Miss Queen B: Hello Dear Readers and Hello to the year 2021! Wee! Let's just hope this year will be better than the last. I'm actually excited about this year: Hopefully, HOPEFULLY, we get to see the movie Godzilla vs Kong as well as the Minion 2 film. My son will be starting Kindergarten so no more Daycare Fee! Yay. Plus it will be me and my Hubby's tenth year anniversary in April. So there's a lot to look forward too. Anyway Notes:
Note One: Ok, so this Book has been a "Hair Puller" for the last couple of months. I was intended to post this right after my story "Smoke," but I wanted to fulfill Readers' requests for other story ideas. Thus enter "Gentle Waves" due to how popular Behemoth became...then a lot of request for a Muto/Rodan thing I rather not get into so "Boiling Point" was made which led to my e-mail box flooded for a Muto story so "Redrum" was created. So yeah, I've been a bad Writer by letting this story get delay like they are doing to the GvK movie. Bad, bad, (insert real name here).
Note Two: About this story, it is the sequel to "Deep Blue Sea" and base around Gojira taking Azure on a trip in order to bond with him. Though, easier said than done. With Azure getting older, Goji is trying to figure out the whole Parenting thing while remembering his own childhood past and other life changing events that happen to him. I have to say I had a blast giving Azure a bit of a personality and had a lot of help with that since Azure is base off my own little boy.
Note Three: Summary: Gojira has a dream about the day he lost his parents. The promise his Sire made to him before he died and almost getting killed by his Sire's Rival. (Present) While the Prince sleeps, the King and Queen share a moment over Mosura's fears her King will leave for good and Gojira's doubts about failing as a parent and his Queen's loyalty.
Note Four: Rated M for: Strong Language, sexual topics, violence and sexual scenes. Sorry still coming down from the High of "Redrum." Ignore me and Enjoy.

It was a simple question and for a moment, he thought he offended the much larger lizard till he saw a smile spread across the other's face. And that's saying something. His Sire wasn't the "Smiling" type, but when his curious little mind got the better of him, he didn't think he would see such a grin where literally all his teeth were showing.
Why are you different from the others?
It was another normal day in his young life. His Sire was on the outskirts of their territory to keep an eye out on threats with him and his mother keeping him company. It was a hot day so his mother was lying down on the warm ground to let her back bathe in the sun and radiation in the air. While his mother was resting, he was sitting down between her arms, waiting patiently for his Sire to answer him.
His Sire stood tall and proud in front of them while looking out in the distance. His smile faded back to his usual look. A firm almost expressionless look with his eyes slightly glowing a dark shade of gold. He was quite built even for a lizard kaiju with decorative back plates that have a rather odd ability to glow whenever he was ready for battle or playfulness. And it was that very same reason most of the Pack feared him...why most of the pack kneel to him as their Alpha, and why his mother fell in love with him.
It was also the same reason for his question. None of the other lizards glow like his Sire did. Like so many young hatchlings, he thought they were just for show. A way to show others who's boss around here and to scare off unwanted guests, but his mother told him one night before sleeping that there was more to his Sire than just lighting up the place.
Does that frighten you, Gojira? His Sire asked, while turning around to face him. That I'm not like the others?
He shook his head. No...it's just...the other Hatchlings find you scary, but I don't know why. I mean...how is "glowing" scary?
He would hear stories about his Sire's specials abilities that were whispered among the Pack. Some say he was just born that way. The lucky one to be given such a gift. Others say it was a bad reaction on his Grandmother's part. Saying she laid her egg way too close to a bunch of radiation that mutated him. Some even going as far as calling his Sire a monster and he was born to destroy everything he touched. He personally didn't know about his Sire's past or how he really inherited his gifts. The only one who does know was his mother, but she told him she was saving that story for when he gets older.
His Sire laughed, There's another reason they find me scary and it has nothing to do with my back plates glowing.
Dagon, we talked about this. He's still too young. His Mother said, while nuzzling the back of his little head with her snout.
He's going to figure out sooner or later, Shri, after all...He said, turning completely around to face him and his mother….He is my heir, that's my blood running through his veins...So most likely will inherit what I have.
He couldn't help, but turn his neck as far back as he can to examine his smooth back. No plates yet, but as mother said, they will come eventually and no doubt will be extraordinary. She even went on saying to be thankful for not getting his plates at such a young age. The first set are normally the most painful experience a Lizard kaiju could go through during young adulthood. His Sire counterattack by saying it will be worth it since the best decorative plates attract the most females. Though he didn't know why that was a big deal? Why in the world would he want to attract females, they were yucky.
He cleared his throat, So you think I will glow too? He asked with big curious eyes.
His Sire smirked, Not only that, but do this as well.
He took a few steps back, never losing eye contact between them and he could feel his mother smirking behind him. Watch closely, Gojira. He said, looking so calm yet so intimidating like a true Alpha should be. He suddenly felt a large pulse coming from his Sire and noticed him wagging his tail. He stared at his Sire's tail as each plate started to light up one by one. The light was blue, bright and could actually feel the heat and radiation coming off of his Sire's large body. His Sire slammed his foot down as a way to get himself in a firm stand while fisting his claws tight. The light trailed up to his larger back plates and went right up to the ones on his neck. He scooted back into his mother's brace when his Sire's eyes and mouth started to glow. He let out a quiet roar, puffed his chest out as much as he can and threw his head back to release a large, blue beam from his mouth. It flew straight up into the sky, literally parting the thick white clouds and causing the ground beneath him to rumble a bit. The beam was bright that he had to look away for a second while hearing his mother hum in admiration.
Through one cracked eye he can see his Sire snapping his jaw shut, ending the blue light show, and shaking his body to relax it down from the hype. There was black smoke coming out of his snout and mouth, but that doesn't seem to bother him.
He looked back at his mother who was staring at his Sire with such love and admiration. I'll never get tired of seeing that. She said, smiling.
What do you think, Gojira? His Sire asked, walking over to him.
Do you really think I can do that? He asked, feeling giddy.
I know you can and so much more. With my guidance, you will be the best there is, my son. He said, with such pride. You will be feared by all.
Perhaps not feared by all, but respected by all. His mother said. An Alpha must show love and compassion as well. Not just kill because someone upsets you. His mother said, looking up at his Sire with a disapproval look.
His Sire snorted. It only happened one time, Shri, and I did warn the kaiju not to steal my food. He said, slyly. Besides, you can teach Gojira the whole "love and compassion" thing and I'll teach him the true aspects of what a male Alpha should be.
His Mother rolled her eyes, Deal. She said, before giving him a tender lick on his head. He let out a small annoying growl from his mother's affection. Affection was something even his Sire didn't like to display so he was against it as well.
And since there hasn't been any threats lately, my son, you and I will be heading out on a trip soon. His Sire said with a smirked.
A trip? He asked.
Yes, just you and me. Something me and your grand-Sire did when I was your age. A good way to learn survival techniques, see the world, meet other kaijus and bond.
I still think he's too young, Dagon. It could be dangerous. His mother said.
But mother, it sounds like fun. He said, looking back at her.
The only way The Boy is going to learn life experience is to face danger head on. Besides, I'm going to be with him the entire time so you have nothing to worry about, Shri. His Sire said, daydreaming.
But to meet other kaijus? Isn't that a little too extreme? What's wrong with him just staying around our own kind?
He won't get life experience that way. For survival as well. The only thing he will know is how to fight or compromise with other lizards which is fine, but what if he meets the other ones in this world. I've seen them and made contact with them myself. There's more out there Shri. I've seen my Sire mingled with the Sloth kaijus and listen to their wild tales they've witnessed thousands of years ago. I have scars from my sparring matches with those aggressive Mountain ones, and had tasty treats when me and him invaded a Squid kaijus' nesting grounds. We'll stare up at the sky and watch the Flyers soar by and how to keep bigger sea kaijus away when we explore the deep ocean. But most importantly, how to handle our worst enemy. He said, his face getting dark for a second.
At first, he thought his Sire was talking about Apollo, the second one in command and used to be considered his Uncle. His mother told him a little bit about their ordeal with that. His Sire was an outsider and "Different," but the Alpha in charge at the time adored him no less and even considered him her own son. The Alpha's real son was not happy with that and their bitter rival escalated as they got older. His mother wouldn't say what it was that tore the "Brothers" apart permanently, only saying that Apollo accused his Sire of stealing something precious from him and will never forgive him.
His mother shook her head, Please Dagon, don't tell me you're going to take him near a Parasite colony?
Parasites? He asked.
They're nasty looking things, my Goji, let's just hope you never have to deal with them anytime soon. His mother said, frowning.
Don't shelter the Boy, you and I both know as long as there's bulky kaijus roaming this planet, they will continue to breed.
His mother let out a sad sigh which softened his Sire's firm look. One thing he noticed about his Sire, he never like seeing his mother sad. Something he told him when it comes to females or more importantly, his future mate he might take when he's older. If you want an easy-going life, make sure you keep your female happy. His Sire rolled his eyes, What is it now Shri? I told you we are going to be fine.
It's not just that. You said you two will be gone for a month or so, what about the pack?
I'm sure you and the Stupid Know-it-all can handle it.
She couldn't help, but chuckle. Quit calling her that. Why is it so hard for you and Jaya to get along. And you wondered why she gives you a hard time?
I can get along with her just fine if she knocks off that Bitchy Attitude-
Language, Dagon. His mother said, giving his Sire a playful glare.
His Sire groans annoyingly to himself and looks down at him. Another lesson to learn my son, if you do find a female, be aware of the "Best Friend." The second the Courtship happens, you're no longer good enough to her.
Jaya is just protecting me since she's older and has been looking out for me since I was a hatchling. She just wants what's best for me...it's just taking her awhile to see that.
His Sire laid down in front of them and he didn't waste any time heading over to attack his large face. His way to show his Sire how brave and scary he can be as well. Grabbing his Sire's snout, he tried to bite him with his little teeth only to have him blown back by his Sire's snort. He fell on his back only to be dragged over to his Sire by the tail. He looked up to see him looking down at him with those large golden eyes. He let out a small growl while trying to block his Sire from nibbling his stomach with those sharp teeth.
Nice try, son. He said. Perhaps when you get older you'll be able to take down your Sire.
You see, if he can't handle you when you're being gentle, how can he handle the outside world. His mother asked, with a worried face.
Shri, we've talked about this.
Well, maybe I'll be ok with it if you allow me to go with you.
But mother, Sire said it's males only. He said, trying to defend his Sire. I want to go on this trip. It will be fun.
And we will, my son. That's a promise I attend to keep. His Sire said, only to flinch when he heard something.
See mother, he promised-He closed his mouth when he realized neither one of his parents were paying attention to him. His Sire quickly got up from the ground and stared out at something he couldn't see due to Sire's large tail blocking his sight.
Sire? He asked, getting up as well. He ducked when his Sire's tail started to swish back and forth followed by him growling to himself.
Dagon, do you feel it too. His Mother asked, picking herself up from the ground as well.
Feel what? What's going on? He asked, huddling up against his Sire's leg for protection.
He peeked around the leg and could see a large black figure staring back at him and his parents miles away.
Damn, it's a parasite. His Sire muttered to himself.
His mother stood next to his Sire. Male or Female? She asked. His Sire was known to have better eyes than most lizard kaijus.
Worse. He said, growling while his plates started to pulse and glow. It's the Prime one and from the looks of her glowing swollen belly, she's looking for a Host.
Whatever this Prime parasite was, it made his mother take a step back. He returned his attention to the parasite who was just standing there and staring back at them with her glowing red eyes.
It's good to see you again, Dagon. The Prime said with a wide sinister grin. With a family no less. And here I thought you said you were a Loner.
It was his mother that growled this time and used her tail to scoot him back to her again. His Sire took a few steps forward. Leave now before I kill you. He sneered, baring teeth.
The Prime giggled, Is that how an Alpha talk to a Queen in your pack? So rude. If it wasn't for that rich radiation spewing out of your scales, I would just kill you for the fun of it.
I'm warning you, Prime. I don't see any of your Betas around so taking you down won't be that hard.
Oh Dagon, why must we fight? Perhaps I'm just here to see your little family. Is the Little Bastard hiding behind your Whore as powerful and abnormal as you are? The Prime asked, while walking towards them in a flirty kind of way. If so, he'll be perfect for my Princess when her time comes to lay her eggs.
You're going to regret speaking to my Mate and Heir like that, you old Hag. His Sire sneered.
Then stop stalling and come after me before I make your son my next meal. Prime hissed back.
His Sire stood his ground as the two Alphas gave each other the stare down. Shri, take Gojira and go back to the pack. He whispered.
I'm not leaving you alone with her. She protested.
She's here for a Host. You know how aggressive those parasites can get when it comes to their eggs. I will not let you or Gojira be in harm's way.
My Love? His Mother pleaded. Not sure what to do.
His Sire looked at his mother, his face told her not to argue with him over this before giving her a small smile. Another rare moment to see since the smile was full of love and devotion. His Sire then looked down at him, his firm face soften when their golden eyes met. He never thought it would be the last time he would see his Sire or else he would have remembered all the detailed features of his face. He wanted to run up to him, to stop him from going after this Prime parasite alone, but his mother's tail was holding him back.
As much as I want you to watch me beat this parasite down, my son, I need you to look after your mother for me. Can I count on you to do that?
He swallowed, but nodded no less while frowning.
Don't frown, Gojira. I can handle one parasite and afterwards we'll start preparing for our trip.
He nodded again. You promise? He whispered
Promise…
00000000000000
It started with a small nudge against his snout, but he was too much in a deep sleep to pay attention to it. He just let out a small groan and shifted his head a bit, while hoping whatever is nudging him would go away. There was another nudge, this time on his cheek followed by a small whine. Too high pitch to be his Queen, but still he paid no attention to it. He even went as far using his tail to hide his face. A small moment of peace passed before he felt tiny teeth biting down on his tail and a certain brat invading his mind…
(Si-ie….my Si-ie..)
He cracked one eye open to see Azure pulling his tail away from his face and carelessly tossing it behind him. That little task left the Brat breathless by the way he was panting with his little tongue dangling out a bit. From the looks of it, it was still dark so why in the world was Azure still awake?
Time to sleep, Boy. He whispered, making sure not to wake up his Queen, who was curled up in a tight ball on the other side of him with her large wings draping over his back to keep him warm.
Azure's blue eyes met his gold ones and started to glow. (Hungry)
You had all evening to eat something and you didn't….He whispered in a serious tone. Now it's time to sleep
The brat was going through some sort of phase where he was picky beyond logic with his food and lately, it seems like he hated everything he would bring to him from the ocean. Fish...too many scales. Whale….too fatty. Shrimp…"Made tummy hurt". Any type of Shellfish…."I don't want it!" Shark….Depends on which type of shark it was and what day and mood he was in. Squid….Now that was a funny time for him since he had to explain why squid was fine to eat, but the Stupid Squid was off limits. Scylla was not amused.
Azure looked at him like he didn't understand what he was getting at. So he let out another squeaky whine. (Hungry)
He snorted and lifted his head up from the ground. The water will be freezing. He said.
Azure's eyes widened since that means he would have to join him on this hunt for a midnight snack instead of waiting for him.
I thought so, if you're not going to let me sleep neither are you. So are you still hungry?
(Yes...) The Prince nodded.
He huffed, of all the nights for Azure to pull this stunt. Tomorrow was a big day for both of them and he wanted to make sure they were both well rested. So be it, one snack then you go back to sleep. Deal?
Azure stared at his Queen's wings that were dangling down from his back. (Mommy)
No, leave your mother alone. This won't take long so there's no point waking her up. He whispered while slowly picking himself up from the ground, making sure he stayed perfectly quiet so he wouldn't wake up his Queen, and crawled out of the cave with Azure following him.
0000000000
An hour later, he found himself on the shoreline of his home, trying very hard not to fall asleep, while waiting for Azure to finish his snack. He was lying down on his stomach with his legs tucked in and tail pressed firmly against him. His spikes were glowing lazily in the dark, giving him and Azure enough light and warmth in the dark. Despite swimming in freezing water with the little Prince whining non-stop, it still didn't wash the sleep out of his eyes. He didn't know why he was so surprised by it, ever since Azure was born, his sleep cycle has been thrown off dramatically. The boy can't seem to settle down for the night no matter how many times he and his Queen would try to comfort him. Too energetic and curious to take a breather and sleep. It was times like these he wished the Stupid Squid was here. Scylla never protest to take over since Azure gave her the opportunity to play "Mother" so he and the Queen could rest for a bit. Sure Scylla would come around every so often, but not as much anymore since she was dealing with her own relationship drama.
He snapped out of his thoughts when he heard humming followed by off-beat tunes going through his head and realized it was Azure trying to sing while eating the last bit of his food. He looked down at the little one, his blue eyes glowing bright from using his "Mind Powers."
Yup, he still remember the day when Azure spoke his first word….in his own unique sort of way. It was also the day he realized though Azure may look exactly like him, he seems to inherit some of his Queen's rare abilities.
The days leading up to it were miserable. Azure started to get headaches so bad they were interfering with his daily routine. He wouldn't eat, sleep or do playful activities and of course, it was stressing out his Queen. She tried to comfort him and even went as far as using her healing powers to soothe the headaches, but nothing was working. His Queen was at a loss because when she tried to heal him it felt like some unknown force was blocking her from doing so. He tried the more "Nature" sort of way and one way he would get rid of headaches was soaking his head in the ocean. So he did that, he let Azure float around in the cold water while his Queen hum a calm melody. It worked at first, but the second he was out, the headache would come back. Azure's mood through the whole thing was awful, not only in pain, he was hungry, but just didn't have the strength or tolerance to eat anything because of the pain. As a last resort, the Queen decided to try and connect with Azure to see what was going on with his head. She didn't want to do it because it can take a lot out of an adult kaiju if they didn't hold still and relax to her sixth sense so she didn't know how a hatchling could take it.
He didn't argue with her, at this point he would do anything just so his son could get a little comfort. So they waited for Azure's headaches to tone down a bit before the Queen went in to do the job. She explained it very simple to the little one, she wanted him to stay as still as possible and relax so she could try to see what's causing him so much grief. Azure didn't even protest, he just let out a small, tiresome, cry before lying down on the sandy ground. He never thought he would see Azure so miserable….moody, yes...but miserable, now that's shouldn't be something a hatchling should feel. The Queen took a deep breath, gave Azure a tiny kiss on his forehead before placing her forehead against his. Their foreheads started to glow that relaxing blue light while his Queen's antennas twitched wildly. Her way to showing him she was exploring every aspect of their son's mind. Azure started to squirm and cringe from the painful invasion that he started to whine and try to pull away.
My little one, you need to relax. His Queen whispered, her eyes glowing brighter by the second. Her antennas perk up and she pulled away from the boy. Now I know why you're feeling this way and if you want the pain to go away you need to stop fighting it. The harder you fight this the more it's going to hurt.
Like always, her soft words soothe the moody hatchling that he took a deep breath and let it out of his snout. He opened his eyes, they were glowing just as bright as his mother's, and reached up to touch her furry cheeks with his tiny claws.
His Queen started to giggle all of a sudden, Yes, I'm your mommy.
Azure tuned his head and pointed at him with his eyes lighting up again.
Mosura smiled, You can call him dad or more respectfully, your Sire.
Now he was really confused. Mosura, what's going on?
She giggled like she just won a prize. He's talking.
Talking? I didn't hear him say a word.
Well, apparently he inherited something from me after all. She said, smiling.
It took some time, but thanks to his Queen, Azure really adjusted well to his new Sixth Sense ability which made his Queen very happy. Apparently, the headaches he was feeling were from him fighting off strange feelings in his mind till Mosura made him realize it was his powers trying to expand. They were still very weak, even talking to him between their wavelength takes a lot out of him, but in time he will get better at it. He can connect to other kaijus like Mosura can and soon he will be able to sense emotions, read other kaiju's thoughts and actually see their past memories and if he really wanted to, he can scramble somebody's mind as a fighting technique. Something Mosura could do as well, but would never cross that line. Only the truly evil Beings would do something like that. In other words, the False King.
It took him some time to get used to it because now, he was connected to both of them in order to keep track of his family. Mosura and Azure tend to wander off with Azure being a curious little hatchling and Mosura traveling all over the place with the Stupid Squid. It just puts his mind at ease knowing he can easily track them for reassurance, but the drawback of it was now he can hear Azure non-stop gibberish since he was still having a hard time putting up a wall between his personal thoughts. It did make him wonder if there was more Azure could do thanks to having Mosura as his mother. Will he develop "Healing powers" as well or have a way to produce Venom? Will he have a way to come back to life like Mosura did? Tsk, if other lizard kaijus thought he was a freak of nature, no doubt they would've died from shock if they saw Azure. Yet he had to keep reminding himself, Azure was not a normal lizard kaiju either. Despite looking like one, he was still what others called a half-breed which were extremely rare to see even way back then before the Big Sleep. But he's seen them alright, Mosura was a sucker for newborn hatchlings and amazed to see them born knowing their parents were two different species. To her when it comes to love and nature, anything is possible. While she saw the positive outlook on half-breeds, he had a different perspective on the whole thing. Something he never told Mosura, but during the False King's invasion before they got together, he's done the unthinkable a few times that he was not proud of. The False King, although evil in so many ways, had followers and some of those were females...who would do "anything" to please the three headed demon. Not only were they "Willing," they were also grateful to bore their eggs. Those poor twits, he lost count how many females he had to kill in order to smash those eggs because there was no way he was going to let the False King's heirs see the light of day. Not that the False King care, as they put it they weren't the "Fatherly" type, but they did warn him they will return the favor if he ever produce eggs with his Queen-
(Done)
He snapped out of his thoughts and looked down at Azure who was staring up at him with blood smeared all over his face, chest and claws.
Seriously, did you eat anything or just smeared it all over you on purpose?
Azure laughed. (Funny Si-ie.)
He snorted. Are you ever going to speak out loud? He asked while scooting his son closer to him with his claws. While Azure was picking up words quickly, he has yet to say a single word out loud. Although, it didn't bother Mosura since they can talk to him through their connection, if he wanted to communicate with his future Followers, he needed to speak clearly. He tried to teach him, but only got a few growls and grunts. Mosura told him not to stress over it. When Azure is ready to talk, he'll talk. At least he was communicating with them which makes it easier for them to understand what he needs.
Azure yawned and leaned against his chest. (Tired)
I need to clean you first. Last thing your mother wants is you smelling like rotting blood. He said while bringing his head down with his tongue sticking out. As he started to clean off the blood, Azure tried to get away and even go as far as biting back. The little one managed to scratch his nose which he responded by letting out a playful growl. Azure took a step back, his eyes glowing brightly, and let out a high pitch roar in retaliation. Instead of chuckling like he would normally do, the way Azure was standing and growling reminded him of his younger self. Even worse, reminded him of the day everything changed….

His Sire always told him to never show fear when it comes to facing an enemy, but he was sure he meant that when he was much older and not a young hatchling. Still he tried especially when the Second in command of the pack was closing in on him. He swallowed and stood his ground, trying not to show the adult lizard fear, even with his shadow looming over him. It's been hours since his Sire left to fight off the Prime Muto followed by his Mother leaving him behind with her friend to go help him. He didn't want his mother to go, in fact his mother's best friend begged and pleaded with her not to go, but she left anyway. He could actually hear his Sire's roars and cries miles away and no one in the pack would go and help him. None of them even try and it wasn't from the fear of the parasite, but from the fear of the Second in Command. He told them if anyone went off to help his Sire, he would kill them where they stand and there was no arguing with him apparently.
Another heavy step snapped him out of his thoughts and he stared up at the Second in Command's glowing gold eyes. His face was dark as he looked down at him with disgust and pure disdain. I'm not sad to say your Sire is not coming back, Boy. He said, coldly, trying so hard not to smirk, but he could see his mouth quivering no less.
He didn't say anything. What in the world could he say? It's been hours since his parents left and still haven't returned.
The Second in Command snorted, A quiet one, are we? You are so much like your Sire, it's horrifying. The mere thought of you coming from Shri just makes me hate you even more.
Still he didn't say anything. He's not going to give the Adult Lizard the satisfaction of hitting him if he lashes out. He may be young, but he wasn't stupid. He would hear his Sire bicker with the other male, the way there was always tension between them….the way the other male would look at his mother the same way his Sire did.
The Second in Command flexed his sharp claws before slowly raising them up in the air. Nothing personal to you, young one, but your Sire was a freak of nature. Your mother might've been fooled by his charm, but I wasn't.
He wished his Sire was here because he just had a bad feeling. His Sire told him not to go anywhere near the Second in Command due to their bitter feud, but by the way he was looking at him. Like a Predator ready to kill his prey, he just knew his time on this land was up. There wasn't much he could do, he was only a year old, his scales hadn't hardened yet and his teeth were still soft. So he just stood there, showing no fear and waited.
And I'm not going to let that Freak's spawn grow up just like him. He shouted, bringing his claws down to strike him when-
APOLLO! What are you doing! A female voice shouted from behind him.
Apollo growled and didn't bother to look back at the female in question. Stay out of this, Jaya. He said, so calm it was scary especially when he kept his eyes locked with his own.
He couldn't help, but look back to see Jaya, his mother's best friend, with her own hatchling. Next to her was his mother's other much older friend, Dalia in a "ready to attack" position.
They haven't been dead for a day, Apollo, are you really going to stoop that low and kill their heir! Jaya shouted, while taking a few steps towards them.
Apollo turned around to face the females. You dare question my decision! With Dagon gone, I'm the one in charge now and if I want to take a life, I have ever damn right to do so!
He is just a hatchling! Jaya shouted.
He's an Abomination! Apollo roared back.
While they were arguing Dalia crept over to him and grabbed him by the back of his neck. He was lifted up in the air by her teeth and was taken away from Apollo's reach. He was taken over to where Jaya was and was placed next to her hatchling who was hiding behind her mother's leg.
You don't know that. He could be normal just like the rest of us! Jaya screamed, trying so hard not to cry.
That's Dagon's heir! It's only a matter of time before he turns into him! It's best to kill the damn thing NOW! Do you really want him to grow up with that type of power? He can turn against us if he knows what he is capable of! The whole Pack feared Dagon and they will fear him too!
Oh please, this has nothing to do with Dagon's abilities, Apollo and you know it! Dalia said, while pointing a claw at him. It's the fact that you can't let Shri go!
Apollo took a step back and sneered. His body trembling in pure rage. You better watch your tongue. He warned. Don't think I wouldn't hit an older female!
I will NOT and I will not let you harm Gojira because you couldn't accept Shri choosing Dagon over you!
This has nothing to do with Shri and her poor decision making! She was promised to me, I did everything to make her happy, but she chose Dagon and now look at what happened. She's dead along with him! It's her own damn fault!
Don't talk about her that way. You loved her just like we did. She was our friend! She was special to you whether you want to admit it or not! Are you mad? Are you willing to kill HER son because he was sired by your Rival! Jaya shouted.
She has a point, Apollo and we're not going to stand around and let you kill the last piece of her name! Dalia added. Not only that, you are showing the others their hatchlings aren't safe around you and they will fight back if they feel threatened.
He didn't like being the main topic of heated debates and at this moment while the three adults were fighting he kept looking back at the direction his parents took off too. Hoping to see them coming back after facing that Parasite. He was suddenly nipped on the side of his cheek and looked to his side to see Jaya's hatchling huffing.
Shoot Goji, what did you do this time? She asked.
He sighed, Leave me alone, Jayanta.
What? Every time Alpha Apollo is mad, it has something to do with you or Alpha Dagon. She said.
He would swipe at her if it wasn't for the fact she was older than him and was a few meters taller as well. She acts like an older sister to him since his mom and her mom were very close, but not the good sibling kind a way, more like she was obligated to talk to him and look after him because her mom said so. Before he could say anything to her, they both flinch from her mother's foot taking a step back from Alpha Apollo's fierce roar.
Fine! If you want that little Bastard to live, he's YOUR responsibility! Alpha Apollo shouted at Jaya. But the second his plates start to glow, he's gone and if you ever defy me like this again, he won't be the only one getting kicked out!
With that, Alpha Apollo looked down at him with one last ugly glare before storming off back to the rest of the group. His eyes followed the adult's departure, making sure the Alpha wouldn't surprise him or the others with an attack and noticed his Mate and hatchling waiting for him in the background. His mate didn't look too happy and Nyx was down right confused. His attention went back to his mom's friends when Jaya started to breathe sharply due to all the tension. He and Jayanta had to duck from her giant tail swishing around all over the place.
Breathe Jaya. It's going to be alright. Dalia said, holding her claws out in case the other female fell or something.
Jaya lowered her head and tried very hard not to cry, but he can see the tears forming no less. Oh kaiju, he could've killed me, Dalia….right in front of my hatchling too. If he's willing to kill Shri's hatchling….oh...Now the tears were coming….Oh Shri...she can't be….I told her not to go….
Jaya, we shouldn't be talking about this in front of Gojira and Jayanta. Dalia said, while trying to calm her down.
Jaya let out a loud, frustrating roar. That is so like her! I know she only wanted to help Dagon, but...but...he told her to stay...there was no way they could defeat the Muto Prime!
At this point, a sense of numbness was taking over his little body and felt himself going into a deep trance. It was a lot to take in now that reality finally hit. Dalia and Jayanta were too busy trying to calm Jaya down that they didn't see him walking away from them. Not too far way to be exact because with Alpha Apollo still in a bad mood, it's best not to be alone right now. He stood there while looking out at the open, flat land hoping to see his parents coming back. That's right, they will come back, tell everyone it was a mistake, that they didn't die, in fact, they finally got rid of the parasite once and for all and we all can have a good laugh about it afterwards.
So with that, he was going to sit here and wait for them. There's really not much else he can do, but wait. In the background he can still hear his mom's friends talking.
We need to go find her. She could still be alive. If the Prime only used her or Dagon as a Host...she could…
Shri said it herself, Prime was only after Dagon as a Host. Face the fact, Jaya, if Shri got in the way…
Then we need to find the body…
No, that's only going to mess you up more Jaya. You have a mate and a hatchling to look after. You don't need this stress. If you want to help Shri then you'll need to look out for Gojira. I really don't think Alpha Apollo is going to stop…
He shook his head. His mom's friend doesn't need to look after him because he was sure his parents will be back. His Sire told him he will and he never broke a promise to him before.
So now what? He could hear Jaya talking behind him.
Dalia sighed, Give him time. I don't think he understands what's going on?
Yes he did and it was all lies to him. They'll be back. There was no way his Sire could be defeated that easily. There was two of them against an old parasite. He'll just sit here and wait for them. Even if he had to wait all night, he will wait...
They never came back….
000000000
They were fighting about him again and when they fight it would put Jayanta in a bad mood...a really bad mood. With a sour face, she would tell him her parents were always happy till he "came along and ruined everything" as she puts it. In his defense, it wasn't like he was acting out or causing trouble….in fact, he wasn't doing anything, but for some reason that was the problem. He didn't know how to explain it, he just felt numb, like all he wanted to do is sit in the same spot day after day, month after month till he slowly turn into dust and let the wind take him away. Yeah that was a great way to put it, he just wanted to sit here and hope the sun will dry him up into nothing more, but dust. Then he can slowly drift away and not be a burden to anyone anymore.
Are you having another "Dust" moment again, Goji?
His head perked up and shifted his eyes over to the right to see Jayanta looking at him curiously. In the background he could see his mom's friend and her mate fighting….very loudly….as if they wanted to make sure he can hear them.
….Just give him more time!
It's been two years, Jaya, and he is not getting better. He hardly talks, he doesn't want to be a part of any pack activities. None of the other hatchlings want to go near him and he's making us a target with Alpha Apollo. Her mate said, frustrated and pretty much tired of the whole situation.
Maybe he wouldn't be THIS way if you would bond with him. Something he really needs in his life right now. She said.
He sighed and started to twirl his claw in the dirt. Making a sloppy picture of two lizards kaijus looking down at a little hatching. A small smile crept up on his face for a second till the wind blew and made the picture disappear. I wish they would stop talking like I'm not here. He said.
I just want them to stop fighting. Jayanta said, pouting. Why can't you be normal? I'm bet mommy and Sire will stop fighting if you would just be normal.
I am normal. He said, defensively.
That's not what Elli and Iole said. They told me you are going to grow up like some freak of nature. Just like our old Alpha.
Your friends are stupid. He hissed.
You're stupid. She hissed back.
You're not allowed to talk to me like that. He demanded, since his Sire always told him since he was next in line as Alpha, the others had to show respect.
You're not Alpha Apollo's heir. Nyx is, so she gets to be a snooty Princess not you! The older youngling said. He rolled his eyes from the sass and the name that spilled from Jayanta's mouth. Ever since Apollo took over as Alpha, his little, annoying, pile of dirt hatchling saw this as a way to turn all the other hatchlings and some of the adults into her own personal slaves. So if you want to be on her good side and not be on Apollo's spit list, it's best to obey her every command. He hated her. She would come around every few days to remind him where he stood now since his Sire was dead and how he can't do anything about it since her Sire was itching for a reason to kill him. He would just ignore her, telling himself to be cool about it, he would get her back one way or another, and when that day come it will be epic. All he had to do was play the waiting game. His thoughts was interrupted by Jayanta's parents again.
...Don't turn this around on me! I'm not going to waste my time bonding with another male's hatchling.
He's part of our family now, Kratos, and you said you always wanted a son. Here's your chance now-
He's not part of our family! And as far as I can see he doesn't want to be part of it either. He's not your son, Jaya! You need to get that through your head! You only have one youngling to look after-
I have two younglings! I made a promise to Shri just like she promised me if the roles were switched. Wouldn't you want to rest in peace knowing someone was looking after our little daughter! He needs a mother-
He told you himself he doesn't want YOU as his mother! Her mate roared back.
That shut her mouth and she lowered her head and from where he was sitting he could see the shine of her tears thanks to the sun. He felt bad, it seems like every time his mother was brought up, it just made his mother's friend sad. At least she was able to cry about it. It's been years since his parents died and he has yet to shed tears. He didn't mean to be so distant with his Mother's friend, shoot, she was trying, and she was trying hard to fill in the role as Mother to him just to make sure he was taken care of and the he only thing he was doing was throwing it back in her face. It got to the point that he was getting sneers from Jayanta for all the attention he was getting and him hurting her mother's feelings.
My Dear, Shri was my best friend….there's nothing left of her memory, but Gojira and she loved him dearly...I'm….we're….we're his last chance. Nobody wants to take him...so it's either us or have him face the outside world by himself.
Her mate sighed, Jaya, I don't want you to be under a lot of stress. You can try all you want to make him part of our family, but there's no point if he doesn't meet us halfway. As far as I can see, we're just babysitting him till he's old enough to be on his own or if Alpha Apollo gets lucky enough to catch him off guard.
I'll protect him and I hope you will too if that time comes.
He could hear Jayanta sigh as well. I hate seeing my mother cry. Then she looked at him with a sour face. Why must you make things bad between them?
He ignored her so he could focus on her parents' conversation.
Just give him more time. His Mother's friend whispered. He needs us whether he likes it or not.
He closed his eyes, trying to picture the last day he had with his parents. He remembered his mother holding him close with a smile on her face. Feeling the gentle warmth of her scales next to his. He remembered the firm yet joyful face of his Sire while he was explaining about the trip they were going to take. He recalled the eerie silence and coldness when their little family time was interrupted by an evil foe. The one thing he wished he could forget was the red eyes of the Parasite and the smug look on her face before his Sire went after her….

~We're only getting older, baby
And I've been thinking about it lately
Does it ever drive you crazy
Just how fast the night changes?
Everything that you've ever dreamed of
Disappearing when you wake up
But there nothing to be afraid of
Even when the night changes
It will never change me and you.~
~Night Changes by One Direction
He was slightly dozing off when he felt a soft, furry nuzzle on his cheek. He cracked one eye open to see a pair of bright blue ones staring back at him with a tired smile. His Queen let out a small yawn and laid down next to him. He looked down to see the little Prince sprawled out on his back between his arms in a deep sleep. The light hum of his son's connection was quite soothing in his head, but he could also sense a taint of fear coming from his Queen.
She huffed quietly, Why didn't you wake me up? She whispered.
He groaned, He wanted a snack so I had to grab him something to eat. He said, closing his eyes again.
Still, it was my turn to tend to him if he woke up in the middle of the night. She said, cuddling closer to him.
Either way, I'm the only one who can get him food since he doesn't eat plants or trees.
You make it sound like I can't hunt sea creatures for him myself.
I know you can, but it takes you a lot longer to do so and do you really want to hear him whine the entire time. He said.
Alright, alright, I get it. I'm just saying because I know it's been hard to sleep through the night with Azure always waking up every few hours. She said, giggling.
Yeah, it makes me wish your stuck-up friend was still living here. She didn't mind giving us a break every once in awhile.
She giggled again, I can always invite Scylla over for a night, you know she won't mind plus she loves taking care of Azure...it makes her feel important and needed once again.
No thanks, last time you invited her over she didn't leave for three months. He said, feeling his eyes slowly closing.
Well, if it makes you feel better, she said she and Behemoth are doing very well so I doubt they will be breaking up anytime soon. She smiled then thought about something. In fact she told me a really funny story the other day-
Mosura, I'm not in the mood for this "Girl Talk" thing. He said, trying to rub his head with his tail without waking up Azure in the process.
They stayed quiet for a few minutes to listen to the sound of the waves and the wind blowing through the trees. His head hurt and he was feeling anxious to the point he was having a hard time blocking it from his Queen. Azure was easier because he was still young and didn't have millions of years of experience like he did, but his Queen was a different story.
Is something bothering you? She asked. Your wavelength feels cold.
He looked away and did everything in his power not to get up and leave so he could avoid this conversation, but he didn't want to disturb Azure or upset the Queen. She was already on edge about this whole trip thing he was planning with the little Prince. When he first mentioned it, she didn't take it so well when she realized he didn't want her to tag along. Even worse when he said he and the boy might be gone for a few weeks. He told her there was no arguing about the subject so she just bowed her head and shut her mouth. In the days leading up to the trip, he can tell she wanted to say something about it, but continue to keep her mouth shut. To him it was her trying her hardest to be on his good side and not make things worse. Nothing, I'm just tired. He whispered.
Are you sure about that? She asked, tapping his shoulder to get his attention. My Love, when you were sleeping and daydreaming, you left your wall down and I saw-
I don't want to discuss this in front of the brat. He said, in an angry whisper.
How about a swim in the ocean then? That tends to make you feel better and relaxed. She whispered back.
If I move, I'm going to wake him up. He said.
His Queen crawled over till she was hovering over the little Prince and gave him a gentle kiss on his head. The Prince, who never liked affection, a trait he got from him among other things, squirms in his sleep before curling up into a tight ball. Free now from his son's hold, he stared at his Queen slightly annoyed from her trickery. She gave him a soft smile, Now how about that swim?
I would rather go back to sleep while I still can. He said, being stubborn.
I know you, My King, but I know sleep is the last thing on your mind. She said, as a matter of fact.
He grumbled before getting up from his spot while trying very hard not to wake up Azure. Fair enough, but do you really want to leave the brat alone?
No, not really, but he's asleep so that will give us a few hours for some alone time to talk.
His brow perked up a bit followed by his eyes narrowing. Alone time? Well, if you put it that way, there are other things we could be doing instead of talking. A sly smirk spread across his face and would love to give her a light show with his plates, but didn't want to wake up Azure.
She giggled quietly and he could feel a pinch of warmth and embarrassment coming from her connection. My King, let's not change the subject.
Stepping into the water, he didn't even flinch from the icy sensation like the last time. It was just a dream about my parents, Mosura. What else is there to talk about? He asked.
Well, you told me before the last time you dreamt about them was after you killed Muto Prime and that was because the parasite was mocking you and your Sire. So why now are you thinking about them again? She asked as he continued his way deeper into the ocean. When the water reached up to his stomach, he leaned forward, allowing his weight to send him crashing into the ocean, creating giant waves away from him. He didn't want to go too deep, just enough where his back plates were showing and where he could rest easily on the ocean floor. He looked over at the island and could see Azure still sleeping in his curled up ball position. Aw the joys of being a hatchling, you can keep your parents up all night and just go to bed without a drop of guilt.
He felt a slight breeze coming from his Queen's wings above him followed by her claws and feet landing on top of his back. When he said nothing she continued. I mean, when you started talking about this trip, you were excited, but now you seem really nervous and sad...
He snorted, making bubbles in the water only to flinch when he started to feel his Queen's digging her feet into his back for a deep skin massage….and tense….She whispered, placing her claws down to get to the most tender spots around his plates. Already he can feel his body relaxing from her touch and the sudden need to stretch out.
(It's just bittersweet memories) He said, since his mouth was under water.
(I don't see why? You said it yourself, you wanted to live up to your Sire's promise.) She said, turning around to massage the lower part of his back. The top of her wings brushed gently across his face and for a moment he was staring at her beautiful eye design and colors. He let out a small hiss when she buried her foot in a very sore spot causing his tail to whip up high into the air before slamming down again in the water. The cold water splash down on his back and his Queen and she shriek. You did that on purpose!
His eyes darted back over at Azure to make sure they didn't wake him up and was relieved to see him still asleep. He lifted his head up to look at his Queen. Keep it down, Mosura. Do you want to wake up the Brat?
She was drench and shivering and with a pouty face, she playfully kicked one of his back plates. It was unexpected and the water is freezing.
This was your idea to go for a swim. He said, slyly.
Well, I didn't think you would splash me!
I didn't mean to, you hit a spot that made my tail move. So in a way, you brought this upon yourself.
She let out an angry thrill which made him laugh. Perhaps, it wouldn't have happened if you weren't so tense. She said, making his smile drop a little. Her face softens as they stare at each other while feeling the tugs in their connection. It was then he realized he wasn't the only one feeling anxious, she was as well, but for another reason. She shook her body to get rid of the excess water, making her fur fluffy, but it didn't prevent her from shivering. With a huff she went back to kneading his back, So are we going to continue with this game or are you going to tell me what's been bothering you? She asked.
He watched her for a moment as she moved herself around his plates. Her wings were up, making sure they didn't get caught or snagged on the sharp points of his spikes and letting them flicker a soft glow. With her fur damp, he had a chance to see her figure, it took awhile but she managed to get it back to her old slim, curvy self after laying their egg. There was no bulge in her stomach which worried him a bit. It's been eight months since Azure was born and she has yet to grow another egg for her rebirth cycle. She said it's not like she was avoiding it, it just hasn't happened yet and she didn't know how to explain it. Normally he would put more pressure on her about it, but since there hasn't been a threat lately, he'll let it slide for now. He held back a small hiss when her claws massage around a plate that recently broke off. He snapped out of his thoughts when his eyes trailed up to his Queen only to realize she was staring at him. Waiting for him to answer her question.
He cleared his throat. Fine. He said before taking a deep breath. Everyday I see Azure growing and looking more and more like me, it's unreal sometimes. I don't know how to feel about it most of the time.
He bit his tongue to hold back a roar when he felt her claw digging into his tender flesh and pulling out something with her mouth. He glared at her as she spit out a small piece of his back plate. Sorry, there was a piece still stuck in there. I don't want it to cause an infection. She said, giving the wound a soft kiss. But isn't that a good thing? I adore the fact Azure looks like you? Please don't tell me you're still disappointed that he didn't come out as a larva?
I was never disappointed, you know that. He said. I just think his life will be easier if he was a moth. Anyway,...it's just that…. I see him and I start thinking about me when I was around his age. I was barely a year old when I lost my parents and was never the same again afterwards. The last thing my Sire and I talked about was him taking me to see the world. I still remember his face, he was so confident, fearless, and excited about the whole thing. He told my mother how he went on that same quest with his Sire when he was young and how much it changed him. He took a deep breath when he felt her knees digging into his side….I want to do this little trip with him because that was something my Sire didn't have a chance to do with me….but unlike him, I don't feel that confident….like part of me thinks...I might fail him.
She made her way towards his upper back and started to put a lot of pressure around his shoulder blades. The soothing pressure made him roll his shoulders before letting his head fall back into the water. Anymore of this massage he was going to feel as light as seaweed and might let his body float out into the water. Now why in the world would you think that, my Love? She asked, while letting her wings drape over his back for softness and warmth. Are you afraid you'll fail to keep him safe?
No….I guess as a parent? He said. We're going to be gone for awhile Mosura, I never had a Sire to look up to or to teach me anything and you and the Stupid Squid have been doing most of the work so-
I wouldn't overthink it, my King. Being a parent is all about making mistakes and learning from them. I know you didn't grow up with a Sire to guide you, but I'm sure there's plenty of things to teach him from your own survival experience.
Oh yeah, nothing like teaching a hatchling that the world his Sire grew up in was violent and cruel. He said, being a smartass.
He jerked when he felt a playful nip at his gills by his Queen. You know I don't like that smart mouth of yours. She said.
He growled and pushed himself away from the shallow part of the ocean till he could know longer feel the ground beneath him. He then rolled over, nearly knocking over his Queen, till he was floating on his back. He waited till his Queen positioned herself on his chest while shaking off the excess water from her wings. Before she could say anything for his sudden movement, he reached out and grabbed her by her arms and pulled her closer to him.
My King...She squealed.
Her fluffy chest landed on his face, letting him take a big whiff of her scent before nuzzling the damp, softness of her fur. She let out a warm giggle making her body vibrate against his snout before letting her head rest on top of his forehead. Her long claws wrapped themselves around his head and she let out a small sigh. Their foreheads started to glow and he could feel her trying to comfort him. You'll be fine...She whispered and felt her tense up a bit as if something was bothering her. She inhaled and continued...but if you feel like you can't take care of Azure all by yourself, I can go as well….
He nipped her wet skin before giving it a soft lick. Mosura, we've talked about this…You know me, I take fear head on. That's the life of the King, sometimes you have to do things without letting fear hold you back. I want this to be my way to bond with Azure.
His tail started to wag, moving his body through the ocean like one of those boat things the humans have. He didn't want to go out too far in case Azure woke up, so he decided to circle around the island.
But you said you might be gone for weeks...She whispered, pulling away from him so she can nuzzle his cheek with hers. He dug his nails deep into her back for a strong hold causing her wings to flare up. He just loves the feeling of her wet fur between his fingers and how her body tense up from his sharp claws. She let out a warm shudder and pressed her mouth against his snout….this will be the first time Azure will be away from me.
He let one of his paws caress its way down to her bottom so he can cup it tightly. Making sure not to go anywhere near that pesky Stinger of hers if she decided to pop it out. The other paw trailed off her back and over to the soft pattern of her right wing. Like you told me, we'll be fine. Take this chance to enjoy some quiet time and rest. He said, before giving her a kiss.
It was a quick kiss before he went down to bite her on the neck. Tying very, very hard not to draw blood to get a sweet taste of her. He let out a sharp huff when he felt the sharp points of her feet latching on to his gills. His plates started to glow, literally hearing the water bubbling from the heat, and he licked her neck.
Don't distract me, I'm trying to be serious. She whispered, only to pant when he squeezed her rear tighter.
And I'm trying to get you in the mood. He whispered back.
I will bite. She threatened, but by the way her eyes were fogging up, it was more of a flirt than a threat.
Is that suppose to scare me?
She bit his lip which he responded with a seductive growl while feeling his thick blood slowly trailing down his chin. She stuck her tongue out and began to clean her naughty mark on his mouth. Don't growl at me, you made me do it. She said, before giving his bite wound another soothing lick.
Naughty Little Queen. He said with a kinky smirk.
She blushed from his words. Even after all this time, it still embarrass her when it comes to him talking dirty or getting her in a hot mood. She acts like she wasn't supposed to feel or think sexual thoughts and he found that "innocent" cuteness quite seductive. Azure is close by. She said, bashfully.
He's asleep. He said, feeling flushed from her warm body.
He could wake up any minute. She said quietly. Her eyes, glowing bright and full of lust, darted over to the island where their hatchling slept.
Then we shouldn't waste time, right?
He didn't want to pressure her, but it has been a while since the last time they connected as mates. The last time, she was still pregnant with their egg and they both needed each other after the horrible day they had. After that, Azure took up most of their time, then the Stupid Squid came to live with them for a few months due to relationship's issues and then it was just Azure not wanting to sleep through the whole night. Not to mention, he just wanted her.
He suddenly felt a dark demeaner coming from her that she pulled away from his face and lowered her head. Even the light in her wings went dark from her mood change. My King….She said, with fear in her voice.
He stroked her face, but didn't get a reaction from her. What's a matter? He asked.
She took a deep breath. I'm sorry, I don't mean to ruin the mood, but about this trip….She started to play with one of her antenna, her way to calm her nerves...You are coming back...right?
His spikes caught the bottom of the ground underwater causing him to come to a complete stop and he realized they were on the other side of their island home. He just stared at her and the meaning behind her question. What? He asked.
Her antennas drooped down to her face. Forgive me, but sensing your fears about being by yourself with Azure made me hope that you will let me go with you….or not go at all…
Mosura….? He said, a little baffled by her claim.
I'm sorry, I shouldn't be questioning you, your decisions or keep you from wanting to bond with our son, but the last time you left…you abandoned me...and...and things were never the same afterwards...I nearly broke us apart. She cried, turning away from him so he wouldn't see her eyes full of unshed tears. So much had happened between us and now you're going to leave again….She sniffled….How can I be so sure you're not taking him and leaving me behind.
He lifted himself up a bit, hearing nothing, but the waves crashing against him and her sniffling from her tears. The hot stream in their connection went cold and prickly from her shame and guilt. Now why in the world would you think that?
She slouched even more. Punishment….
Punishment? He questioned.
Yes, She said, trying to keep herself composed.
Dammit Mosura….He whispered, only to trail off to avoid saying something he might regret.
You know it's true. I can sense our happiness, but I can still sense your resentment as well. I was never punished for my mistakes. This would be the perfect opportunity to do so. What better way than to leave and never come back.
And how is taking Azure away from his only mother a punishment to you? He asked, slightly offended. Do you really think I'm that cruel? I think getting sent back to your egg over your "mistakes" is considered punishment enough. Hell, I think you got the message very clearly when the Stupid Squid protected you from me killing you permanently. What more of a punishment do you want on yourself?
His eyes perked up when her mind flashed an image of the parasite and he growled. I swear Mosura, if you say one word about that Filthy Thing, I'm going to toss you in the water.
She sighed. You can be cruel when you want to be, My King. I've seen it happen many many times throughout our lives and knowing I betrayed you the worst way….I...don't blame you for wanting to be cruel to me as well. I'm just so tired of feeling that resentment from you. I wish there was something I can do to erase it…..
He snorted, but he didn't feel angry like he normally would. You know every time I would act up and be cruel to others, you would always give me the lecture to be more mature about things. Don't think with anger, but with forgiveness and being the bigger kaiju than the others. True, I could be cruel and punish you….I can be like that Parasite and call you every disgraceful name out there and even try to "Even the Score"...though that would be impossible since in order to have sex you need to have a "Desperate Erection" and the thought of that Parasite did nothing to him sexually….I could go behind you back, head over to that Nasty Bird's home and kill him right then and there even though I promise you I wouldn't…..but he can't really call himself truthful on that part. Five months ago, he traded favors with the Parasite. That disgusting Bitch pretty much confessed her intentions to harm Azure if ever given the chance, but was willing to bury the idea if he would give him The Bird's location. He didn't give a fuck what kind of feud she had with the bird, but was not going to past up the opportunity to get rid of them so to him it was a fair trade. Though he was smart enough not to let the Queen know about it. If she knew he led The Muto to kill Rodan there would be hell to pay….But to take Azure away? Is that what you really want, Mosura? Will that finally be enough punishment for you for what you did? Or do you need to hurt Azure in the process? You and I both grew up without parents and you can see the damage it can do, so why would you want that to happen to him?...Dammit, will you look at me!
He grabbed her wing, in an attempt to turn her around, but instead she lost her balance and fell off of him. Landing in the water, she let out a small thrill before giving up and resting there on her back. He rolled over to his side so he could face her and made her face him as well. Still she said nothing.
You want that resentment erased in me, well you need to trust me that I won't abandon you Mosura. This is something I need to do….He said, grimly...it was the one thing My Sire wanted to do, I can still remember the smile of his face when he told me about it. And he rarely smiles when I think about it. I need to do this. There's no nasty plot behind it. Understand?
He caress her head which made her purr and pulled herself closer to him till she was pressed firmly against his hard chest. I do trust you, my King….but you can't blame me for being scared. You know I don't do well being alone...
And she doesn't think he was a little suspicious about his departure? He knows how she gets when she is left alone. Every time he would leave for a long periods of times, she would always wait for him. She would always go home and wait for him no matter what...till that fire demon intervene and messed up everything. I'm hope you do trust me...He said, tilting her chin up with his claw so she can look at him, his eyes glowing bright from so many emotions swirling around in their connection. But the one emotion that sticks out was the need for each other. Just like I trust you to wait for me for my return. He said, firmly.
He didn't have to be blunt for her to understand what he was implying. Call it a test of Loyalty if he wanted to be a true Asshole about it, but either way she knew what he was talking about. Will she seek out the Bird again while he and Azure are away. If the Bird finds out about her being alone how long will it take for him to come see her? Yet, part of him felt like he didn't have to worry about it too much, since this time she had her friend around to keep an eye out on things. Scylla was very protective and she made it clear she was not fond of the bird.
Her cheeks were flushed again and the lust in her eyes came back brighter and foggier. She hugged him tighter, feeling her claws and the nails on her feet digging into his armor skin. She started to wiggle her body slowly against his, creating a slippery friction thanks to the water and begin to nibble on his scales. I love you….
In other words, I promise I won't stray away like the last time. There was no hesitation, there was no doubt or a hint of lying in her statement. She made a bad choice and was smart enough not to repeat it again. He sighed in relief and let his claws get tangled up in her fur again. Kisses were exchanged to the point tongues came out to taste each other and fresh blood. His plates once again started to glow bright and sizzle in the water while he curled himself inward around his Queen for a much long overdue mating. Their connection between them was warm, sensual, and intense. So intense, it took everything not to shred her back from his firm grip he had on her. He wanted to draw blood, mark her everywhere to show the world who she belong to. That only he was allowed to be this close to her, to love her and fuck her. He didn't waste time buckling his hips up while pushing her small form down till she felt his erection resting between her legs. He quickly checked on his son and could still feel the sleeping hum coming from his connection, but it was quickly blocked out by his Queen. You said you didn't want him to wake up, right? She whispered to him.
True, but if he wakes up, we won't know and he might see us. He whispered back.
Then like you said we shouldn't waste time.
And he didn't. Why waste time when he was throbbing from her heated spot and she was trembling from anticipation for him to go in. With his eyes and possessive nature glowing, he growled as he entered her, feeling sparks and a burning fire between them. One thing he would never get from other females, that mental and emotional connection and how it would heighten the physical part of sex as well. He can feel everything she was feeling and she was feeling like she was going to lose herself if he goes any deeper or quicker. She bit down on his scales to keep herself from crying out, but he can still hear those sharp pants forcing their way out of her clench mouth. He dug his claws into her back to hold her steady from his thrusts which she responded by leaving shallow scratch marks on his stomach. He leaned down to lick the top of her head and the side of her cheek. He wanted a kiss, but her face was buried in his lower chest to notice. She was too busy enjoying him to concentrate on anything else, but her mind was racing though. Begging for more and saying sweet things he loves to hear:
(I love you…)
(You're the only one who can have me…)
(I belong to you…)
(My Love, my Alpha, my King)
Her whole body started to tighten up with her teeth clamping down harder on his scales. There was a sharp pain from her breaking his skin followed by her wet tongue licking up the blood.
My King….She cried tensely before letting out loud pants.
Damn, he thought painfully and grabbed hold of her wings to grip something beside her back and side. His nails punctured her wings from him cumming inside her without a thought of being careful. She had to bite him again to keep herself from screaming out loud while clutching onto him as if her life depended on it. A glowing blue smoke spilled out from his nose and mouth while he waited for him to finish his release in her.
My wings...Mosura panted softly to him.
So lost in pleasure he didn't realize he was still holding her wings tightly in his claws and slightly pulling on them. Sorry...He said, letting them go. Feeling a bit guilty for leaving holes in them.
He pulled out of her and rolled onto his back while holding her close to him to make sure she didn't fall and laid there to catch his breath. The water was nice and he was so relaxed he could feel his plates sinking into the soft, wet sand. Mosura crawled up to his upper chest and buried her face against the crook of his neck. Her whole body went limp letting her arms and legs sprawl across his body and kissed his gills. Her wings were up and fluttering gently in the air while showering them with her soft shimmer dust.
Are you Ok? He asked.
She nodded while trying to calm her breathing. Yes….just a little breathless thanks to you, my King. She whispered tiredly.
He chuckled before stretching out his body to get comfortable. A minute later he can feel the gentle humming vibe coming from his Queen, giving him the hint that she was fast asleep. He brought his claws up and started to stroke her back while looking up at the stars in the sky. He was too wide awake to go back to sleep after all that fun. Not to mention, he didn't want to dream about his parents anymore tonight...
00000000000
(The next morning)
Mosura, enough with the hugs already. Quit babying him. He said, looking down at his Queen and the little Prince.
I'm allowed to give him as many hugs and kisses if I want so you might as well wait. She teased.
He rolled his eyes while watching her give Azure another kiss on his forehead followed by a soft nuzzle with their snouts. I'm going to miss you so much. She said to the Prince.
Azure grabbed a clump of her fur on her face and wiggled his small tail. (My mama)
My Azure. She said in return. Now remember, keep an eye on your Sire. He tends to wander off when left unsupervised. She joked.
Haha, very funny, Mosura. He said, sarcastically.
She winked at him before turning her attention back to Azure. Have fun and stay safe. Ok. She said with a nervous smile.
The Prince nodded before heading over to the ocean where he was waiting. (Bye Mama)
Mosura flew up to him till they were at eye level and pressed her forehead against his. My King….
He snorted. It will only be a few weeks, Mosura.
Just hurry back. Please.
Don't worry, my Queen, we're connected in case you need to reach me. But believe me, everything is going to be alright….He said, pulling away from her. Trust me. Just like He trusted her not to do anything foolish.
She frowned, but nodded no less. I'll be waiting. She said.
They kept their eyes locked on each other as he stepped deeper and deeper into the water with Azure following him with this big smile on his face. Mosura sat down by the shoreline and fluttered her wings while trying so hard not to look too sad about their departure. It wasn't till he was completely underwater when he finally turned around to see Azure ahead of him, waiting.
For a moment, he thought he was looking at his young self so long ago. The day when his Sire taught him how to swim, but he quickly shook his head. Alright, let's get going. We need to visit someone before heading over to our first destination. He said.
Azure nodded only to place his claws on his stomach when it started to growl. (Hungry)
He sighed. You're always hungry...
