Chapter One: Oblivious
"Eddy calm down. You know you're only encouraging him." Edd says as he and Alexis are following Ed and Eddy.
"Double D they're not gonna listen." Alexis says as she then sees Ed destroying nearby lockers.
"Goodness gracious! Have you two no respect for the sanctum of school property?" Edd asks.
"Considering how those two act I would say nope." Alexis says.
"Oh um I withdraw my last statement. No harm done yes?" Edd asks as he finds a poster.
"What you got there?" Eddy asks as he comes over to Edd.
"Nothing. Righto. Let's say we make our way to–" Edd then gets cut off by Eddy as he grabs the poster from him.
"School dance? Tonight? How'd we miss this?!" Eddy asks.
"Isn't it a shame? Why, if only we had known sooner. Oh well. There's always next year." Edd says as Alexis steps away before accidentally bumping into Rolf.
"Hello Alexis." Rolf says.
"Hi Rolf." Alexis says smiling.
"I see you are with the Edd boys." Rolf says as Alexis nods.
"Yeah. Rolf you know I like you right?" Alexis asks.
"Right." Rolf says as he smiles.
"Good cause I have a question to-" Alexis then gets cut off by Rolf.
"We are friends. How could we be if we didn't like each other?" Rolf asks.
"Oh. Eh. Right." Alexis says as she gives a nervous look.
"What was your question?" Rolf asks.
"Nevermind. I'll see you later." Alexis says as she goes over to the others as Edd looks at her.
"Only losers stay home on a school dance night and we ain't losers. Right Ed?" Eddy asks.
"Sure ain't Eddy!" Ed shouts.
"Check this out!" Eddy shouts as he holds up a flyer.
"Win a date with Eddy? Sign up here? You're not seriously thinking of going to this– Do you realize that it's customary for a boy to ask a girl to attend?" Edd asks.
"Asking's for chumps Double D. My brother told me really cool guys ride solo so they ain't stuck with the same chick all night. C'mon! I got something that'll knock your socks off!" Eddy says as the group follows him out of the school.
