AN: Welcome to the new story! Yes, it is a Miraculous Ladybug/Bleach cross over that I have been calling Miraculous Bleach. The Bleach part will come in later.

I am contemplating writing a kind of history to this story so we'll see. :D

For now, enjoy the new story!

Tikki stared at her wielder as Marinette carefully removed pages from her sketchbook, placing them all into a file. The day that had just occurred had been far from kind to the young designer. Her 'friends', such as they were, were truly starting to show themselves. They both knew that they had turned on her during the last month, but they had truly shown just how far they had turned from her since Lila's return.

Ever since Lila had joined their school, the rest of the class had started to believe in whatever came out of the girl's mouth instead of what Marinette had to say. Tikki was glad that Adrien was so busy for the last month or so, between their exams and his work, that he hadn't really known what was going on.

Or at least, that was what Plagg had told her when he had left Adrien to chat with her while they had been hidden away from the rest of the class.

But today...oh today. It had made Tikki wish that she could get as hatefully angry as Plagg could and did. Alya, the so-called best friend of Marinette, had cooed and praised Lila's designs for the next Kitty Section song that they were getting ready to tape. Never mind that it had been a design that had come from Marinette's design book that she had put aside as not looking right for the style of the song.

Marinette had told them as such. Their response had been to tell them that she was just jealous of Lila's obvious talent. Those words had been enough to make her go silent in shock and refuse to talk to any of them after that. She had pulled out her phone during lunch, hiding in the library with her food, and sent Luka a message to tell him that she wasn't going to be designing Kitty Section's costumes as a friend. Not anymore. They would have to go through her site if they wanted any of them from that moment on, just like everyone else.

Luka had been quick to call her and asked what was going on. He had ended up very understanding after their long talk and agreed that she was allowed to be upset. Not just with the band, but with her 'friends'.

After their classes had let out for the day, Marinette had come home, and helped her parents do some of the baking for the last rush of the day. Afterwards, she had gone up to her room, sat down and pulled out her sketchbook. From there, she had methodically gone through each and every one of the sketches inside, placing any that she had started to design for her friends into a folder. She cut out some of the sketched designs on other pieces to put into the folder, planning on placing the sketches onto a larger piece of paper.

A hat that was all Nino…

A skirt for Juleka for her Kitty Section costume…

A sundress for Alya's birthday…

All of them had been carefully removed from the sketch books and placed into a large folder. Tikki had a feeling the folder would end up being put into her hidden box until she was ready to burn them, putting that part of her past behind for good if they continued on their current path.

Tikki sighed as her antenna went flat against her head, fluttering over to Marinette to press against her cheek.

Marinette signed and cuddled the small kwami close to her cheek, her eyes shimmering with tears. "I had never once thought that I could feel so much hurt from my friends," she said, sniffing softly as she let Tikki float before her again. "I never thought that it would get to a point where I want to leave the very school that I love so much just because they made me feel unwelcome I don't want to go to our classes anymore. It hurts too much to see them every day."

"Didn't Adrien say that he was coming over today to catch up with you on things? And to study? His father has finally allowed him some time to rest and do homework after everything right?" Tikki asked. Marinette nodded her head. "Then finish going through your sketchbook and put the folder away before he arrives. Then I want you go to make some of that hot chocolate that you both like. Also, grab some goodies for the two of you to go with the hot chocolate. I think that you need to talk about what has been going on, and that means that you both are going to need it."

Marinette sighed quietly and did as she suggested, turning to the sketchbook, and pulling the last of the designs and sketches from it. It left her with her normal day to day sketches and designs that she did whenever she was feeling inspired, along with the ones that she had created with Adrien, Kagami, or Luka in mind. A couple had been based around Chloe, the girl having done nothing but be herself since the start of everything.

It made Marinette feel better knowing that Chloe was trying to be better then what she used to be. She was still a sarcastic bitch and spoiled but she was doing better.

Finished with removing things, she put the file away in her hidden box in the back of her closet, standing up and heading down from her workspace. She climbed down her ladder and headed for the bakery's kitchen that had the tools that she wanted to use. "Hello, papa," she greeted. Tom smiled over at her, elbow deep in dough.

She mused that she was lucky that her parents had sat her down the night before to find out what was going on with her. They had noticed that she hadn't really talked about her friends or school lately. She had ended up falling apart in their arms. After she had calmed down, she had shown them the video that Alya had posted on the Ladyblog. She had then shown them the file that she had created over the last few months, from the year before and through their summer months, showing each of Lila's lies and what she had done.

She had also shown them the file of every insult and thing done to her since the start of the year, written down in real-time to not forget anything, including near akumatizations. They had decided that the moment she wanted to, they would pull her out of the school and allow her to self-study until they found a new school for her to attend. Since it was so early in the semester, she could get away with it.

"Hey there, pumpkin," Tom greeted, kneading the dough that he had created for the loaves of bread that would need time to rise for the post-dinner rush. "Have you looked at any of the schools? We are pulling you officially from College Francoise Dupont at the end of the week after all. It's been decided."

Marinette hummed, nodding her head as she found the hot chocolate containers that held her parents mixes that was used for their chocolate drinks. Looking at the bottles, she sighed and pulled out a bag of peppermint hot chocolate for Adrien and a bag of white chocolate mix for herself. "The one school that I would love to go for has a very exact standard for their applications. I do have Uncle Jagged's and Penny's recommendation letters, but I would need one more. Preferably from someone who came from there to add weight behind it."

Tom grunted in understanding. While most of the schools that Marinette wouldn't mind going to would allow her in using just the two recommendations, there was just one school that would be the best. It wasn't the most known school outside of a high class circle or those looking for the best schooling options for their career choices due to the size of it and who they let in.

They all knew that she had the talent, but she needed the backers to get even a partial scholarship for the design-based certification from the school. Tom himself had considered it when he was younger, thinking about doing it for writing, but he had ended up finding a deep love for baking from his father and had gone in that direction instead. Sabine had gone there for her last year though when her family had moved into Paris, and then continued with her culinary based education at the university that they met at.

"We'll work it out, don't worry," he promised. He watched as Marinette checked her phone when it jingled with a ring tone. He smiled at the small happy smile on her face at the text. "I take it that you just got a message from a real friend?"

"Yeah. Adrien is here to talk with me about what has been going on while he has been busy the last couple of months. I asked him to come over yesterday when he had some free time and if his father was willing to allow him to," Marinette said. She smiled, placing the bags of mix down onto the counter and moving towards the back of the kitchen, opening the door, seeing Adrien's bodyguard pulling the car up. "He's here."

"I'll start your cocoa," Tom promised, smiling as his daughter ran for the other door that led to the stairs to the upstairs, calling out a thank you over her shoulder. He put the dough aside to rise for the first time, cleaning his hands before he started to use the specialized machine they had to heat the milk, pouring the right amount of powder and chips into two giant mugs. Setting the mugs aside as the milk warmed, he headed into the front half, wiping off his hands as he pressed a kiss to Sabine's cheek after she had dealt with a customer. "Adrien is here talk what has been going on with Mari."

Sabine smiled softly at him, pulling out a tray that they used to carry food up to the apartment whenever Mari had a few of her friends over. She found a couple of plates and put them onto the tray before placing pain au chocolat, some apple turnovers, a few eclairs, fresh mixed fruit tarts, and various jam cookies onto the plates. She patted her husbands' arm, went with him into the kitchen, took the mugs of chocolate once he had them all mixed up and took them upstairs.

She found a highly confused Adrien holding a crying Marinette close, smoothing a hand over her hair, the young boy shooting her a worried look.

Sabine smiled softly at him and nodded to the stairs that let up to Marinette's room. "Come on, let's head upstairs where you two can have some privacy. There are some things that have been going on lately that she needs to talk with you about," she told him softly. Adrien nodded and coaxed his friend up the stairs and into her work area. Sabine followed and left the tray once the two friends were on the balcony, curled up together in Marinette's swinging seat.

When the latch fell shut behind her, Adrien turned to his friend with a small, soothing smile, running a hand over her hair. "Mari, what happened?"
