Izuku Midoriya is a child that was destined to be a hero, one who would always help anyone in need no matter what the problem. He had a strong sense of right and wrong, but there was just only one problem.
He was the only boy in his class who hadn't manifested his Quirk. While all his peers had manifested their own quirks, he was the only one who remained without a quirk.
And in a society that thrived with everyone having quirks, the thing that society labeled everyone as superior. Izuku was inevitably going to be labelled "Quirkless". Or so he thought...
(Third POV)
Izuku always known that not everyone was born equal, he'd known this ever since his classmates had unlocked their quirks... but still he had his own determination and beliefs. And so as he now stood before his childhood friend, Katsuki Bakugou AKA "Kacchan" and his two cronies. Behind him on the ground was their recent victim.
"That was mean Kacchan! You made him cry.. I-I won't let you hurt him anymore!"
Izuku knew it was useless. Ever since Kacchan had gotten his quirk their relationship had become strained. Kacchan became a bully, and sometimes his attitude became downright villainous.
But now none of that mattered, even though the boy behind him had means to protect himself, it proved proved fruitless. And so, Izuku had already moved in front of the boy, acting as a shield for the injured child.
Katsuki laughed and punched his palm creating a miniature explosion. "You playing hero Deku!? You don't even have a quirk."
He said nothing, Kacchan had made sure to remind of it everyday, he and his so-called friend had no qualms with beating him down despite his 'handicap.'
Today was no different he thought, bracing himself for the inevitable.
In another world he would have kept quiet and taken the beating quietly, but this was another world.
"A hero would never use his quirk to hurt someone innocent." He whispered.. his tone laced with conviction.
Katsuki reared his fist back. "You should really learn your place, Deku!"
Bakugou dashed and made an explosion, which made his body fall to the ground.
The raging-porcupine then turned to the first victim, and was about to blast the poor-boy. When suddenly chains were wrapped around his body.
Bakugou tried to move, but couldn't.
"Kacchan, anymore than that you'll regret it."
They turned to the source of the voice. And looked surprised at the green-haired boy.
Izuku felt weird, his body was full of energy. But, all he could think of right now, was to stop Kacchan.
"D-Deku you useless fuck! Get this off me." the blonde-boy was still struggling.
Izuku was confused, to what was happening, Kacchan seems to be chained by something. And when he looked at his right hand, time suddenly stopped.
"Quirk." Izuku thought.
"Ka... Kacchan.. I HAVE A QUIRK!" the boy screamed and was murmuring so fast. That the four boy at the park was confused at what to do anymore.
"Whatever, just get this off me! the porcupine exclaimed.
Izuku wad panicking and closed his eyes, he inhaled and exhaled. The chains carefully started getting Bakugou free.
Once Katsuki was free, he made an explosion and dashed in-front of Izuku.
"DEKU! You fucker, why did you lie to me!" Bakugou growled, and held the shirt of the green-haired boy.
"Wha... W-What Kacchan my quirk only manifested today, I promised!" as Izuku said that, Katsuki threw away his friend.
"Then let's fight. I'll show you my quirk is better than yours!" while Bakugou was getting ready to fight.
Izuku ignored the raging-porcupine and approached the injured boy. The boy hugged his body and was terrified of getting bullied again.
"Holy Chain." Izuku whispered, then a chain with green aura, wrapped around the boy's body healing him.
Katsuki and the un-named cronies were shocked at how fast the boy, who they called useless, adapting to his new-found quirk. It was like he was born to have those chains.
And that day, was the start of Midoriya Izuku's journey to become the Unstoppable Chain Hero.
