Surrounded by graves of citizens, denizens of Frost Hill. The sun was rising over a dueling ground. A woman wearing the patrol armor of the Marked Men. The Marked Beast Tribal helmet secured ontop of her head. She faced off against a man.
The has cold blue eyes. Ginger hair that was well groomed. Yet it was concealed under a black hood, and on top of that. Was a black, wide brimmed hat. A black duster with light armor underneath. He wielder a .357 magnum named 'Old Scratch'. This is Marko, The Man in Black.
The helmeted woman is named Lucky. She was a companion to Courier Six. She named herself after the Lucky 38. In her hand is a Remington Model 1858, named Sweet Revenge. The former gun of Steven Randall. Her mentor and friend. Thrown haphazardly on the ground behind her is a large backpack and a duffle bag.
Lucky rolled away from two shots. She aimed Sweet Revenge at Marko's head. Then she squeezed the trigger four times. She pressed it two more times. Sweet Revenge emitting two clicks, after four cracks.
Lucky put Sweet Revenge in the holster at her hip. Then charged at Marko. Two bullets pierced her left arm. Two more dinged off her helmet. She forced her arm to punch Marko's jaw.
He recoiled slightly, Old Scratch digitized into his Pipboy. Marko grabbed Lucky by the shoulders and kneed her in the stomach. Then pushed her onto the sand. Lucky's hyperventilating was muffled by the helmet.
She wildly punch at Marko. Her fist brusing his face, until his head began to bleed. Marko scooped up some sand and poured it into the helmet eyeholes. Lucky yelled and kneed Marko in the crotch. Yet he only grunted in annoyance.
Lucky pushed Marko off her. They both stumbled to their feet. With a war cry Lucky dove for her duffel bag. Marko aimed Old Scratch at her spine. With one shot, Lucky screamed and rolled onto her bags.
She unzipped the duffel bag and jammed a Stimpack into her neck. She closed the bag and stood up. Staring at Marko.
I, Louise Françoise Le Blanc De Le Vallière.
'That chant, I remember that chant,' Lucky thought to herself. That was her name, before she was summoned to America. Before the Hidebarks adopted her. Before, she had her son. She was once the third daughter of the Vallière House.
Lucky's Marked Patrol Armor was dripping blood. She could barely stand. Marko was also bleeding, but overall he seemed fine. 'Either he's not tired, or is better at hiding it. Not good either way,' Lucky thought pessimistically.
In the name of the Five Great Powers.
'Why am I remembering that chant? I haven't thought about Halkeginia in years,' Lucky dug into her pocket. Then began to reload Sweet Revenge. She had more ammo in her bags. But only was able to get four bullets quickly.
Following my fate.
'Is my life flashing before my eyes?' Lucky asked herself. Is this why she's remembering that chant? Because she is about to die to Marko? Another one of his many victims? 'Six, i'm sorry I can't make it to Hoover Dam. Lanius, I'm sorry my son,' Lucky gave an apology to her friend, and her wayward son. Before aiming Sweet Revenge.
Summon a familiar!
A green portal opened behind her, and behind Marko. Lucky felt etheral tendrils grab her limbs. She was able to grab her duffel bag and her backpack. Before a loud boom and smoke covered her eyesight.
A gust of wind blew the smoke away. Lucky almost fainted at the sight she sees. This court, this is where she was dragged away. She saw Guiche, Zerbst, who she had never thought she be happy to see. Tabitha, Professor Colbert, and, herself.
Lucky saw a petite sixteen year old girl. Pink hair and eyes with an arrogant and pouty look about her. Lucky took off her Marked Beast Tribal Helmet. The sand fall onto the grass.
Lucky had a striking resemblance to her mother. Yet her hair was choppy and short. The pink was more faded, and had streaks of grey. Despite her only being thirty. Lucky's skin was tanned and scarred.
She looked like the lovechild between her mother and a Germanian. She kneeled down to herself, to Louise. Tears brimmed her eyes to behold such innocence. 'Is this how you felt Randall?' she wondered.
Louise stared into Lucky's pink eyes. Which were bloodshot and irritated from the sand Marko poured into her helmet. Louise paled at the blood dripping onto the grass. The green rusting from Lucky's wounds.
"My name is Louise Françoise Le Blanc De La Vallière. Pentagon of the Five Elemental Powers; bless this humble being, and make her my familiar," Louise said and pecked Lucky's chapped lips with her soft ones.
Lucky bit her tounge as groans of pain escaped her. Her left hand, which had a hole in courtesy of Old Scratch. Finally, the adrenaline and chems wore off. Lucky couldn't sustain herself on drugs and willpower alone. She had to collapse soon. It happened to be now.
So this is something i've been wanting to try. I call it Reverse Reverse summoning. Louise gets pulled from her world. Then after years, pulled back into Halkeginia by her past self or one of the other Void Mages. This iteration of the concept is called Lucky. A companion to Courier Six, and she is the former Lousie. No, she isn't Courier Six. Lucky did however do the Honest Hearts and Dead Money DLCs. She also did the New Vegas Bounties Trilogy mod.How did she get that Lonesome Road equipment? Well, you'll find out soon.
