An idealist and a realist go to a singularity

Fujimaru reaches the fourth singularity having summoned a certain brown white haired suicidal servant and the renowned huntress of the wild and follower of artemis. What could go wrong?

Archer emiya wasn't the type to interact with other servants unless directly confronted, so he had never made a respectful relation ship with most if not all the other servants he had to deal with on a daily basis them being either prideful, ignorant and egotistical for his standards or the servants viewing him as an intolerable asshole.

But his relationship with the master was better than even he had anticipated Fujimoru was a good kid and even with Emiya doing his best to keep the distance between the two of them Fujimaru somehow found a way to brute force his way into being somewhat close to friends with Emiya, Fujimaru having dreams of Emiya in flames and being hanged helped him in understanding Emiya's cold atmosphere although he couldn't completely know how Emiya thought.

The plan was simple archer and atalante would go in take out the summoned enemy servant then meet up with mash and Fujimaru at the designated location. They both didn't expect to have to kill jack the 12 year old ripper.

Atalante questioned her master's decision on leaving her with the stuck up nameless hero

" Tell me why you haven't said a word after our master left "

" I don't know atalante why should I? "

" Well maybe talking with your partner can help build trust and understanding in each other "

" why would I need something as useless as that now atalante? , you should know very well I am not the type of hero you'd want to acquaint yourself with. "

" I should've known better to try and show even the smallest bit of humanity to you Archer. I find it disappointing that the grail even considered someone like you a hero "

A small smile could be seen on emiya's face

" I hate to admit it but you aren't wrong about me being a hero "

" At least you have the decency to admit it, but tell me what did you do to get recorded in the grail's system? "

Emiya stared at atalante's eyes. She saw the gesture and looked right back at him, The two warm light green eye's met with A pair of cold silver eyes. And then they disappeared just as soon as they showed up

" I killed, I killed and killed and I killed their isn't much more to it "

" now if you don't mind Atalanta I'd advice you to focus on our mission since we have company "

Seeing the figure of his enemy Emiya instantly had his two signature weopens Kanshou and Bakuya. Thinking of the most efficient way to defeat his enemy.

Whilst atalanta on the other hand hesitated what she saw was not a warrior but a mere child she wasn't sure what to do, does she kill a child getting one step closer to fixing this singularity or does she let herself die saving herself the grief of going against her dream of a world where children didn't have to suffer the pains of the world.

Naturally she takes the choice to let herself fall. However she seemed to have forgotten one small detail she had brought company alongside her a man in red that wouldn't hesitate stabbing a kid in the heart in a heartbeat, In her point of view anyways.

" Archer. "

Emiya gives off a low hum in a questioning tone, looking back on his troublesome partner

Atalante looked at him straight in the eyes and Emiya returned the gesture both eyes meeting once more

" Don't even think about it. "

" You'd go against your orders Atalanta? "

" I would and I am sure you wouldn't "

Emiya was deep in his thoughts from his and hers words alone he realized he COULD go against his orders and do what he truly wants to do unlike when he was under alaya's control although doing so would be costly kill his enemy or let her kill him? Two choices he wasn't keen on choosing. Good thing he didn't have to

" well then atalanta tell me how do you plan on getting out of here alive? "

As he says this he begins to strike his battle stance one that every other servant described as suicidal yet has never gotten emiya killed.

Atalante already knew that the servant she was with wasn't your average archer for one he is always seen using two daggers as weapons much more commonly compared to his actual bow. And that he had never used his noble phantasm or maybe the small chance that he had no noble phantasm at all.

" I should be the one asking that Archer "

Emiya began to move in closer to Atalanta presumably to strike her down

As soon as he took a step Atalanta began firing arrows at Emiya who responded with using his eye of the mind skill to predict where the arrows would arrive and blocking or dodging them when necessary.

She had already expected archer to fight her but what she wasn't expecting was a strike coming towards her from behind apparently she was too focused on fighting Emiya she had forgotten that an enemy servant child was still going to try and take her out even more unexpected however was Archer pulling her back to avoid getting stabbed even going as far as turning his back against the would be murder weapon in order to get her out of arms way

This situation wasn't something Emiya was new to a woman being dragged into his arms although it was a situation he would call unlucky Atalanta was in his arms in a hugging position her chest meeting his abdomen his arms around her waist's

Normally you would find this kinda stuff to be impossible or extremely possible if you were a certain type of person that's jealous of emiya in this moment and expecting something more to happen searching rated M romance fanfiction with a virgin as a tagline but moving on

Emiya would blame his E rank luck for ending up in this position with atalanta describing it as unbelievably impossible that he is this unlucky, although half of you people reading this would call him the luckiest man on the earth.

" ahem* "

This sound brought atalanta back to reality she had now realized that she was on top of emiya, by this point if you were a random by stander and saw how they were together you would probably assume that the two of them were doing something they should do privately.

Almost instantly she jumped back away from emiya standing back up.

While the two were busy thinking about what just happened jack the ripper was blushing uncontrollably

" Really!? Right in the middle of a fight? Get a room already I can wait outside "

" Listen Atalanta I did not mean it to end up like that "

" Shut the hell up archer "

" Wow really? I save you and what I get back is a foul mouthing? "

Atalanta had enough of archer's shit and got back to jack who she deduced to be an assassin class servant with her not being able to detect jack's presence earlier when emiya had saved her, jack at this stage is a kid who had just seen a sight not supposed to be seen by any kid around her appearance's age.

" We weren't doing anything assassin "

" Listen miss I am not an expert when it comes to relationships but I suggest you finish up your quarrel with your partner before you do any combat "

" She isn't my girlfriend " " I am not with him " in perfect unison

Man I just got back from a miserable term and I gotta say I'm probably gonna fucking regret posting this when I wake up tomorrow do the thing and critique my writing cause I wanna know if im good or not anyway can anyone here that reads this far that plays valorant why the fuck cyphers and kill joy's in ascent wall bang B so good?
