Akito and Tohru stared at each other, Akito tightly gripping the knife in her hand. Then Tohru turned and sprinted away.
"You cowardly bitch" Akito screamed, running after her. She soon ended up amongst the trees, and was forced to slow down and look around.
"Where the fuck are you?" Akito screamed, "Have you pissed yourself? You probably would have done that anyway you fucking re-". Her words were interrupted by a sudden strike to her legs that threw her to the floor. Akito saw that her attacker was Tohru, who seemed completely terrified. Akito tried to get up, but was struck again in her left knee, with far more power this time. There was a horrific crunch, and Akito screamed out in pain.
"Please! Stop!" Akito cried, "I'm s-". There was another crunch as Tohru brought her weapon down on Akito's arm, destroying the bone instantly. Akito threw up from the pain. Tohru struck again, this time on the other arm's elbow, almost ripping the limb apart. Akito barely had the energy to scream. Tohru continued to beat Akito while she writhed and moaned in agony. After what felt like an eternity, Tohru dropped her weapon and walked away, not that Akito was in any state to recognise it. Soon, Tohru had returned to Shigure's house. She entered, and started towards her bedroom. Unfortunately, Shigure was now awake.
"Tohru" he asked, "Why are you covered in blood?".
"What?" Tohru said, looking down, and realizing how much blood had ended up on her, "Oh, I, uh, got attacked".
"Are you hurt?" Shigure asked, "I cou-".
"No, I'm fine" Tohru said, before realizing what she had just said.
"I better go w-wash off!" Tohru quickly said, before bolting away. Once she had cleaned herself and her clothing, she went to bed. But once she was deep into her sleep, she was awakened by Shigure.
"What happened with Akito tonight?" he asked.
"Oh, that" Tohru said nervously, "Well, uh, s-she tried to stab me, and I panicked".
"That makes sense" Shigure said, walking away, "At least more than what Akito's saying". He paused in the doorway.
"Don't you want to know what Akito said?" he asked, "She was saying something about you kidnapping her so that you could torture her and bake her flesh into cupcakes". He then left.
