asked.
"Yes" Satsuki replied, "How did you know?".
"There was baby stuff in the fridge" Akito explained.
"You went through my fridge?" Satsuki exclaimed.
"Anyway, where is it?" Akito asked.
"Huh?" Satsuki exclaimed, "You mean Hinata?".
"Yes" Akito replied. Satsuki thought about whether Akito should be allowed to see Hinata, but decided that it wouldn't be that bad
"Here she is" Satsuki said, after bringing Akito over. She turned around for a second, to get something for Hinata. Then she heard the screaming. It wasn't Hinata, but instead sounded a lot like Akito. She quickly looked over, and saw Akito crying on the floor, as Hinata looked on, confused and slightly annoyed. Satsuki couldn't help but let out a stifled chuckle. While Akito's tantrums usually weren't that funny, but the juxtaposition between Hinata's composure and Akito's rage was rather humorous. Suddenly, Hinata reached a hand out to Akito's head. Akito stopped crying, as Hinata started to softly stroke her hair. This time, Satsuki couldn't restrain her reaction, and let out a "d'aww" sound.
"I'm taking her" Akito announced.
"What?" Satsuki said, "I don't thi-". She was silenced by a hard slap across the face.
"I wasn't asking" Akito said as she grabbed Hinata and left. Satsuki cried. However, she soon heard the unmistakeable sound of Hinata's wailing. She ran out, and saw Hinata being carried by Tohru, who was trying to calm the infant. Satsuki bolted over, grabbed Hinata, and hugged her in great relief.
"Thank you! Thank you!" Satsuki exclaimed. Satsuki was about to turn around and head home, but she spotted a few spatters of crimson on Tohru's skirt.
"What's that on your skirt?" she asked.
"Huh?" Tohru exclaimed, "Oh, that? It's uh, juice! Yeah, juice". Satsuki was not convinced, but she didn't feel like making accusations after she had saved Hinata.
"Well, you go clean off that.. juice" Satsuki replied.
"OK!" Tohru replied hastily, and quickly went away. Satsuki then brought Hinata home. After she had recovered from the emotional day, Hiro arrived home. Then, after a while, she heard a knock at the door. She went over and opened the door, and saw Kisa.
"Hello, Kisa" Satsuki said, "What brings you around?".
"I'd, uh, like to see Hinata" Kisa replied. "Well, uh.. Oh, why not!" Satsuki said, "Come in". Kisa entered, and followed Satsuki into the home. She soon saw Hinata sat on the floor, playing with a block. Then Hinata noticed something strange: A bug stuck to the block. She tried to grab it, but it wouldn't come off. She tried again and again, driving up her frustration, but it was stuck fast.
"Hinata" Satsuki said, going over to Hinata, "What's wrong?". She saw that Hinata was trying to remove a painted-on bug from the block.
"Hinata, you can't take that off" Satsuki explained, "It's a picture".
"Huh?" Hinata responded "Oh".
"Anyway, Kisa's here to see you!" Satsuki told her.
"Yee!" Hinata exclaimed. Kisa went over, and sat beside Hinata. Hinata looked at Kisa uneasily. Kisa smiled at her, which caused the infant to fall down and scream in terror. Satsuki picked up Hinata and soothed her. Kisa sighed sadly, and stood up.
"Kisa" Satsuki asked, "What's wrong?".
"It's just" Kisa said, "Why do babies always hate me?".
"Well, I've read that infants are better at picking up spirits than adults" Satsuki said, "So maybe it's just the tiger spirit".
"Really?" Kisa said.
"It makes sense to me, at least" Satsuki said. At this point, Hinata squirmed and reached out to Kisa. Satsuki put her down, and Hinata crept over to Kisa, and hugged her legs.
"Aww! she's so cute!" Kisa exclaimed, "But why isn't she scared any more?".
"I guess she's feeling braver now" Satsuki laughed.
"OK" Kisa replied, before trying to walk away, tripping, and falling to the ground.
"Are you OK?" Satsuki asked.
"Yes" Kisa replied, getting up, "I have to go now. Goodbye". She then left.
