In at least one universe, Jyesella's mission to Silla goes fine. She doesn't fall, and no strike team is set out to stop her. She is sent to and survives Geonosis, and becomes a Jedi General, serving with the 607th Legion, with Captain Vyk. When the mission to stop Dooku and Ventress comes, Jyesella is assigned to it, along with Mira and Vala, and other Jedi. The mission successfully kills two of the leading Separatists, and speeds up the ending of the war.
In another universe, Jyesella loses hope before Order 66. With her not escaping when the Temple Guards run off, the clones target the left side entrance more, as it's the weakest. The Jedi stationed there try their best, but all fall to the clones. Jyesella is killed by a blaster bolt from a member of the 501st, not two hours later. Shaak Ti dies in the Temple, along with the rest of the Jedi, as she isn't able to get the Tranquility launched.
In another universe, Shaak Ti isn't deployed to Kamino. Instead, after being on the strike team to recapture her friend, the Council does a drawing to determine who will kill Jyesella, as the Council members vote to kill her, instead of locking her up. Shaak Ti sadly wins. Jyesella tells Shaak Ti to split her stuff up among the rest of the lineage, and to make her death quick, which are the first things she's said to Shaak since she fell. Shaak Ti is upset about being forced to kill her friend, but does it anyway, and walks out of the Council Chambers holding back tears. Shaak Ti is haunted as a result, with her options being to use an ancient ritual to bring Jyesella back to life, and let her back to the Jedi, or to be haunted by an annoying Force ghost. The Council supports option two, but Shaak supports option one. All this haunting stuff is getting annoying fast, Shaak thinks. Especially when her special Togrutan snacks disappear. Jyesella claims she didn't do it, but Shaak doesn't think Ahsoka stole them...
In one universe, Padawan Jissard goes just a little farther in her explorations in the lower levels of the Temple one day, and discovers her former Grand-master's survival. She takes a holo and shows Master Terrand, and Knight Jade. Both confirm that yes, the woman in the photo is her grand-master. She informs them of her sensing Jyesella to be lighter, and they investigate. Jyesella is no longer starving and the Council eventually lets her free, but still no longer a Jedi. She stays in touch with her lineage, and maybe Master Ti, as the Togrutan Master hasn't ever confirmed or denied this. Legends say she wanders the Rim, helping those who need help, and teaching Force sensitives that weren't selected for the Jedi.
