Chapter 1 Hogwarts Express
As the story begans a young baby hobbit and a baby boy and there names where Frodo Baggins and Harry Potter. The two babies where left near the borders of the shire on the house of Bilbo Baggins who was Frodo's Uncle. The two of them where delievered by Professor Dumbledore, Professor Gandalf The Grey, and Hagrid. Harry bore a scar above his forehead that looked like a lightning blot. In the following eleven years the two boys grew up with Uncle Bilbo Baggins in the Shire. Harry being the only human living in the Shire he had the privelige to make friends with Samwise Gamgee who was Frodo's friend as well as Merry and Pippin who where Frodo's older cousins. Gandalf would come and visit the Shire as often as he could during holidays and the summer which was the most exciting time for Frodo and Harry becsuse theyve learned so much about Hogwarts even tho they were still to young to attend and they knew everyone was a wizard or witch in Middle-Earth. The two boys grew up with there Bilbo's stories about his adventures and how his adventures with the company of the thirteen dwarves on there quest towards Erebor the lonely mountain made him famous which was a story that always inspired the two boys to find there own adventure like he did. The only thing they could never ask is how there parents died. It wasn't a subject Bilbo wanted to tell them until they where both ready to understand about the evil in the world. Finally came the day where they both got there first letter to Hogwarts. And so Bilbo knew then they where both ready to know the truth but just waited for the right moment to tell them since Dumbledore told him not to say anything. But of course they where both excited about going away to Hogwarts since they knew everything about where Bilbo and they're parents learned all magic. "First we must arrive to Diagon Alley which is where we must go buy all of your books and supplys and clothes"said Bilbo. "Diagon Alley where they sell us our things"said Harry. "Yes but first we must get to Gringotts bank to get your money boys" said Bilbo. Everyone was starting to say hi to the two toung boys. " Mr. Baggins and Mr. Potter a pleasilure to meet you" said a man that wore a purple cloth up his forehead. "Boys this is Professor Quarell. He'll be your defense against the dark arts teacher"said Bilbo. "What a wonderful year your both gonna have boys. And good Luck. Not that you"ll b-be n-needing it. I I must go ow"said Qaurell. After that the two young boys where taken to see young Hagrid. "I'm goning to nkw take you boys to introduce you to Hagrid keeper of keys and grounds of Hogwarts. Such a good man that Hagrid is." said Bilbo. Bilbo knocked upon the door they reached before entering Diagon Alley. "Who goes there"said the voice. "Hagrid it's just me. Bilbo Baggins."said Bilbo. The door opened and out came a man that looked like a gaint with his umbrella. "Bilbo my old friend what brings you out here today" Hagrid asked. "Well I'm just taking young Frodo and Harry to buy there school supplies that's all. Can you imagen the boys just got there first letters to Hogwarts."said Bilbo laughing. "Harry, Frodo I haven't seen you guys since you where both babies. But of course I'm Hagrid Keeper of keys and grounds of Hogwarts. Best school of Witchcraft and wizardry in all of Middle-Earth. But I'm sure you both know where your Uncle and parents learned it all boys"said Hagrid. "Of course where both excited"said Harry. "Right then I'll go with you all to Gringotts first take them both to your vault" said Hagrid as they all walked inside that bank. "Uncle what are they are these goblins" asked Frodo. "Yes they are goblins. Good ones not the ones you heard in my stories"said Bilbo. The four of them walked up to the biggest table where a goblin stood on his desk. " I wish to enter Frodo and Harry's vaults please"said Hagrid. A Goblin named Griphook stood up. "And do Mr. Baggins and Mr. Potter have they're keys"asked Griphook. "Um yes I have them both"said Bilbo. "Oh and just one more thing. Business of Hogwarts it's about you know who"said Hagrid. "Very well" said Griphook. And so the young boys where both taken to there vaults and got all there gold they needed. After that they traveled to the vault 394 and where told not to tell anyone at hogwarts about what happened. "Now all we need is a Nimbus 2000 and a wand and a owl, mice, or a cat"said Harry reading. "And don't forget about our wands as well we each need our own" said Frodo. "Well best place in Middle-Earth to buy a wand is in Ollivander's wand store" said Hagrid. "Listen boys. Hagrid and I will get your remaining things while you lads get your wands" said Bilbo. And so they both enter the store what a queit place it was. Out came Mr. Ollivander. "I knew I would be seeing you two sometime right now Mr. Baggins and Mr. Potter. Now time for your wands"said Mr. Ollivander. "Try this one Mr. Potter"said Ollivander. Eventually he found his wand but Frodo was a bit more difficult to find. Mr. Ollivander had a more difficult time finding Frodo his wand until he found one for him the perfect one he thought. "This wand is very special Frodo. This wand was crafted by the elves in the first age of Middle-Earth which means the wand glows blue when dark wizards and orcs are nearby I call it Sting. May it serve you good" said Ollivander. "And Potter this wand is the brother of the wand who's wizard gave you that scar"said Ollivander. "Did he kill our parent"asked Harry. "Indeed he did yes. In the first age of Middle-Earth when he ruled with the first darkness he got followers and orcs. He went as bad as you can go. In The third age of Middle-Earth his soul tried to return and both of your parents fought against him your parents where killed by him we shall not name. He once was a Dark Lord of the land of Mordor where no one dares to enter. But I believe we can expect good things from you boys" said Ollivander. Frodo and Harry left confused and worried as they found Hagrid and Bilbo holding a owl and a mouse. "Happy Birthday boys"said Bilbo. Frodo was still troubled. "What's wrong boy"he asked. "Did he killed our parents you know who" asked Frodo. Bilbo looked at Hagrid as if it was time to explain things to them. Hagrid sighted. "Kids first and number one thing to remember cause it's very important. Not every wizard is a good guy" said Hagrid. "He's right see boys the truth is. Is that when you too where both born your parents did everything they could to stop a certain Dark Lord from returning. A Dark Lord who has been wanting revenge against man kind for thousands of years since he became very very bad. He's been gathering followers called cursed men and women who swore alliance to him besides an army of orcs. It was a very bloody and dark times. He was destroyed once. But when he tryed to return he destroyed all those who fought against them starting a war. Fortunately we won the war but your parents were victims in it. But something about you boys stopped him from destroying you both and gave you Harry your scar. He didn't have his full strength to return and you both stopped him. That's why you both are famous because you survived him" said Bilbo who started crying. "What was his name" said Harry. "I cannot speak his name or dare speak his language here" said Bilbo. "Hagrid who was he" asked Frodo. "Alright. His name was Sauron" said Hagrid. "One of the reasons he couldn't return Is because he was looking for something an object he needed to get his full strenght back some ring they said. A Ring that gave him power. Some say he won't return and some say he will" said Hagrid. "He could come back anytime now"said Hagrid. "Yes and he was nothing but a murderer who killed my sister" said Bilbo. "Why didn't you tell us about our parents" asked Harry. "Frodo's parents were killed to that night" said Harry. "Yes and since both of your parents my lads where killed Dumbledore thought it was best for you two to live with me. That's why you both grew up closely as brothers. It wasn't easy raising you two on my own espically you Harry you where a heavy baby and having to go to Bree to buy you your clothes and shoes since hobbits can't wear shoes because our hairy feet. But I'm so sorry that I've kept you this secret for too long" said Bilbo as he continued crying mourning for his sister Frodo's mother. " I knew your parents well Harry. Lilly and James Potter. And of course yours as well Frodo and your father Drogo Baggins was the bravest hobbit I'be ever meet" said Bilbo. "There there Bilbo it's alright" said Hagrid. " Bilbo its alright" said Harry. "I better be going now I'll leave you two with Bilbo. Now boys this is your ticket to the train platforms 9 3/4 you must keep your ticket. I'll be seeing you in a week" said Hagrid. And so they returned home to the Shire.Nightfall came as Frodo kept reading all his school books since he loves reading. Frodo and Harry had also discover there friends Sam had also got his first letter to. Which is all they kept talking about as the week went by so fast. They got to the train station which was located near the south of the borders of Bree. Many young boys and girls and young hobbits were waiting to leave for the train to Hogwarts as they pushed their trunks quickly. "Which way is it to 9 3/4" asked Harry. "You know I'be quiet forgotten since old age has reached me. I'll have to leave you here boys I've got to go back home this is 9 3/4 ok" said Bilbo. "Uncle how do we get in do we run towards it",asked Frodo. "Yes you run towards it" said Bilbo. "Now stay safe and have fun. Don't you dare miss behave boys okay" said Bilbo. "We won't dissapoint you" said Harry. Harry and Frodo both gave him a big hug and then he left. "Are you sure about this" said Harry. "Yes look at them" said Frodo. They both saw children running to the pillar and dissaspered. Then they turned and heared voices and saw a family with red hair coming towards them. "Same thing every year it's always full the carriage that takes you to school always full" said the mother. "Fred you go first"she said to two twins. "I'm George. And you seriously our mother" said the boy. "Just kidding I am Fred"said Fred as he got inside then followed by his twin brother. "Excuse me is that" asked Frodo. "How to get in the platform. Yes boys it's also Ron's first time as well. Now just run towards it but do it fast dears its better to run faster" she said. Frodo went first and then Harry and finally the other boy went to and they got to the train station. So the boys noticed it was full as they walked around Harry sat with Sam and Merry and Pippin meanwhile Frodo walked around wondering where to sit since he went to put on his school robes on first. He found his seat next to a girl he noticed was very beautiful who was also eleven years old just like him and everyone who got there first letter. He searched through his bag one last time and noticed his Uncle's magic gold ring with a chain and a note inside it. "Thought you could use this ring Frodo. It could come in handy. Bilbo" was written in it. He put the ring on his neck and was finishing reading his book and was finished. "You've read all your books I see just like me" said the girl. "I've read all my books as well. I'm very excited to learn about Hogwarts. By the way I'm Hermione Grainger" she said who gave her hand. "I'm Frodo. Frodo Baggins"said Frodo. "My goodness you're Frodo Baggins. The Frodo. You must now Harry Potter to. I've read about you in all my books. It's sad about what happened to your parents and his"said Hermione. "You must have grown up with Bilbo Baggins he is a legend for hobbits. Even tho I'm not a hobbit he's still famous. You're a hobbit right tell me. Do you like learning and reading" she asked. "I love to read all the time. I can't believe its our time to be wizards and witches."said Frodo. Frodo and Hermione spent a long time talking of how much they like learning and wanting to do magic as well as getting to know each other. Sam came in after. "Excuse me Mr. Frodo have any of you guys seen a toad some boy named Neville lost one"said Sam. "No we haven't but will help look. Oh Sam this is Hermione Granger and Hermione this is Samwise Gamgee"said Frodo introducing them. "Pleasure" said Hermione. "Good to meet you"said Sam. And so they began looking for the missing toad until Frodo and Hermione found Harry who's already met Ron. Merry and Pippin where with them as well. "Have any of you seen a toad" asked Hermione. They all nodded. "You're Harry Potter. I've read all about you. I've already meet Frodo"said Hermione. "I'm Ron by the way. Ron Weasley" said Ron. "I'm Hermione Granger" said Hermione. "Hermione this are my cousins Meriadoc Brandybuck but we call him Merry and Peregrin Took but he prefers Pippin"said Frodo. "What were you all doing"asked Hermione. "Not much just magic"said Ron. "We where just passing him a spell"smirked Pippin. "Turn this stupid rat to yellow"said Ron as he pointed as wand towards his mouse. "By the way this is Scabbers" said Ron. Merry and Pippin where laughing. "We got you good"said Merry. "Very Funny mates"said Ron. "Are you sure that was a real spell"said Harry. "Yes it wasn't a good one. I've been doing some of the simple spells with Frodo. And they worked well for us"said Hermione. "Okay then you try one go on"said Ron. "Let me try. ACULUS RAPARO" said Frodo who pointed his wall towards a small crack they noticed on they're window and the crack was gone leaving the window fixed. "Not bad Baggins"said Ron. "Don't worry after all that's why we are going to school"said Hermione. "I don't expect all first years to know that spell Ron"said Harry. "We're going to keep looking for the frog and you too better change to your robes already"said Hermione. "We're gonna be there soon mates. By the way Ron you got dirt on your nose did you know"said Frodo as he smiled at him trying not to laugh. And so they got to the school minutes later and they saw Hagrid. "Alright first years follow me. And please little hobbit students to the front and other students to the back so that everyone can see me. Frodo, Harry good to see you two and all of you welcome to Hogwarts. Now we will all get on small boats and cross the river to get to the castle"instructed Hagrid. And so they went through the river and both Harry and Frodo were both excited to see the castle.
