Chapter 1: Heartbroken Aftermath

Goku and Chichi were flying across the sky. Goku has tears flowing down from his eyes, he was shocked by her confession at home, he couldn't believe that someone like her can ever do something like this considering how much she always followed her morals and beliefs and always told Gohan and Goten to behave properly, she even slapped Goten for doing the exact same thing in the past, but now she did it by herself? become a hypocrite!?. If he hadn't stopped Goten from hitting Chichi then only god knows what would've happened.

Chichi on the other hand was crying continuously, her tears were flowing down from her face and wetting her shirt. She knew that she have betrayed Goku, the purest and strongest person in the universe and there is nothing she can do now to fix it.

Both of them then landed in the top of a mountain with no one else around. Goku due to pain of betrayal act on impulse and pushed Chichi away from him at the minute they landed.

Chichi was thrown forward a bit and while stumbling quickly caught herself from falling. She then slowly looked back at Goku with tears still running down her eyes while Goku was now looking at her with furious eyes, she even thought for a second that he actually wants to murder her.

"Go-.. Goku I..am sorry.."

"STOP RIGHT THERE!!!"

Chichi suddenly jumped at his words, now totally scared from him. She had never seen Goku like this before and she knew this is all because of her.

Then after pausing for a few seconds, Goku spoke

"Why?" he whispered

Chichi listened to his question and tried to speak, her voice chocking.

"Go.."

"WHY CHICHI WHY!!?"

Chichi jumped again and took a few steps backward, for a moment she was sure she saw Goku eyes flashed and turned teal.

Goku then slowly started moving towards her furiously and with tears running down from his face. He was heartbroken but he need to get the answers too.

Chichi saw Goku is coming towards her, she wanted to back away but her feets were frozen and she was numbed. She knew she was guilty but couldn't help herself for a second and thought.

"Is he going to kill me?, I can't blame him if he wanted that, after all what I have done, I think I deserve death myself" she thought with her tears falling down onto the ground.

Goku reached her, his body now towering over hers covering her completely in his shadow. He then looked at her dead in the eyes and whispered dangerously.

"Why Chichi..., why did you betrayed me?, what I have done to deserve something like this huh!?"

Chichi was unable to form any words, she just didn't know what to say, she is guilty and she knew that whatever she will tell him now will not make anything better for her.

"Tell me now chichi, we don't have much time!" he spoke dangerously again.

Chichi's voice died in her throat, she was unable to say anything in front of him and his dangerous talking only made things worse.

But she has to tell him, tell him that how much he had neglected her for some stupid training all the time, even when the earth was not in danger.

So after a few more sobs, she spoke taking deep breaths in between, her whole body now shaking.

"Goku I am sorry..., I just don't know what came over me, but I started to feel neglected by you and then something happened and... and then..." she stopped unable to make any words further, she was mortified and feared what will Goku do to her once she tell him. All the guilt then started overwhelming her at full force and she started sobbing hard, her body now felt completely weak and out of fear and exhaustion she slowly collapsed on the ground, unable to handle any of it any further.

Goku saw that Chichi had collapsed, he wanted to help but because of his anger, his feelings and her betrayal, he decided not to touch her.

"HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!" Goku suddenly shouted at the top of his lungs and turned super saiyan. Scaring every creatures living in the mountains and making some of them even ran away in fear.

--Meanwhile in Son's residence--

Vegeta was busy waiting for Kakarot and his harpy to come back, he was getting irritated when he suddenly sensed someone's energy. He quickly understood who this energy belongs to and stoop up. Startling Bulma and the others.

"What happened Vegeta?" Bulma asked.

"Its Kakarot, his energy has increased" he replied in concern.

"What? what do you mean Vegeta??" Bulma asked again.

"Dad must be angry on mom and has increased his energy, he has turned super saiyan!" Gohan spoke in between, almost shouting in the house.

"WHAT!? OH NO THIS IS NOT GOOD VEGETA!!!" Bulma shouted.

"Wait here women, I will go and check" Vegeta replied and quickly make haste for the door.

"Wait I am coming with you Vegeta", Gohan spoke.

"No! this bastard and fucking mama's boy doesn't deserve to go, I will come with you instead Vegeta!", Goten shouted angrily and started moving towards the door.

Bulma saw this and quickly placed herself in Goten's path, stopping him from moving further. "No Goten you shouldn't go, you are too angry right now, you will not be able to control yourself if you see your mother" Bulma told him.

"No I have to go Bulma dad needs ME!" Goten almost shouted at Bulma.

"SHUT UP GOTEN!!", Vegeta become extremely angry and while looking towards Goten transformed into a Super Saiyan 2.

He then looked at everyone present quickly and spoke, "No one will make any move, I am going to handle this, this is a saiyan thing which you half-breeds and humans can't understand!! got it!?, now no more QUESTIONS!!", Vegeta said in pure rage, and no one dared to question him while seeing him in this state.

"Ok Vegeta fine" Goten complied, and everyone else nodded along with him. If this is a saiyan thing then they knew that only Vegeta can understand Goku because they are the only full-blooded saiyans left alive.

Then while eveyone looked on Vegeta quickly ran out of the house and jumped towards the sky, "Hope that clown hasn't done something stupid", he tought and quickly increased his speed towards the energy source.

--Meanwhile at the Mountain--

Goku who was in his super saiyan state unable to control himself started shouting even louder and transformed into a Super Saiyan 2. Chichi was lying senseless on the ground, now sliding away from him because of the force that generated from the transformation.

After sometime Vegeta reached Goku and while on the sky saw all this craziness happening in front of him.

"Damn that clown, he is out of control, talking with him is pointless at this point", Vegeta mentally spoke and silently landed behind him, Goku was unable to sense Vegeta's energy because he was still angry with Chichi and was caught up on his own feelings. Vegeta then with intention to stop him suddenly hit him on his back with both of his fists at once.

The force of the blow was enough to snap Goku out of his daze and he become shocked at who hit him. Getting even more angry at this he quickly sensed someone behind him and counterattacked that person with his right leg but that person blocked it easily. Goku then quickly turned his whole body around to look and become shocked at seeing Vegeta standing behind him.

"Looks like you have finally now calm down huh clown?" Vegeta spoke calmly but with anger.

"Vegeta its you, when did you arrived and why have you come here?" Goku asked in the same tone, he then take a look at Chichi who was now at some distance from him.

"That doesn't matter, but the thing is what happened to you Kakarot? You said you wanted to talk to your harpy, and this is how you do talking!?, take a look at yourself, If I wouldn't have interfered at the right moment then only god knows what you could've done to her" the saiyan prince spoke, pointing towards Chichi.

Goku was going to retort back, but he then looked at himself and realized that Vegeta was right.

"What? I have transformed myself? when did that happen!?" he almost shouted.

"Looks like you were unable to control yourself Kakarot" Vegeta spoke calmly. He knew that its actually not his fault but its his saiyan blood that was making him act like this, but it also looked to him that the clown doesn't know anything about this.

While Vegeta was thus thinking Goku had turned his attention back to Chichi and was taking a step towards her.

"Kakarot, take your harpy and let's talk at some other place, this place has become a mess because of you".

Goku quickly turned around and looked back at him.

"What do you want me to talk about Vegeta?" Goku was confused.

"Don't ask any questions Kakarot just follow me" Vegeta said and then began to fly.

"Don't try to make me wait Kakarot, took your harpy now and follow me", Vegeta said again, angrily this time.

"Ok Vegeta", what he wants to talk about now all of a sudden? Goku thought and looked towards Chichi, now hesitating to touch her, he can feel the pain of her betrayal coming back.

"KAKAROT!! MOVE YOUR ASS NOW!!" Vegeta shouted, losing his temper.

"Ok ok Vegeta, I am coming", Goku replied and without much thinking reached to Chichi, he then took her in his arms and started floating.

"Ok Vegeta, now what?" He asked after reaching him.

"Just follow me" he replied and flew off at great speed with Goku closely following behind.

After a few minutes of flying the trio reached to the other side of the mountain.

Vegeta then told Goku to land with him on that secular spot.

After both Vegeta and Goku landed Chichi started stirring in Goku's arms. Goku felt this and become alert, he looked at Chichi feeling angry again, he didn't know where their relationship will go now from here.

Vegeta then speak to Goku with his back on him.

"Put that women on the ground Kakarot, and come with me"

"Oh ok Vegeta, but.." Goku replied quickly while putting her on the ground.

"She will be fine Kakarot there are no animals around here" Vegeta replied.

Vegeta then started moving and Goku after taking a final look at Chichi (who was now trying to open her eyes) followed him.

Those two pure-blooded saiyans then walked for a while and via crossing some trees and bushes arrived on the edge of the mountain.

"Ok so now what Vegeta? what do you want to talk about?" Goku asked curiously.

"Kakarot how much do you know about your saiyan heritage?" Vegeta asked without looking back at him.

"Umm... no that much Vegeta, I never grew up like that you know, I was once told by master roshi that I was from an another planet, and have come here to destroy it, I was very violent at first then I hit my head and become good, that saiyans..."

While Goku was thus speaking to Vegeta Chichi on the other hand finally regained her senses, she then looked around and slowly stand herself up on the ground.

"What is this place, where am I and where is Goku, did he just leave me here!?" she thought and recalled what happened a few minutes ago. Suddenly the images of Goku angry with her and how she had collapsed on the ground started flashing through her mind, and this again brought her to tears.

Guilt and Shame of her came back and they overwhelmed her. She recalled her moment with Enzo a few days ago and how she had betrayed her husband on that night with him, unable to handle herself again she collapsed on the ground and bawled her eyes out, thinking Goku had now left her and gone, she is now alone and there is nothing left for her.

"OH! GOKU PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME!!!" Chichi cried her heart out on instinct, feeling completely heartbroken from inside.

Goku and Vegeta were conversing when they suddenly heard someone's crying out loud for Goku, both saiyans quickly realized who's that sound was.

"Hmph.. looks like your harpy has come to her senses Kakarot and has now interrupted our conversation" Vegeta said.

"Hmm... ", Goku replied and averted his gaze, he is not willing to go after her, after what she did to him she deserved to be like this, she needed to feel the same pain just him. Then only she will understand how much she has hurt him.

"Aren't you going after her Kakarot? she is continuously shouting your name" Vegeta asked.

"No Vegeta she is not worth it anymore, I am done with her."

Vegeta become astounded at his reply, he never thought that someone like him can give up so easily.

"Kakarot do you really mean what you are saying?" he asked again, not showing any emotion but hoping from inside that the clown should reconsider it, saiyans never give up on their mates that easily.

"Yeah Vegeta, I am done with her, I just can't stand her after what she did to me" Goku whispered gently completely heartbroken from inside, but there was still something inside him that made his heart ache while hearing Chichi's voice like this.

"Don't make rashful decisions Kakarot, Saiyans don't give up on their mates that easily" Vegeta said again.

"She had SEX with someone else Vegeta, just after when I was trying to give her the attention she wanted she just give up on me and ran after another man, how can you suddenly ask me to go and look after HER!!!???" Goku shouted in rage at his rival while pointing towards the direction from where they had come. Almost powering up again. His voice was so loud that it started booming around the mountain and in sequence also reached Chichi's ears.

Meanwhile Chichi was continuously crying her heart out, she was now alone without Goku, she had betrayed him and now he had left her. What purpose she has left now?, her Goku is gone, her family is gone, everything is gone and she can't do anything to take it back.

"GOKU!!!", she shouted again, hoping he may be around to hear her and come for her like an angel to rescue her.

"PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME GOKU I AM SORRY!!!", she shouted again and collapsed even further on the ground. Almost flattening herself. Her body now felt hollow, like she was dying from inside.

Then out of nowhere her ears catch someone shouting in anger. She lifted her head and almost immediately recognized that it was Goku's voice.

Acting out of impulse, fear and hope she quickly used all her strength to lift herself up and ran towards the direction of the sound as fast as possible.

On the other hand Goku was now done shouting at Vegeta. Vegeta was going to shout back in return when both saiyans sensed someone's energy and it didn't take long for the duo to realize what that means.

"'Hmph... looks like your harpy is now coming straight for us Kakarot" Vegeta spoke quickly.

"She is not my harpy Vegeta, stop calling her that" Goku replied back in anger.

"Whatever you say clown.." Vegeta replied.

Chichi was running towards the cliff and passed through the trees and bushes. She then saw some figures on the outside and increased her pace even further, hoping that its Goku standing there.

Vegeta sensed that Chichi was now very near them and asked Goku, "How are you going to face her Kakarot once she comes here??"

"What I have to do with her Vegeta? She can do whatever the hell she wants, she is none of my concern now" Goku replied.

The two saiyans then waited for what was going to happen. But Goku started feeling uncomfortable and decide to hide himself. He just didn't know what he will say to her once she come here, she has hurt him so much that he can't help but feel hatred for her, hatred for betraying him, hatred for breaking his heart, hatred for giving up on him so easily.

So with that he started floating and while Vegeta looked on flew away from his spot.

"WHAT THE HELL KAKAROT!? WHERE ARE YOU GOING NOW!?" he shouted.

Vegeta was about to go after him but then he saw Chichi coming out of the trees while shouting Goku's name.

"Great, just my luck, I will make that clown pay for this!" Vegeta mentally cursed Goku for putting him in this situation.

Chichi has now come out of the bushes, with her eyes still overflowing with tears, she was unable to see everything clearly, she was overwhelmed by guilt and in her daze she mistook Vegeta for Goku.

"Goku?" She asked after looking at Vegeta as she comes closer.

Vegeta didn't make any sound instead he just wanted to run away, but seeing Kakarot's harpy is such a bad state he decided to not take a risk and remain here to stop her, in case she does something stupid.

"Goku!?" Chichi asked again and come even closer to Vegeta who was trying to keep his distance from her.

"Goku I knew you will not leave me, I am sorry Goku but please don't leave me, please let me explain. I promise I will do anything to make you take me back" she said in daze.

"What the hell!?, is she mistaking me for kakarot now?, this is madness!" Vegeta thought, astonished by her behaviour.

Chichi then come even closer to him, now almost touching him with her hand.

"WOMEN!!" Vegeta suddenly shouted, snapping Chichi out of her daze.

Goku was hidding behind some trees and was secretly watching all this, earlier he had felt that Vegeta didn't follow him when he flew away and was going to ask him to come, but then he felt Chichi's energy and realized that she is now with Vegeta .

Not willing to show himself to her, he used instant transmission and via sensing Vegeta's energy teleported himself at a safe distance from them, intending to watch now what will happen. He also keep his energy extremely low so that no one can sense him.

Meanwhile on the other side Chichi who was now snapped out of her daze saw Vegeta standing in front of her.

She quickly rubbed her eyes at this and when her vision become clear she become a bit surprised that Vegeta is actually here with her and not Goku.

She then quickly looked around in order to find him, but he was nowhere to be found.

Tears again started to well up in her eyes, her Goku has really left her, she was stupid that she thought he will give her another chance. She let out a sob at this and while Vegeta looked on started crying again while slowly collapsing on the ground, her hope now destroyed.

Vegeta was getting irritated from her continuous crying and wails, and he was now getting on his last nerve."If she is really hurting that much after Kakarot left her then why this harpy even cheated on him in the first place?, what the hell was she thinking at that time!?", he thought, he never expected something like this from someone like her in a million years.

He may have always thinked of her as a harpy, but deep inside he always respected her morals and beliefs and how she always tried to instill them on their children too. Even Bulma has never put this much effort on her family unlike her's. But now because of her just one single act he has lost all his respect for her.

Wanting to get answers himself that why such a pure women would ever do such an immoral thing, he couldn't help but ask. "Why are you crying now women? isn't this what you always wanted? to find pleasure in someone else arms?"

Chichi stopped crying at hearing Vegeta's words, she looked at Vegeta who was looking down at her, expecting an answer.

Even with guilt filled inside her, she couldn't help but feel that Vegeta is now trying to interfere in her and Goku's private matter. And its their business not him.

"Where is Goku, Vegeta?" She asked trying to change the subject.

Vegeta veins started to pop out on his forehead at her reply.

"Don't try to change the subject women, I am serious here, if you really loved Kakarot that much then why did you cheat on him?, are you happy being a slut now!??"

Chichi started trembling in anger at his words, she may have made mistakes but there is no way she is a slut.

"HOW DARE YOU!!? I MAY HAVE MADE MISTAKES BUT I AM NOT A SLUT!!" she shouted at the top of her lungs, defending herself.

"But that's what you did isn't it? you slapped Goten for doing the same thing but then did it by yourself?, hahaha!! look at you, you are not just a slut but a hypocrite as well" Vegeta laughed at her.

"HOW DARE YOU!!?", Chichi spoke in fury and quickly lunged forward in order to attack, but Vegeta slightly powered up and pushed her back with a shockwave.

Chichi fell down on her butt, but still kept looking angrily at Vegeta.

"You should stay out of this Vegeta, you know nothing about what Goku put me through" she spoke.

Her reply made Vegeta brows rise up.

"What has Kakarot done with you?"

Goku who was listening to all this drama while being hidden, suddenly become curious at Chichi's statement.

"What have I done to her!?" he thought.

"What are you talking about women, care to explain!?" The saiyan prince asked.

Chichi then took a deep breathe, and while looking at Vegeta dead in the eye stand herself up and spoke with determination.

"I don't have to give you any explain Vegeta, but since you asked this, I suppose I should tell you".

Vegeta narrowed his eyes at her, what she is going to say? nothing can make her cheating justified, it was her's own decision, so what explain is she gonna give now?

"Go on women, let me listen to your pathetic excuse" he said sarcastically.

Chichi become even more angry at this and balled her hands into fists. But she then calmed herself knowing it will of no use and decide to start explaining everything.

"Listen Vegeta and Listen good, I always took care of Goku, but he always leaved me behind ALWAYS, for an entire year not even once he paid any attention to me and I was feeling neglected by him but I still remained faithful to him. Any other women would've given up on him a long time ago but not me. Taking advantage of this fact he took me for granted Vegeta and that's wrong, and then when I asked him to make some time for me because I felt rejected he said that it will come on his way of training, thats what he always does! training!, training!, training!, it was always his priority over me. I was heartbroken Vegeta and then...

"WAIT!! STOP RIGHT THERE!!"

Both Chichi and Vegeta got surprised and widened their eyes at the interruption. They looked towards the direction of the sound and saw Goku is now coming out of the bushes, fury written all over his face. He has listened enough accuses from her. And now its time to pay her back.

"Kakarot!?, were you listening to us all this time!?" Vegeta asked Surprisingly.

"Yeah Vegeta and thanks, you were a big help here, but now I want you to leave me and Chichi alone, I want to talk to her by myself" Goku spoke angrily while pointing his finger towards Chichi who betrayed him and broke his heart.

Vegeta saw the anger in Goku's eyes, but he also saw that he is looking less angry and more deterministic than before, maybe he will not lose his temper this time, also its doesn't concern him so why he should stay anyway? he has his own wife to deal with, let alone interfering in someone else matters.

"Ok Kakarot, I am going but don't lose your temper this time otherwise I have to come and kick your ass again"

"Thanks Vegeta, I know", Goku replied while Chichi looked onto him.

"Don't forget I will make you pay later for flying out on me and leaving me here with her, understand?"

"Yeah Vegeta, now go, I want to settle this matter here once and for all" Goku spoke, a bit impatiently.

"Fine then" Vegeta starting floating in the sky and after taking a look back at him fly away towards his house where he knew everyone will be waiting for him to know what happened.

After Vegeta had gone, Goku who was looking towards Chichi spoke.

"Well Chichi now its just you and me."

Cliffhanger!, My first try but certainly not last.

So now that Vegeta has gone what will happen between Goku and Chichi? will they still stay together, or is it the last time they will spoke to each other as a couple?. Stay tuned for the next chapter to find out.
