It was a stormy, September Monday morning at Hogwarts. "I can't believe I failed muggle studies!" said Ron as the golden trio walked down the stairs, heading towards the Great Hall for breakfast
"Wait, Ron, you took muggle studies?" asked Hermione
"Dumbledore made it compulsory." moaned Ron
The trio arrived in the bustling hall and they all sat down in their designated spots on the gryffindor table.
"Good morning everybody, I hope everyone's ready to begin their first day of lessons today, but first I need to make an announcement. The following students have failed muggle studies and will be living with a muggle family for the following month:
Ron Weasley
Fred Weasley
George Weasley
Dean Thomas
Pansy Parkinson
Neville Longbottom
Draco Malfoy
Lavender Brown
Tracey Davis
Cedric Diggory
Cho Chang
The students I just mentioned will be leaving tomorrow morning." Dumbledore announced
Someone interrupted.
"Sir, who will we be living with?" asked Pansy
"Ah yes, I forgot to mention that" Dumbledore answered. "You will be staying with the Dursleys, Harry Potter's relatives"
"Ha Vernon would never!" Harry whispered while elbowing Ron.
"Now, Harry may I ask you to stand up and tell everyone what your relatives are like?" Dumbledore said
"Ermm, Ok. So there's my uncle, Vernon. He is kinda tall, he has a short neck and is umm rather… wide" Harry said.
The students burst out into laughter.
"Next is my aunt Petunia, she is tall, has a long neck and is quite thin; finally, there's my cousin Dudley, he's just like my uncle but younger."
"You may sit Harry," Dumbledore said. "Oh yes and I forgot to mention that Hermione Granger will also be coming to help guide you through the muggle world. You will be attending muggle school too."
"You can't make me live with inferiors and Pottah for an entire MONTH!" Draco argued.
"Yes, I can" replied Dumbledore calmly.
