Chapter 1: A Fresh New Start

It is a fresh new start for students who have just started middle school in Japan. At early morning, in a typical middle-class house, there is a fair-skinned girl with short, brown hair laying on her bed in her bedroom, still asleep. Suddenly, she bolts up and looks at the window and panics.

"OH NO! I'M LATE FOR SCHOOL AGAIN!" The girl panicked as she puts on her new school uniform in a rush, grabs a piece of bread, and dashes off to the front door.

"Onee-chan?" The other girl, who is a year younger than her, looked at her with surprise and confusion, as she is setting up the table for breakfast. She seems surprised that her older sister is awake hours earlier than usual and confused as to why is she on a rush.

"I'm going out!" The girl screamed as she heads out of her house and run very fast to her destination. Once she heads to her destination, which is in a public junior high school called Sakuragaoka Junior High School, she realizes that she is on time for the orientation as a first-year student and heads to the auditorium.

After attending several classes, the girl is thinking about joining an after-school club, and is talking to her classmate, who seemed to be friends with her for a very long time. Her classmate is a female with dark brown hair with brown eyes and is wearing a pair of glasses.

"Hey Yui, have you specifically decided which club to join to?" The darker-haired girl with glasses asked.

"No, I haven't. Have you, Nodoka-chan?" Yui replied and asked.

"Yes. In fact, I'll be joining the student council." Nodoka replied calmly with ambition.

"Aaahhh. That's nice. I am so jealous of you, Nodoka-chan. You can do anything, but everytime when I try, I messed up so badly. Well, except for visual arts, but I want to be good at something else besides arts." Yui said sadly.

"I think that's a very good idea to try something that is entirely different than visual arts.
" Nodoka said while taking a sip of her drink.

She is very lazy and had nothing to do something productive throughout her life. Her life was benign and mediocre, where she attends school, lazing around and did nothing productive. When she enters middle school, Yui desired to do something productive, even when she tends to mess up. Although, joining clubs such as painting, drawing, crafting, or photography would be easier for her, Yui wants to try something different. Student council is a bad idea since Yui have no leadership and analytical skills to join, and Yui is far too clumsy to play sports.

Meanwhile in the same school building…...

"MIOOOO! It's been so loooonnngg! I'm glad we're on the same class!" a short, dirty blonde-haired girl run up to long, jet black-haired girl named Mio and crushes her with a hug. Mio punches the girl on her head.

"What do you mean long?! It's only been a couple of weeks, Ritsu!" Mio yelled at the girl named Ritsu, expressing her embarrassment.

"Mio, you're so meeeaaannn!" Ritsu whined. "By the way, Mio, have you decided which club will you be joining after school? I will join the soccer club." Ritsu asked with excitement.

"I was thinking about joining the soccer club, but sadly there's only a few people there. It would be an embarrassment to join a small club that will eventually be disbanded sooner." Mio replied.

"Disbanded? Why won't you come with me and join the club together. We'll help out and eventually get enough members for the team so the club won't be disbanded, so we can play soccer after school." Ritsu beamed and attempt to convince, or rather force, Mio to join the soccer club with her.

Mio tried to protest and win the debate against Ritsu, but ultimately lost due to Ritsu's blackmailing skills and ended up having her ass dragged to the soccer club room. As they arrived at the soccer club room, they saw only six male students and one female student goofing and playing around in the room. Not even discussing about the lack of members they have and not even discussing anything related to soccer at all.

"Hey! Stop it! It's not funny!" That one guy with a short, bowl cut auburn hair yelled in disgust, looking terrified. He has a very short height, and his body shapes appears to be obese.

"What's wrong, Sato? It's just a mask, and it's just a joke! I would never do that to you!" The other guy responded with frustration as to why Sato gets so frightened easily. He was wearing a clown mask from a horror movie called "It". By the time Mio enters the room, that mask that the other guy wears immediately scare her enough to punch him in the head, causing a bump to grow on his head.

"Are you kidding me, Ritsu!? You want me to join the club with those kinds of people?! They're not even taking the problem seriously! You see, they don't look like they're recruiting anybody at all!" Mio protested as she was livid with the fact that those club members are not taking their club seriously.

"Woah, woah, woah! You see, we are taking this club seriously. In fact, I did make nice looking posters and posted them everywhere in campus to try to convince other students to join this club. Are you guys thinking about joining this club?" The girl with a long, straight, lavender hair calmly defended her teammates. She has a slim body figure with an average height.

"Yes, we both are." Ritsu replied. Mio nodded in agreement, where she finally gave in to Ritsu's nagging on her joining the club. In fact, she secretly enjoys playing soccer with Ritsu ever since they were kids for as long as she could remember. Now, with nine members in the club, there is a chance that the club won't be disbanded if they recruit two more members to join them.

While roaming around the school separately to look for more members, Ritsu and Mio unintentionally bumped into a long, light blonde-haired girl.

"Oh! I am so sorry! Are you two okay?" The blonde-haired girl asked.

"We're fine. We are currently looking for more club members." Mio replied, holding a soccer ball.

"By any chance, do you happen to play soccer?" The blonde-haired girl asked.

"Yes, we do! In fact, we are currently looking for new members! Are you planning on joining the club?" Ritsu chimed, excited to find a potential member.

"Well, I used to play soccer as a hobby for fun, but I don't have any intention on joining the soccer club. I was thinking about joining a different club." The blonde-haired girl replied sadly.

"WHAATT! YOU'VE GOTTA- "

Mio interrupts Ritsu's desperate pleadings by punching her in the head, leaving a huge bump on it.

"My goodness. You should never force anyone to join us. If she doesn't want to join the club, then she doesn't want to join the club!" Mio scolds Ritsu.

Then, the blonde-haired girl giggled at Mio and Ritsu's interaction with interest. She seemed to be interested in having friendships like Mio and Ritsu's. Although, she did have a different club to join, such as meditating or yoga club to stay physically and mentally healthy, maybe soccer club would in fact help her not only stay in fit, but to gain friendships with other members.

"Well, since I am interested in getting to know you two, I might have to say yes to the offer." The blonde-haired girl decided to join the soccer club.

The three girls decided to head back to the clubroom knowing that they found a new member for the team. Ritsu grabs the doorknob and exclaims, "Hey guys, we found a new member!" Then, the blonde-haired girl, who introduces herself as Kotobuki Tsumugi, which shocked everyone in the club since Tsumugi comes from a high-class family who runs a corporation.

Then, Tsumugi was bombarded with questions such as: why is she in a public school when her family can afford a high-quality, luxurious school? Why did she want to join the soccer club? She responded all of her questions smoothly, stating that she wants to attend a public school. She also stated that she wants to join the club in hopes of making friends and staying fit. Although they have one more member to go, all of them decided to call it a day since they are exhausted over searching new members for the club. Luckily, they only have a week to find at least one more member, so the club won't be disbanded.

Meanwhile, Yui is still indecisive over which club to join. She visited a couple of clubs, only to be rejected by all of them either due to the lack of skill she has or there are too many members in the club. Then, she heads to the faculty office, where she approaches a long, auburn-haired woman for questions.

"Yamanaka-sensei, I couldn't find any more clubs to join." Yui said with exhaustion, desperate to find a club where she can do something productively.

"I'll give you a list of clubs that you can join." Ms. Yamanaka hands Yui a sheet of paper containing a list of clubs she can join. Yui thanked her teacher as she crosses out the clubs that rejected her due to various reasons.

Then, as days go by, Yui seemed to have difficulties finding a club that suits her, whereas Mio, Ritsu, and Tsumugi are frantically searching for at least one member to join the soccer club.

Finally, it is the last day that students can sign up for any club. As Yui, along with her best friend Nodoka, is walking her way to class, she spots a nice-looking poster that indicates that the soccer club is looking for members. Yui walks up closer to the poster and snatches it from the bulletin board, then pulls out the list of clubs available for her. The soccer club is not on the list she was given. After classes are over, Yui decided to head to the faculty room to ask one particular teacher questions about soccer club.

"Sensei, is the soccer club still available? I can't seem to find it on the list you gave me." Yui asked, confused.

"Oh! Yes, the soccer club is still available. The reason why it is not on the list is because the club has just been opened. They accept new members." Ms. Yamanaka explained.

Yui sighs in relief. She remembers as a young child, where she chases the soccer ball around to let herself out of reality and get into the world of fantasy. Even if she is not skilled to play soccer.

Meanwhile, in the soccer club room, all of them are exhausted for looking for members, particularly a goalie, since none of them have experienced being a goalie themselves. They were all either defenders, midfielders, or forwards. Suddenly, there was a knock on the door, and they were all excited.

"You can come in!" Ritsu said excitedly. The door emerges, and it is Yui holding a club application form, with a shy attitude.

"H-H-Hi. I-I-I'm H-Hi-Hirasawa Yu-Yui. I-I-I am here to join this club." Yui introduces herself nervously. All of the soccer club members dance excitedly as they finally have enough members to keep the club going.

As Tsumugi prepares some sweets and tea for everyone to drink, all of the members interviewed Yui, where they all learned that Yui had no skills in any sport whatsoever, and not knowing how the rules in soccer work, as well as terminologies such as goalkeeper, forward, defender, or midfielder. They all convinced Yui to stay in the club and promised to teach her goalkeeping skills and the rules in the game.

A/N : This is my first time writing a crossover fanfic between the two animes I like. I just finished watching K-on! I've been watching Inazuma Eleven since I was 10 years old. I haven't been watching it for over ten years, and I just finished rewatching the OG Inazuma Eleven. I am so sorry if the characters from K-on! are out of character. I am not used to writing these characters with their own personalities. Yes, in this fanfic, Fuyuppe's biological parents are still alive, and I believe that Fuyuppe would have a different personality if her parents were still alive. Plus, the majority of the members of Sakuragaoka soccer team are random characters I made up. I have to look for Japanese given names and family names from the internet, so please forgive me. By the way, this chapter takes place at the same time where Endou first came to Raimon and opened up the soccer club. The reason why I am writing this fanfic is because I would like to imagine what it would be like if K-ON! characters play soccer instead of playing music instruments.

NOTE: I do not own any characters from K-on! or Inazuma Eleven. This story is not canon and is just a fanfiction.
