Hi guys, I'm here with a new story in replacement of my now deleted story lost and found. Slight AU and rated for future chapters and reasons. Enjoy.

15-year-olds Clara and Iruma walked through the Noisy Forest as the sun hung low over the horizon. Clara looked at her blue-haired friend and slightly smiled, "Thanks for walking me home Iruma-kins,"

Iruma rubbed the back of his head and nervously chuckled at the lime green-haired demoness, "Yeah...don't uh...don't mention it, Clara. I wasn't going to let one of my best friends walk home alone like that," Clara smiled and nodded before the two of them continued to walk through the forest.

Coming to an opening, the two stopped as they looked around as the sound of crying could be heard. Spotting a pile of fallen branches, the two slowly approached it and began moving the fallen tree limbs away. The two soon stopped and stared wide-eyed at the sight of a blue-haired baby boy and girl in the brush, crying. Clara leaned down and carefully picked the screaming children up and began to comfort them, "Hey, it's okay you two. You're not alone anymore. Me and Iruma-kins found you. You're safe now,"

Iruma looked at the two children with narrowed eyes, 'What the hell? Do demons abandon their children like that? What kind of person would do that to a couple of defenses babies?'

"Iruma-kins," he shook his head and looked at his female best friend in confusion, "Did you hear what I said?"

"I'm sorry, Clara, what did you say?"

"I said what are we going to do? We can't just pretend we didn't see them and leave them here,"

Iruma sighed and shook his head as he stepped closer to Clara and took the baby boy from her, "You're right. We'll be no better than their parents," Clara hummed and nodded as she cradled the small girl in her arms, "We'll go to your house and figure out what to do from there," Clara nodded before they turned and began walking in silence.

The two walked through the door of the small house and a woman with long, lime-green hair looked up and smiled, "Welcome home, Clara," she spotted Iruma and smiled "And I see you've brought your little friend with you. Welcome, Iruma,"

"Uh...t-thank you, ma'am,"

The woman smiled and nodded, "Mommy," she hummed and looked at her oldest daughter in confusion, "When me and Iruma-kins were walking through the forest, we heard faint cries and...well," the pair held up the small children and the woman stared with wide eyes, "We couldn't leave them there. It was getting dark and they would've been lonely and scared,"

The woman stared at them in silence for a moment before a small smile formed across her lips, "So you two found these little ones together?" Confused, the two friends nodded before Clara's mother spoke again, "Well then let me be the first to say congratulations,"

"Mommy? What do you mean by that?" Clara arched a brow and shook her head.

"It's an old law but still held in high regards," she explained to the two before looking at Iruma, "Lord Sullivan is your grandfather, correct?" Confused, Iruma slowly nodded, "Then you should be aware of this law. When a demon over the age of thirteen finds an abandoned demon child, they are responsible for the safety of that child, and since you two found these little cuties, they are in your care,"

Clara and Iruma stared at her for a moment before their eyes went wide and they shouted in unison, "What!" Iruma shook his head, "But...but...grandpa never told me many of the laws, I didn't know that was a law!"

"Why don't you call your grandfather and talk to him about this," Clara's mother suggested, holding her arms out to take the boy from Iruma. Iruma nodded before having the small child over to her and walked away as he dug his phone out of his pocket.

Clara slowly walked up to get mother and arched a brow, "Mommy?" The woman hummed and looked at her oldest daughter, "I've never heard of that law either. Are you sure it's a law?"

"Like I said, it's an old law but still held in high regards," she answered before looking down at the baby boy again, "And besides, I figured you'd want a family with Iruma." Clara's eyes widened as she felt her face begin to heat up before she looked back at Iruma, who was talking on the phone and a small smile formed across her lips as she looked down at the baby girl in her arms and gently rocked her.

Iruma sighed as he walked back and stood next to Clara, "Mrs. Valac," Clara's mother hummed with a faint smile, "You were right. Grandpa said it is an old law and still held in high regards...he also told me to ask if I can stay here for the weekend to help Clara with these two,"

"Well it wouldn't be fair if Clara took care of them on her own, don't you think?" She asked and Iruma shook his head, "Then you're welcomed to stay for the weekend and please call me Alyssa,"

"O-okay...I'm just going to call grandpa back and let him know so he doesn't worry," the two demonesses nodded as Iruma turned and walked away again.

Iruma held the phone up to his ear and took a deep breath, "Hey grandpa, I'm calling to let you know I'll be staying for the weekend, but does that law really apply to me? I'm human and-"

"It'll be better this way so no one learns about that, Iruma," Sullivan's voice came in the other end.

Iruma sighed and shook his head, "But grandpa, I talked to Ameri's father last year and even though he thinks I'm a demon, he said that the only demons that devour humans are the ones going back to basics and-"

"I know Iruma, but it'll be too risky." Sullivan said in a stern tone, "All I'm asking if that you honor one of our oldest laws, grandson, can you do that for your dear old grandpa?"

Iruma sighed and nodded, "Yeah, okay grandpa. I'll talk to you later," Iruma ended the call and walked back to Clara and her mother before he took the baby boy from Alyssa and the older woman walked away from the two.

Clara and Iruma sat in a small room after Alyssa had put Clara's siblings to bed. The two looked down at the sleeping infants between them and Iruma rubbed the back of his head, "So I guess we're parents to these two, huh?" Clara smiled as she nodded and lightly poked the boy's cheeks as the two infants slept, "But we don't even know their names an-"

"Don't worry, Iruma-kins, we'll think of a couple of names tomorrow," Clara laid down and smiled at the infants, "Right now we should get some sleep while these little ones will let us," Iruma hummed and nodded before he laid down and turned in his side.

The two continued to watch the children sleep before Iruma looked up and saw an angered expression crossing Clara's usual cheerful face and he frowned, "Clara?" Clara looked up in confusion as Iruma sat up and took a deep breath, "Are you okay? I've never seen you look so angry before, not even when that group of demons were taking obvious advantage of your ability,"

Clara inhaled slowly as she sat up and hugged her knees to her chest, "What if we hadn't had passed by and found these two, Iruma-kins? They could've starved to death from exposure...who does that to a couple of babies? What kind of heartless monster would do such a thing?"

"I wish I knew, Clara, I really wish I knew," Iruma looked at the two and sighed, "The main thing is we find them and we're now reasonable for their well-being and we know we're not going to do something like that to them," Clara hummed and nodded as Iruma reached up and patted the top of her head, surprising Clara slightly, "But you're right, we should get some sleep while we can," Clara smiled and nodded before the two of them laid back down and slowly drifted off to sleep.

The two were woken up a few hours later to the cries of the infants between them. Sitting up, Clara picked up the small boy while Iruma picked the girl up. Quietly standing up, the pair walked out of the room and headed towards the kitchen while the infant lightly whimpered in there arms.

The two say down at the table and began feeding the two bottles as the crying subsided. While feeding the two, Clara looked up at Iruma and saw a puzzling look crossing good face, "Iruma-kins?" Iruma hummed and looked at his female best friend in confusion, "Is something wrong? Did you want to go home tonight?"

Iruma shook his head as he looked down at the girl in his arms as he continued to feed her, "No. Grandpa and your mother already said I can stay for the weekend and I'm not just going to have you care for these two on your own," Clara arched a bite and tilted her head to the side in confusion, "Just thinking of a couple of names is all, Clara,"

Clara smiled as she leaned up against Iruma's shoulder, "Don't worry about that right now, Iruma-kins, we've got all weekend to think of that." Iruma hummed and nodded before they began burping the children.

After burping and changing the infants, the pair stood up and quietly walked out of the kitchen and back to the room. Carefully setting the children down, Clara and Iruma laid down beside then as Iruma pulled the sheet over them. Hearing a yawn come from Clara, Iruma looked up to see Clara closer her eyes and nice closer to the sleeping children and he slightly smiled at her before mumbling under his breath, "She's great with kids," yawning, he closed his eyes as he continued, "But that's no surprise given how many brothers and sisters she has," he took a deep breath and drifted off to sleep, the rest of the night uneventful.

Here's the first chapter. Please enjoy.
