Here it is a man who was apart of team rocket but now he was captured by the international police but he wasn't any normal rocket .that member his code name was atom the most powerful team rocket member and the strongest Pokemon trainer under the boss himself. He spent time in prison and he then got off on parole and he has one goal leave the region and don't violate his parole as he can't have Pokemon or own them. Undoubtedly this complicates things as he is in the half region and he lives in the wild area in Galar and he has one goal.
I order to keep his Pokemon he has to beat the champion of Galar and the world monarch Leon...
