"Scooper, I am Hawkmoth. You're tired of waiting for Andre, the ice cream man who you can never find. Well no more waiting for a scoope, I'm giving you the power to create as much ice cream as you want! All I ask for in return is Ladybug and Chat noir's miraculous."

"Understand Hawkmoth. I won't keep you waiting."

As the villain began to transform, all of the surrounding citizens ran to take cover. Using his akumatized spoon, the scooper could create giant scoops of ice cream that could trap people. He flung an ice cream ball at his girlfriend

"There sweetheart, I finally got ice cream for you!"

"My darling! I don't care about the ice cream! I just wanted to spend time with you!"

"It's unfair that Andre keeps his ice cream hidden… I'll make sure the whole world gets ice cream!" The villain laughed as she covered more people in ice cream.

In the distance, super heroes ladybug and Chat noir are heading to the scene.

"Lovely weather for an ice cream date, right M'Lady?"

Ladybug rolled her eyes. "Yeah, but I don't think the weather called for raining ice cream!" The two nearly got crushed by ice cream, but were able to jump out of the way. As the sun was setting and the air was getting cooler, the ice cream started to freeze more.

"Chat noir, we need to hurry! Or else some people could get seriously hurt!"

"Yeah, I think this villain really needs to… chill…"

"Not now Kitty…" Ladybug jumped back a bit while Chat distracted the villain "Lucky Charm!" Ladybug threw her yoyo into the air, a hair dryer fell from it. "Hmm.. a hair dryer?" Ladybug looked around for clues. She saw an outlet near a street light, and noticed how the scooper could only throw ice cream from his spoon. "Okay I think I got it."

"Hey, no need to give me such a cold look…" Chat was toying with the villain as he fought off his attacks.

"Ugh, just give me your miraculous, or I will cover this whole city in ice cream!"

"Ah, yes, good thinking scooper, If everyone is trapped in ice cream, it'll be easier to take their miraculous."

The villain let out an evil laugh as he started creating a giant ice cream ball.

"Chat noir! Lead him over this way!" Ladybug yelled to her partner as she plugged in the hair dryer.

"Coming right to you!"

"Get ready, i'm going to melt through the ice cream, while he's distracted, destroy the akuma!

"As you wish M'lady…. Cataclysm!"

The villain hurled the giant ice cream scoop at ladybug who tried to melt it, but, it was too big, she wouldn't melt it in time.

Just then, a figure quickly passed by. Ladybug noticed a young girl in a peculiar outfit holding a giant weapon. The girl rushed by and cut the ice cream scoop in half, making it easier to melt. The girl immediately disappeared from sight and Ladybug couldn't even see her face.

"Who was that…. Nevermind, I need to focus… Now Chat noir!"

"Got it!" Chat jumped in and cataclysm the villain's akumatized item. As the item disinerated, the Akuma flew out of it.

"Time to De-evilize!" Ladybug caught the Akuma in her yoyo. "Bye bye little butterfly." She took the hair dryer and threw it in the air. "Miraculous ladybug!" The little magic ladybugs went around, freeing people from their ice cream prisons.

The akumatized man stood up confused. "Wait… what… What happened?

"Oh Darling!" His girlfriend ran up to him and gave him a big hug

"I'm sorry Claudia, I just wanted to be able to share the ice cream with you, but, I got tired of waiting for Andre to show up…"

"Well, if that's how you feel then maybe I should stop hiding so much." Andre appeared behind the man with a customized ice cream prepared for him. "I didn't know that me being difficult to find would cause such distraughtness!"

"No sir, It was me, I was too impatient. I mean, being able to find you is part of the ice cream magic." The two smiled and everything was resolved.

"Noooo! Once again my plans were ruined! But don't cool down quite yet Ladybug and Chat noir… I will get my hands on those miraculous some day!"

By the time everything was settled it had already gotten dark. Ladybug's earrings started to blink and so did Chat's ring.

"Well, we gotta go, but enjoy your ice cream!" Ladybug and Chat noir headed off, and the people of Paris waved to them and thanked them.

As Chat and Ladybug were jumping on roofs, Chat brought up the mystery. "By the way, how did you manage to melt that giant ice cream ball so fast?

"I didn't… There was someone else…" Ladybug stopped, she had a concerned look on her face.

Chat stopped too. "Someone else?

"Yeah… I only saw her for a brief moment, but she somehow cut through the ice cream…"

Suddenly, a sweet voice called out from behind them. "Good evening"

Chat and Ladybug turned around to see the girl standing there. And they were taken aback from what they saw.

The girl had long flowing white hair that shined like moonlight. A purple bow rested in her hair. Her eyes were sharp with a vibrant gold color. The most shocking part about her was her outfit. While Ladybug and Chat's costume cover their whole bodies, this girl's costume was more revealing. She has a white top that was split down the middle. The top was tied around her neck, leaving her back completely open. Between her breast was a purple diamond shaped gem. The gem was held by black ribbons that wrapped around her back and neck. She had a short flowing black skirt with a giant purple ribbon tied around it. The ribbon tied into a giant bow just beneath her back. She had black thigh high socks and purple high heel shoes. Lastly she had long black gloves that reached to her forearm.

The girl smiled gently at them. Ladybug and Char noir backed away slowly. Even though she was trying to give off a warm aura, the two couldn't look past the giant scythe the girl was holding.

"Who… Who are you?" Chat asked with his voice trembling. The heroes didn't know if this was a friend, an enemy, a new akumatized victim, or something completely new.

"My name in Maya. Maya Higurashi. I just moved here from Japan… and as you can see…" the girl twirled around like a princess "I'm a magical girl!"

"A… Magical girl…?" Ladybug was still trying to wrap her head around this. The girl didn't give off any dangerous vibes. But the giant weapon the girl was holding kept the ladybug cautious.

"Yes! Are you also a magical girl?" Maya moved closer to the pair, as if to inspect them. "And I've never seen a magical boy before!" She smiled at Chat but he was too scared to smile back. "Kyubey, why didn't you tell me magical boys existed?"

For the first time, Ladybug and Chat noticed the small animal next to the girl. It was the size of a squirrel and had a big bushy tail. But the creature was pure white with pink eyes and a pink oval on his back. It had long white ears with gold rings around them.

"They usually don't." As it talked Ladybug let out a short scream.

"It… It talks…?

"Of course!" Maya picked up the creature. "Kyubey is the one who made me a magical girl. Didn't you make a contract to become a magical girl?"

"We… Well… we didn't really get our powers like… like a contract?" Ladybug didn't understand what the girl was even saying.

"Well, we did get our powers from talking animals…" Chat quietly whispered to Ladybug.

"Yeah, but Kwamiis are clearly different from whatever that thing is." She whispered back. Ladybug made eye contact with the creature and felt it was staring right into her soul. Before she could say anything else her earring blinked again.

"Umm, Im sorry, but, we have to go before we transform, we can't really let our real identities to be known, so, umm, see you around! Bye Chat!" Ladybug got out of their as soon as she could.

"Uhh, yeah I gotta go… bye!" Chat followed.

"Goodbye…" Maya was left standing on the roof alone. "So you're saying their magic isn't the same as mine?" Maya asked as she stroked Kyubey's soft fur.

"That's correct. I don't sense magical girl energy on them. Whatever kind of magic they're using is very different from yours."

"What about that thing they were fighting… Was it a witch?"

"No, it wasn't a witch. Actually, it just seemed to be a normal person. I am also very confused by all this."

"Hmm, very interesting… I hope I run into them again soon! They seem like such nice people! Hopefully we can be friends!" Maya smiled at the thought of making new friends. She cheerfully hopped from roof to roof.

Meanwhile Adrien and Marinette made it back home.

Marinette collapsed to the ground.

"Tikki… what was that girl? It didn't seem like her powers came from a miraculous… she… she didn't have a mask and… she was holding a giant weapon like it was nothing!"

"I don't know Marinette. The magic I sense from her is very different from our magic. She doesn't seem like she wants to harm you, but I would try to avoid her."

…

"Plagg, Who was that girl? And why does she make me feel un easy."

"I don't know man, I've been on this planet for billions of years and I've never seen a girl like that. Her magic is way funky. Like an old piece of cheese…"

"I just hope I won't have to see her again…"

Next day at school:

Marinette sluggishly made her way into class. She had heavy bags under her eyes.

"Whoa girl, what's wrong with you, did you get any sleep last night?" Alya, her best friend, noticed right away that something was off.

"Yeah… I couldn't sleep last night…. I kept having these nightmares…"

Any time Marinette tried to sleep, she kept seeing that girl. And how she could smile so easily with a giant weapon in her hand.

Adrien came in next, also looking like a zombie.

"Hey dude, you look awful. Are you having trouble with your pops again?"

"Hey Nino, and no, that's not it, I just had trouble sleeping last night." Adriend also couldn't get the girl's image out of his head.

Both Marinette and Adrien were half falling asleep but were woken up when their teacher entered the room.

"Hello students! Today I have some very exciting news! We're having a new student join our class today!. She just moved here from Japan! Come on in." Mrs. Bustier motion for the new student to come in. Adrien and Marinette's eyes widened when they noticed familiar white hair and gold eyes. "Go ahead! Introduce yourself!"

Maya gave a warm smile "Hello everyone. My name is Maya Higurashi. It's nice to meet you all. I hope we can be friends!"

The whole class lit up when they saw the cute new girl.

"Where in Japan did you live?"

"I like your skirt! Where did you get it?"

"Did you move here with your parents?"

"What do you like doing?"

The whole class erupted with questions. Mrs. Bustier had to calm everyone down. "Now now class, one at a time!"

Adrien and Marinette were frozen in their seats. They noticed on her shoulder, the creature from last night was there, but for some reason, no one else could see it.

How…. How is no one else seeing the creature? Marinette was frozen with fear.

Maya looked over at Adrien and Marinette. She gave a sweet smile which sent Goosebumps up their spines.

And no, you don't need to know madoka magica to understand this story. I just really wanted to throw the innocent miraculous characters, into the horro that is a madoka magical girl. I might change rating to M for later chapters having violence. But for now, enjoy!
