Luna anticipated the woman's response before the muscle memory driven movement had even fully transmitted across Icarus's nervous system, and before the dagger had even been released from Icarus's wings, Luna had ripped herself free from the guards holding her down, sending a wave of purple energy exploding across the room, as Luna welcomed with a full embrace the comforting feeling of her power truly returning to her, flooding her with a glorious sense of warmth and strength, as she spiralled through the air, flipping over the backs of the group assembled in the centre of the mats. As Luna freed herself she heard Bucky release a whoop of unhindered joy, as he too, began to fight his way free from his captors, a surge of energy being found deep within himself. As the the guards turned to face Luna, Icarus shot up into the air, soaring in the direction of the viewing box, evidently in need of new orders to combat the surprise Luna had just presented them with. If only they knew what was in store for them./p

p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';"Luna immediately set to work on fighting the hydra agents directly in front of her, consciously not yet allowing Hydra to see the full extent of her powers, deciding to save the show for when she would need it, for Icarus. With feigned effort Luna began taking down the soldiers one by one, occasionally using her powers to disarm or send flying the odd agent. It wasn't time. Not yet. She ended the rest of the team to get there first. Needed to know that she could trust them to help keep Bucky safe before she let go and became the true Black Moon. The one she learnt to hide from Hydra so many years ago. The doors banged, forcing loud echos into the room that was filled with the sounds of fighting, as more Hydra agents flooded into the room, at least now full of 100 men for Bucky and Luna to fight. Slowly, synchronised and unconsciously, Bucky and Luna manoeuvred so they were stood back to back, ready to watch the others 6 as they took on so many soldiers. Almost instantly Luna engaged the first group of men in front of her, using her powers to draw them close enough to her that with one quick swipe of her leg, whist they all momentarily looked bewildered at their sudden movement, she knocked them all to the ground, before rendering them all unconscious. Across the room, bolted to the walls Luna could see a selection of fighting staffs attached to the wall, and with little thought and no effort she called them towards her and Bucky, yelling a quick "arm up!" To Bucky, making him aware of the help incoming before they arrived, safely in Luna and Bucky's hands, evening out a little the fight that was threatening currently the overwhelm the two super soliders. Just as Luna stuck a fatal blow to the side of one of the Hydra soldiers heads, she felt a surge of electricity burn through her right side, as the punching pain of the 'cattle prods' some of the Hydra guards carried burnt its way into her side. /p

She heard Bucky yell out "You okay kid?" As he was still caught up in a fight with more goons, evidently hearing Luna's cry of pain. "All good old man," she called back through gritted teeth, before adding a "how you holding up old man?" In an attempt to mask her concern for her partner as they fought, knowing full well he was just as tired, just as hurt as she was, and he didn't have the privilege of the energising effect of her powers. "I'm good kid, nice to stretch the legs out for a bit," he called out in reply to Luna's question as one of his roundhouse kicks sent a Hydra agent flying. Yet Luna could hear the signs of weariness edging in on his voice. Luna gritted her teeth, redoubling her physical efforts in the fight, knowing all well if she released her full power too soon, it might burn out, or give Icarus, who was still yet to return to the fight, too much of an advantage. /p

"Guys, I'm sending across spidey's moving location now. Converge on it. We meet there, we get our guys out. Natasha, I need you to find the control room before joining us."/p
p style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 13px; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue';""Affirmative captain," cracked Natasha's voice across the comms, with reduced static as all of the radio comms grew closer and closer together, as everyone raced to help their friends. Peter stopped his sprint suddenly, dead in his tracks, outside of a reinforced metal door, quickly turning to Natasha who had just caught up with the boy alongside Clint. "It's in here. The control room." Spoke Peter breathlessly, although not from the effort of running, but instead from desperation to get to Luna. Wordlessly, Clint moved to retrieve his localised explosive arrow to break down the steel re-inforced door, yet before he even had it out of his quiver, with a sharp kick, Peter kicked the door down, immediately webbing up two men sat behind screens and screens lighting the room they were sat in, Natasha using a widow bite to electrocute the third. Natasha move immediately to begin downloading the data off of one of the computer monitors in the room, but Peter immediately felt his eyes drawn to the seemingly endless feeds of video playing out on the screens. Most were still, barely moving, the static being the only suggestion that they were indeed videos and not simply images. But they weren't what Peter was looking at. In a corner of the room was a collection of videos running. He could only assume they were older footage, because multiple of them had Bucky and Luna in, but they couldn't possibly be in more than one place at once. Peter felt his stomach drop as his eyes locked on to the first video. It showed Luna, laying unconscious on the floor in front of a bucket, surrounded by a puddle of blood, not moving. /p

What made it worse was the evident wait before an exhausted looking was thrown into the cell, scrambling straight to Luna. Peter had to look away as rage began to fill him. But his eyes locked onto another video, this time showing Luna, with something wring with her eyes as she fought Icarus, shoulder being impaled with one of the obsidian daggers. And another of Luna, surrounded by scientists clearly unable to move on a bed. And another of Bucky in the chair. And another. And another. Peters fist moved of its own accord, as it punched a hole through the wall on his left. Peter didn't even register his knuckle make a sickening cracking sound. /p

When the man in front of him gave no response, Peter shot electric webs onto the scientist, asking once more, with a tightened grip on the mans jaw, "emWhere. Is. She/em." The man, with a shaking arm, simply pointed to a screen in front of the pair. On it, swarmed at least 150 Hydra soldier around two small dots, which Peter could only assume were Luna and Bucky, like bees to a hive. "Nat?" Peter's voice shot out, as he moved his hand off of the scientists face, this time registering the crack of the mans jaw breaking as he did so. Natasha didn't need anymore of a question to know what Peter was saying, she simply nodded as she continued to work on the computer. "Clint?" Peter's voice spoke out again. "Ive got her six. Go get them back." Peter hadn't even waited for the second part of Clint's response, simply tearing his way through the facility once again, following the guide of his spider sense as he raced towards the girl he loved. He drew a fist back, ready to blast the door, before registering the sound of Tony's repulsers firing down behind him. "This might be a bit easier kid." Came the father figure's voice from behind him. "You okay?" Tony asked, face plate lifted as he tried to lock eyes with his kid before they entered the fight. "We gotta get them out." Came Peter's only response, voice breaking a little in rage as he ground out the words. "Then let's get them out." Said Wanda, as she and Sam made their way around the corner. By her family. Protected. Safe. But it was, as her vision cleared, the sight of a red mask being removed, soft, careful hands cupping her face, soft lips on her own, mixing the salty taste of tears and sweat and blood with something sweet that made her heart sing and her hair glow a little brighter. As she rested her head against Peter's, all she could say was, "You found me," as tears streamed down her face. "And I always will," came Peter's response. "Are you okay?" He asked Luna. "I will be," she whispered back, as the two sat in an isolated pocket of time, ignorant to the fighting going on around them, caught up only in their reunion. But they couldn't stay that way forever. Luna broke away from Peter, standing up despite the pain burning all over her body. The team were here now, and it was time. As her voice gained its startling sense of duality once more, as power filled her veins and she let herself become enveloped in her own strength, Luna looked to Peter with a soft smile. "We're bringing you home Luna." Spoke Peter. "I know," replied Luna, "But first," as she spoke her hair burned a bright white, as her eyes glowed not their usual black, but instead a brilliant purple, blazing with intensity, as a haze of purple surrounded the woman slowly lifting herself above the ground, "First, I deal with her." /p
