Stephanie looked out of her apartment window and saw the lighting. She heard on the tv that there was a severe thunderstorm warning. Just then, she heard, "Little one."

She turned her head and saw Tank.

"Hey, Tank, what is going on?" Stephanie rushed into his arms

"I am to taking you to a Rangeman bunker; I a just heard that the Thunderstorm warning went into a Tornado warning."

"My parents"

"Ranger went to get them, along with grandmom. Now let us take Rex and get out of here."

Stephanie drew a deep breath, grabbed Rex, and locked the door to her apartment. The two of them walked outside and saw how dark the sky was.

They looked at each other and got in the Rangeman SUV. They got to a bunker, and Tank opened the latch and pulled the secret door up. The two of them walked down some steps. Tank opened Rangeman's safe house door, and Stephanie entered. "Hi, sweetie," Frank said as he came up to her and Tank entered the safe house.

"Hi, dad"

"This is silly. When was the last time a Tornado hit New Jersey?" Helen said out loud.

"You are welcome to get back home and take the chance, Mrs. Plum." Tank told her.

"Where are the windows?" Grandma Edna asked.

"We are in an underground bunker, Grandma Edna; there are no windows." Tank said as he turned on the radio.

Just then, they heard it, "Ladies and Gentleman, we have confirmed that a Tornado has hit Trenton. We do not know how this has affected many, but we will keep you all informed." The announcer told them over the radio.
Tank got on the phone and called Ranger, "Hey, boss. We are safe. Where are you?"

"Yeah, right behind you," Ranger said as he looked at them.

Stephanie started to laugh.

"Babe"

"Sorry, Ranger, but you have a branch in your hair."

Ranger took a hand to his hair and got the branch out.

"Boss, is our building still standing?" Tank asked him.

"For now, and I got everyone evacuated. Babe, I don't know how to tell you this, but the Tornado hit Morelli's house. It is in shambles."

Stephanie ran into Tank's arms. He just held her and let her ball.

Helen looked at Tank holding Stephanie. "Stephanie, I know that you and this man Tank have been seeing each other for a while now. Joesph told me that you were seeing him. He wanted me to help break the two of you up. But I have seen how happy you are with him. When this is done, you two have my blessing."

"Thanks, Mom, that means a lot to us," Stephanie said.

Just then, Helen's stomach growled, "It was not me for once," Stephanie said out loud.

Ranger went to the storage locker and took out packaged Rations that he had leftover from some mission with the Rangers.

He tossed them around to everyone.

"Rations, do you know how long it has been since I have had these" Frank said with a smile.

"you just made my dad's day," Stephanie said with a small smile on her face.

All of a sudden, Steph's phone rang, "Hey Val, how is Washington?"

"Are you okay, and have you heard from mom?" Valerie asked.

"Yes, Val, we are fine, Mom and Dad and Grandma are with me, and we are with Ranger and Tank. We are all fine. I am so glad that you, Albert, and the kids decided to take a vacation now." Stephanie told her sister

"Yeah, so are we. Listen, keep in touch. We will be home when we can" Valerie hung up.

"Ladies and Gentleman, this is your local reporters again on wkbu. We are just informed that the Tornado has passed us, and we are free and clear."

"Oh man, the fun is over already," Frank said.

"Dad, this has not been fun," Stephanie told him

"I know, baby, it just that this place brings back a lot of memories for me, good and bad," Frank said.

"Let's get out of here and see the damage." Tank said. He took Stephanie's hand, and Ranger opened the bunker door.

Everyone stepped out into the fresh air. They noticed all the down trees. "Well, all be damned, the truck is still standing," Ranger said with a smile on his face.

Tank just shook his head. "Let's go and get them home." Tank said.

The Plums and Edna went back to the house and saw their home was still standing.

They saw Angie Morelli and her mom sitting on the porch.

"Angie, is there any news on Joesph?" Helen asked.

"None, the rest of my family is fine, but Joe was the good boy of the family, and now we know nothing from him," Angie told them. "Helen, we need a place to stay. Our house is gone, but we are alive, and that is all that matters."

"Of course, come on in. You can use Stephanie's old bedroom." Helen walked into their house. "Little one, I want you as my wife. Will you marry me?" Tank asked her.

"Yes, Pierre, I will" Stephanie ran into his arms. Just then, "Cupcake."

"Joe" She turned around in Tank's arms and saw Joe a little banged up but safe.

"Your mom is worried sick. Where were you?" Stephanie asked.

"I was in my bathtub, and I had to crawl my way out," Joe said as he sat on the swing.

"I know he can give you what I can't right now, so I wish the both of you my best. I am going to see my mom now." Joe said he got up from the swing and went into the Plum's house.

Stephanie and Tank looked into the house and saw hugs all around, and the Morelli's were having a reunion.

"Pierre, let's see if City Hall is still standing," Stephanie told him.

"Let's go, Ranger. You want to come along." Tank asked him

"Yeah, let's go get you two hitched," Ranger said.

The three of them got into the SUV and saw city hall still standing.

"Let's go in and see if we can get you two hitched" Ranger told them.
