Lisa was working on one of the biggest experiments in her childhood. Based on the designs and research of Dr. Bruce D. Banner, she has created a generator that relies on gamma energy. She was willing to take the risk of working with gamma rays, as she considered herself to be one of the greatest minds of this time. And thankfully, this experiment does not violate the rules of no human testing, as it wasn't necessary here. Of course, that's not to say that she's doing this with her family's permission...

Lori:"Hey, Lisa. It's time for-WHAT THE HECK IS THAT?"

One thing Lisa forgot to do was lock her bedroom door. To which, she facepalms to...

Lisa:"For your information, eldest sibling. This is going to be one of the greatest scientific achievements in history."

Lori:"You say that all the time, and it blows up in your face."

Lisa:"But I have made it so that this will do no such thing! It's a Gamma Generator, and it's going to help solve a lot of the world's problems."

Lori:"(sighs) Just try not to blow up our house. Come for dinner in five minutes or I'll drag you down myself."

Lisa:"Not to worry, Lori. This will not take long, I promise you that."

Not paying attention however, Lisa accidentally trips on a power cable which makes land face first into the generator. This accidentally turns it on and Lisa was barely able to recover when the next thing she saw was a blinding green light...

Lisa:"Uh, oh."

Lori:"Lisa!"

Desperately trying to save her sister, Lori lunged forward and shielded Lisa, but it was in vain. Before they knew it, their whole bodies were glowing green as the generator seemed to have overloaded itself before powering down. But they quickly picked themselves up as if nothing even happened.

Lori:"Ah, jeez. I feel weird."

Lisa:"I'm sure we're fine. Just as long as the gamma rays do not reject our bodies-"

Trying to stay on her feet, Lisa suddenly felt week as she fell to the floor. Same could be said about Lori, who was holding onto her sides. Nevertheless, they do their best to recover and head downstairs for dinner. However, as they came down, the rest of the family almost instantly realizes something was wrong...

Rita:"Are you two alright?"

Lincoln:"You guys look like you're in pain."

Lori:"... We're fine."

Lisa:"Just a little nausea, that's all."

Lynn Sr:"Both of you? How is that possible?"

Luna:"We heard some weird noise from upstairs. What went on up there?"

Rita:"Lisa, you didn't try to do human dna experiments again, did you?"

Lisa:"No, nothing like that. Just...more of an energy resource, but...results...were a bit of a misfire."

Lynn Sr:"Are sure you two are alright? You're not looking too good."

Lori:"We're fine, dad?"

Rita:"You don't at least want to lie down for a few minutes? Just to be safe?"

Lori:"(almost growling) I said, we're fine!"

Everyone almost jumped at the way Lori screamed at them. She wasn't too sure what got into her as she instantly calmed herself down...

Lynn:"Jeez, Lori. What's gotten into you?"

Lori:"... Let's just eat dinner."

After an awkward dinner, a few hours later, they all decided to hit the hay. Lori and Lisa weren't feeling in pain anymore, but that's not to say that they were still feeling any better...

Leni:"Are you sure you're gonna be alright, Lori? You look like you might throw up."

Lori:"I'm fine, Leni. Just go to bed."

Leni:"Okay. As long as you're fine."

And with that, they fall asleep. But both Lori and Lisa have yet to discover the metamorphosis they're about to experience. For as they fell asleep, they were beginning to have nightmares. Nightmares of giant hulking monsters that were wreaking havoc and being hunted down. It almost felt real, as they even found themselves in the monsters' point of view. Were they really dreams, or the sight of a nearby future?

In any case, the dreams have already taken their tole on both girls. For in the real world, their bodies were changing, growing bigger and stronger. Both their skin and hair began to change color to pure green. Their own clothing couldn't withstand the strain of her growing body, tightening and beginning to rip apart; thankfully not all the way. Their brains were changing as well, mostly likely also turning green as their intelligence was lowering to that of a beast. As their bodies were now 5 times their size, in a few moments, their beds were beginning to stress under their now tremendous weight. Leni was startled awake by the noise of wood breaking apart...

Leni:"(drowsy) Mmm...Lori?"

As she opened her eyes, she became wide awake by the sight of a giant man-sized hole in the wall...
