At the Hayama Residence, a Father and Son was both shouting at each other.

"I WANT TO LIVE MY OWN LIFE, FATHER!"

"SHUT UP, DON'T YOU HAVE ANY SHAME!"

While the two men were fighting, the mother was silent. Watching their son rebelling had led her to a state of shock.

"YOU IDIOT, WHO WILL FEED YOUR MOUTH, IF YOU DISOBEYED ME!"

"THAT IS WHY, I WANT TO GO THE MILITARY, WHY CAN'T YOU UNDERSTAND THAT!"

"YOU DON'T NEED TO WORRY ABOUT SPENDING ANOTHER YEN ON ME, CAUSE I'M CUTTING TIES WITH THIS FAMILY!" the son finished.

The mother was now crying. She wanted their Son to be a lawyer, to take over their Family. But now their Son wanted to be in the military and cut off his ties with them.

"THEN GO YOU USELESS SON!" the Father finally said.

The Son bowed to his parents and speaks. "Thank you for everything you've done for me."

He hugged his mother, and then bowed to his Father.

The Son left with one more sentence.

"Please take care of yourselves and my sister." and then he went on his way.

Hayama takes his phone out and called someone. With a smile on his face, the young man was excited to face his new future.

In another residence a Family was rejoicing.

"Oni-chan, you're gonna be cool in the military."

"Hachi, don't forget to mail us. Every month okay."

"Hachiman, make your old man, Proud." the Father said, while patting his Son.

"HUH?"

"Why is my Family happy, that their son, will go to the military and possibly die in the war." the son finally spoke.

"Don't say that Oni-chan. Being in the military will make you more, boyfriend-material." his sister reasoned.

"Mou Hachiman, you can't be thinking like that, plus I'm gonna brag about you in my workplace. Please stay alive okay." the mother hugged his son.

While Hachiman was about to say something, the Mother and Daughter tackled him into a big hug. While they were crying, the Father called his Son, so they can go to the station.

"Hachiman, be safe and mail us okay." the mother pleaded.

"O-Oni-chan, don't forget Komachi, okay."

The son just hugged them both back. And said. "Don't worry, I am a coward so running will be much easier." the two then chuckled at Hachiman.

Hachiman walked to their door, and looked one last time to his family before leaving.

"Bye-Bye!" he said while waving his hand. He headed to his Father and got in their car.

"Hachiman, make us proud okay." the Father lifts his fist up.

"Don't expect too much." the Son lazily replied, while bumping his fist with his Father. Who chuckled with his reply and went on their way to the station.

They were finally in front of the station.

"Hachiman, be careful and don't let them bully you." his Father said in a stern voice.

"I got it Dad, and take care of our Family." I bowed at my Father.

His Father smiled and went on his way. I was heading to a vending machine, when someone called me.

"Hikigaya!"

"Yo, Hayama."

"Still lazy as usual." the blonde complained.

"You finished with your Family?" I tried to change the subject.

"Yeah thanks to you." Hayama bowed at me.

"No problem, and where's the idiot?"

"I called him, don't know where he is right now." as the two of us were chilling in the cold wind. Someone called us.

"HIKITANI-KUN, HAYATO-KUN!" a man with orange-hair called.

"You're late, Tobe." the blonde lectured.

"Sorry man, my family got emotional on me.

He says, while scratching his head.

"Let's go, I don't want to be late at the orientation." my two companions nodded and we entered the train.

While we were seating, using the both of his arms Tobe pulled us. "Let's do our best, Hayato and Hikitani-kun."

Hayama chuckled and replied. "To our new beginning."

"Tobe, get your arm of me!" the assailant just laughs.

While my two companions, were laughing. I just had a small smile. I looked at the window, imagining the challenges the world had for us.

There are still many questions, but this is a prologue so there's that.

I am new, so I don't have the motivation to write updates faster. But if many people liked this like Fav and Follow then maybe.

Again this is writing a fanfiction, not a job. I have a life, so it depends on how liked this story is.
