AN: Hello my readers! You all remember my story "Frozen dinosaurs", right? Well here I bring you another story where the gang meets another Disney princess and she's about my favorite Disney princess. I hope you all enjoy it.
I don't own anything.
Long ago, before man took his first step on this world, the Earth was ruled by the most fascinating and majestic creatures of all time; the dinosaurs. Just like today's animals, dinosaurs live a battle for survival. Leaf-eaters always had to be on the lookout for the dreaded flesh-eaters, known as sharpteeth.
However, there is one place where some dinosaurs can escape from being pursued by their enemies; the Great Valley. This real-life paradise is home to Littlefoot, the longneck; Cera, the three-horn; Ducky, the swimmer; Petrie, the flyer; Spike, the spike-tail; Chomper, the only sharptooth living in the valley; and Ruby, the fast runner.
Since long ago, Littlefoot and his friends have had many adventures inside and outside the walls of the Great Valley. However, none of them know that soon they will live a new adventure, in a place they would never have dreamed of.
It was a bright day in the Great Valley and the gang was enjoying it with a game of catch, Littlefoot being the one being chased.
"You won't be able to catch me!" shouted Littlefoot running away from his chasing friends.
Cera had a smile on her face. "We'll see about that!" said Cera before picking up the pace.
"Wait for us!" said Chomper as he and the others followed Cera.
The seven little dinosaurs kept laughing as they enjoyed their game, not realizing that little by little, they were moving away from the adults to the point of losing sight of them.
Suddenly, Littlefoot noticed something in the sky and quickly stopped, causing the others to crash into him and pile on top of the longneck.
After a few seconds of comprehending what was going on, the gang stood up.
"Next time you're going to stop, warn first." said Cera scolding her friend.
However, Littlefoot ignored her completely and focused on what he spotted in the sky.
"Hey, guys. Look at that." said Littlefoot pointing to the sky.
The others followed him with their eyes and gasped as soon as they saw the object that caught their friend's attention; a swirling black cloud.
"What that?" asked Petrie hiding behind Cera's steeling wheel.
"It looks like a storm is coming, since those clouds look like storms." said Ruby.
"I'm not quite sure, but it looks like it's...growing?" asked Littlefoot with a raised eyebrow.
It was true. The mysterious swirling cloud was beginning to grow in size. The gang, being nervous about it, backed up a couple of steps. The cloud kept growing and growing until it stopped and a kind of black hole formed in it.
"Look. It has stopped growing." said Ducky.
"Yeah. That's weird." asked Chomper.
The gang couldn't stop being curious about the strange hole that opened up in the sky. Suddenly, a breeze of wind began to blow at them from behind. With every second, the breeze increased in strength and speed.
The gang watched as small things like stones, branches and even leaves were blown by the wind and headed straight for the hole.
"Okay. Am I the only one who thinks this isn't normal?" asked Cera feeling nervous and a little scared.
"No. You're not." said Littlefoot before he started to feel something in his paws.
At that moment, the confusion and nervousness of the rest, turned to shock as they turned their gaze to the longneck.
"Littlefoot, look down!" exclaimed Ducky.
Littlefoot looked down at his feet and his face filled with horror when he saw that he was floating in mid-air. Before he could do anything, the wind suddenly increased in strength, causing Littlefoot to be pulled straight down into the hole as he screamed.
"LITTLEFOOT!" shouted the others in horror as they saw their friend disappearing after crossing the black hole.
The wind picked up in strength again and the others were beginning to feel themselves being pulled towards the hole. They tried to pull away or grab onto something, but unfortunately, the wind was too strong and didn't let them do anything before they were also sucked into the hole as they screamed.
When the last of them crossed the hole, it quickly closed and the objects that were on their way into the hole fell to the ground.
In an unknown cave, silence reigned. Until another black hole opened up and out came Littlefoot and his friends, falling on top of each other. They quickly got up to find out where they had ended up.
The cave they found themselves in was unlike any they had ever seen in their lives, for the walls and floor were as smooth as glass and the most amazing thing was that, along the walls, there were multiple holes of various colors.
"Where are we?" asked Cera curiously and a little nervously.
"It looks like we're in a cave." said Chomper.
"Be true, but me never seen cave like this." said Petrie.
Ducky looked back and forth at where they were.
"I can't see where this cave ends or where it begins. No, no, no." said Ducky.
"But what are all those holes?" asked Ruby looking at all the holes in the cave.
"I don't know, Ruby. Let's go check it out." said Littlefoot before the gang started analyzing the different holes that were there.
Chomper sniffed a couple of them.
"Hey. Each one has a different smell." said Chomper.
Cera did the same with another pair of holes.
"He's right!" said Cera.
"Hey, maybe one of those holes can take us home." said Ducky.
Agreeing with her, the gang began to use their sense of smell to analyze the holes in the cave, looking for the one that could lead them back to their home. They did so for a couple of minutes, but found nothing of the sort, and the cave seemed to have no end, just like the holes.
It was then, when Littlefoot stood in front of another hole, but before he checked his scent, he noticed something strange in that hole. It wasn't something physical, it was something else. As if it was calling him. Putting that aside, he began to sniff the hole, finding, at last, a familiar smell.
"Hey, guys! I think I found it!" exclaimed Littlefoot drawing the attention of the others, who quickly joined him.
"What did you find, Littlefoot? Because you wouldn't be calling us if you hadn't found something." said Ruby.
"Do you smell it too?" asked Littlefoot.
The others began to sniff the hole, finding the same familiar smell.
"Me smell it." said Petrie.
"Me too." said Cera.
"Yes, it smells like... Food!" exclaimed Ducky.
"And where there's food, it's likely to be..." began Littlefoot.
"The Great Valley!" finished the others.
"What are we waiting for? Come on!" said Littlefoot with a smile, anxious to get home.
Wasting no time, the gang unhesitatingly crossed the hole, not knowing exactly where they were headed.
AN: What did you think of this beginning? I will keep repeating that, if there are any problems with the story or the writing, let me know it.
