A/N: Much like my Ant-Man 3 Pitch, I've decided to turn my Spider-Man 3 Pitch into a full story.

I do not own Spider-Man or any of it's characters. I am just simply a fan.

This is a prologue to catch fans and readers up on the previous film.

I hope you all enjoy it.

Prologue: Midtown Science High News

Betty Brandt was sitting alongside her co-anchor Jason, sitting in an blank state before delivering her opening address to her fellow students. The graphic behind them changed from a usual random screensaver to oversized photos of Peter Parker and Spider-Man side-by-side.

"Well who didn't see this coming?" Betty stated to the camera.

"I sure as hell didn't." Jason answered.

The camera switched shots to Betty's face as she began the school's breaking story.

"As you know, this past summer, New York's own Spider-Man had thwarted attacks from a race of extra-ordinary beings known as "The Elementals"." Betty explains as various news and smartphone footage of the events that took place in Europe are played.

"Or was it really like that at all?" Betty sounded as if she was still questioning what she had learned and she was.

"What are you talking about?" Jason asked his co-anchor.

"A week after myself and several Midtown High students returned after our disastrous European vacation, we, along with the entire world, were shocked to discover that Spider-Man was none other than Midtown High's very own, Peter Parker."

"Yeah, like I was at home with my mom and I was like 'Whaaaaaa." Jason, hands in the air, recalled his reaction.

"My jaw dropped. Like it literally dropped like this." Betty said as she opened her mouth agape to show the reaction she had that same day.

Immediately, Betty closed her mouth and resumed the broadcast.

"And to add even more shock, it's believed that Peter may have been responsible for the death of who many declare to be the "real-hero"." Betty put her hands up in air quotes. "Quentin Beck. Also known as Mysterio." A photo of Beck appeared beside Betty as the footage that was seen all around the world was played again as a reminder to the students of Midtown High.

"I managed to send the Elementals back into the dimensional rift but I don't think I'm gonna make it off this bridge alive. Spider-Man attacked me for some reason. He has an army of mechanized drones, Stark Technology. He says he's gonna be the new Iron Man, no one else." The video of Beck played before it cut to the big reveal. "Spider-Man's real name…Spider-Man's name is Peter Parker!"

The video stopped as Betty continued.

"The world remains split on whether Peter is innocent."

"I think he's guilty as s**t." Jason wasn't slow to put his two cents in.

"Jason, language. We keep talking about this." Betty put her co-anchor in place as she continued.

"Obviously, there's questions that need to be answered. Some truths that need to be discovered. But the big question on everyone's minds is: Where's Peter Parker Now? It's been two months since he was last sighted but just where he is now?"

Where is Peter Parker?
