1: Introduction
Meet Zowie Melnitz, Janine's younger brother and seventeen years old. He's also a bit of a nerd and looks like a young version of Egon from the ghostbusters movies. Same glasses, hairstyle, and sense of fashion. It's the summer and he's just finished his Junior year of high school.

One day, Janine thought Zowie is old enough to visit the firehouse and meet the ghostbusters. To him, the Ghostbusters have like the coolest job ever and his sister gets to work with them.

One day, Janine brings Zowie into the firehouse. Even though the Ecto-1 is gone, Zowie is feeling anxious to meet the ghostbusters.

Zowie: It's about time you let me come to work with you, Janine. When will the ghostbusters be back?

Janine: A couple hours at most. Just relax.

Zowie: You think I can ever be a Ghostbuster?

Janine: That's something you'll have to ask them.

Zowie: Cool.

2: Zowie Getting Slimed
That's when Slimer excitedly comes through, happy to see Janine, and hugs Zowie instead, sliming him accidentally. Zowie feels disgusted when the ghost backs away.

Janine: Slimer, that wasn't very nice. You just slimed my brother.

Slimer: (to Zowie) I'm sorry.

Zowie: It's okay, I guess. If I'm gonna be a ghostbuster, I better get used to getting slimed by ghosts.

3: Ghostbusters Trapped Something
That's when the garage door opens and the Ecto-1 drives in. Zowie gets excited as the car is parked and the Ghostbusters get out of the car. Each of them holding a ghost trap.

Janine: So, how did everything go?

Winston: We caught four ghosts at the museum.

Ray: And it was a blast.

Egon: We should not waste any time putting these ghosts in the containment unit.

Janine introduces her brother to the Ghostbusters.

Janine: Guys, this is Zowie, my younger brother. He wanted to meet you guys.

Zowie: Maybe someday, I can be a ghostbuster like you guys.

Winston: That's something to think about. How old are you?

Zowie: I'm seventeen, but I'll be eighteen in two weeks.

4: Zowie and Peter
That's when Peter walks forward and the first time Zowie sees him, it's like the feeling of being star-struck. Just everything about the way Peter looked was perfection.

Peter: Listen, kid. You wanna be a ghostbuster, you got to start with the grunt work, like carrying the traps and such. Got it?

Zowie: Sure. Do I get my own uniform?

Ray: I'm sure we got a spare one you can borrow until you get one with a personal name tag.

Ray says with enthusiasm.

Zowie: Cool.

Egon: Good, now let's show you how to empty the traps.

Zowie smiles and follows Egon down to the basement. The others follow with their ghost traps.

5: Zowie Vs Terror Dogs
The next day, while the Ghostbusters were out on a call, it's Zowie that stays behind and takes his own tour around the firehouse. On the third floor, he happens to enter Egon's lab and notices a portal like structure. It's what Egon calls "a portal to the Netherworld". A trans-dimensional portal. Curious, he approaches it carefully. When he touches the frame, a terror dog attempts to lunge at him, startling him and falling back on his butt.

Zowie: What the heck?

Janine, who has followed her brother, comes in when she heard a thud.

Janine: Zowie, are you okay?

Zowie: Yes, I'm fine.

Zowie says, rubbing his butt as he looks over at the terror dog that's inside the portal.

Zowie: What the heck is that thing?

Janine: Oh, that's a terror dog.

Zowie: What is this thing, anyways?

Janine: It's a trans-dimensional portal that leads to the Netherworld. Don't worry. The safety switch is on, so you're safe.

Zowie: Why would the Ghostbusters have this here?

Janine: In case they run out of space in the containment unit, so they have another place to put the ghosts.

Zowie rises to his feet.

Zowie: Oh, I see. Guess I'll go to the kitchen to get me something to drink.

Janine: Sure.

6: Zowie and Mini Pufts
After leaving the lab, Zowie goes downstairs and into the kitchen to get something from the kitchen. He's startled once again by Slimer flying passed him and screaming. Curious, Zowie looks into the kitchen and notices Imp like creatures roaming around the counters that look like mini Stay Puft marshmallow men. Dozens of them causing mischief around the kitchen and causing damage to the appliances and throwing food around from the fridge and cabinets.

Zowie: What the heck?

Zowie remembers where he saw a spare proton pack, so he carefully leaves the kitchen to go get the proton pack from the first floor. He straps on the proton pack and goes back upstairs into the kitchen.

Zowie: Okay, marshmallow creatures. You come to the wrong place. Meet your doom.

Zowie turns on the proton pack and right before he fires, Peter comes in and tackles him to the floor.

Peter: Don't shoot. I learned that the hard way.

Zowie, calming down, notices Peter on top of him. Looking into those green eyes starts arousing Zowie.

Zowie: Then what do we do, Peter? What are they?

Peter climbs off of Zowie and helps him to his feet. The other ghostbusters aren't far behind him.

Winston: They're imps.

Egon: And we have a very special way of taking care of them, since this isn't the first time we encountered them before.

Ray: Imps are just very nasty and mischievous. Good thing Slimer told us before you fired on them, Zowie.

Zowie: What would have happened if I fired the proton beam at them?

Winston: They would multiply like crazy or get bigger.

Peter: And we don't want that again.

Zowie: Glad that didn't happen. Glad you guys showed up.

Zowie walks away, but not without checking out Peter.
