ANNABETH P.O.V

That Morning she had woken up with a headache, like a REALLY bad one.

"UGH!", I moaned for around the millionth time that day.

"Look Beth, if you just come with me to the hospital we can figure out whats wrong!", Percy tried again

" Uhhh...NO! The hospitals won't understand Perce because...", I tried again

"Oh no do you think there's gonna be a Baby coming from...", Percy rudely interrupted

"NO" I interjected before he could say something weird.

I stood up quickly and ran to my Bedroom and fell asleep.

PERCY P.O.V

As soon as Annabeth shut the door to her room, I waited around 30 minutes, and made my way to her room, and lifted her on my Back, and got into my car and put her in the passengers seat. Then I quickly dialed my cousin Thalia.

"Why are you calling me Kelp Head", she answered lazily

"Ermm... I'm worried about Wise girl, she keeps saying she has headaches, so I'm headed to the hospital for a checkup", I said

"WAIT! did she agree to this?...", she said slowly

"no?", I sqeaked out

"Great see you in 10!", She practically squealed

When I finally arrived at the hospital I carried Annabeth bridal style, into the Hospital lobby. He walked up the nurse and asked a checkup.

"Sir room 7BC, a doctor will meet you there" he said monotonously.

That's right he Percy Jackson knows what Monotonous means! Anyway back to the present, I carried Annabeth's sleeping body carefully, over to room 7BC. And I laid her down on the hospital bed, and waited and waited and waited, you get my idea.

"Hello sir, what is the problem?" the doctor said kindly a he walked in through the door.

"Well, My girlfriend keeps getting headaches that says really hurts, she fell asleep around an 40 minutes ago, can you check up on her?"

"Absolutely, do you give permission for Brain scans?", he said with a deep voice.

"Yes." I answered before he could finish I quickly kissed her cheek and left the room.

As I sat outside waiting, Oh god please let her be okay OH FRICK! I need to go meet Thals, I'm sooooo dead, I sat up and walked outside to meet my cousin.

"WHAT THE FRICK DUDE!" She screamed at me before I could say anything

"Sorry sheesh I was just getting Annabeth into the hospital" I muttered

"Oh, oh well I still think you should rot in Tarturus but alright.", She said chipperly.

OH HELL NO GOD, GODS I DON'T CARE SAVE ME!

I quickly got out my phone and texted my friend Jason,

Percy: Yo Jason, I need help Thals is about kill me.

Jason : Hell no I am NOT dealing with a pissed off or cheery Thalia.

Grover, yes Grover he will help!

Percy: Hey Grover can you help me out with Thalia? She's chipper HELP

Grover : Hell no I am not going to deal with a chipper Thalia plus I have a date with Juniper!

"...and we have to go to the mall and we have to, buy some food oh yeah and balloons...WAIT ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING KELP HEAD" she screamed suddenly.

"Ermmmm yes?" he mumbled

"Then what did I say?", she said slowly

"Mall, balloon, Food?", I tried

Before Thalia could continue I felt a buzzing in my pocket, I checked to see who it was, Only to find it was the doctors, I quickly picked up, Please be ok PLEASE be ok

"Sir She is fine we are still going to have to do the MRI's", he said reliefs tinting his voice

"Thank you" , I said quickly

And cut the call.

"Hey Thals? I'm thinking maybe I get a ring for Annabeth? Maybe, not engagement but more of a promise ring?" I said meekly.

"OMG YES ! I KNOW THE PERFECT SHOP!" she started squealing.

THIS IS HOW I ENDED UP IN THE MALL FOR 4 HOURS...

4 HOURS LATER...

I had gotten 2 matching rings, one with a White owl carving in the center surrounded by stud Diamonds, and intricate silver carvings, and my ring with a Turquoise Trident surrounded by Stud blue sapphires, and intricate silver carvings, both having a carving at the bottom.

I grabbed the rings from the store and rushed into the hospital where I almost ran into Annabeth's doctor, correction I DID run into him successfully knocking him down.

"I AM SO SORRY!" I said quickly

Wait... That's Annabeth's Doctor S***

I thought over that as I ran to room 7BC The doctor not far behind.

I was about to open the door and rush inside When..

"WAIT!" The doctor wheezed out as he tried to catch up,

"D-d-d-on-n-n't g-*BREATH*o ins-*BREATH*ide!" He barely wheezed out.

A FEW MOMENTS LATER

"Damn your fast as hell" the doctor chuckled lightly as he continued trying to catch his breath.

"Indeed" I said flexing my legs.

The doctor chuckled softly,

"Well, I should warn you sir, she's currently undergoing surgery you should wait outside", The doctor said

SHE'S in SURGERY! WHAT THE HELL!

"Why is she in surgery?", annoyance seeping into my voice

The Doctor seemed to catch on. "Well you see she has a tumor in her hippocampus...", he rushed out

"She has a tumor in her hippo camp? Are you OK Doc cause I'm pretty sure that's not a thing...", He said very confused.

"No the HIPPO - CAMP - US", the doctor spelled out.

"Oh... The Hippo Campus! Is that a school how is there a tumor in a school?" , he said still VERY confused

"Oh for the love of god! The Hippocampus in the brain!" The doctor whined.

"Oh the brain whats the HippoCampus then?" he said still confused but still considerably less confused.

The doctor stared back at him uneasily " Well..." he started before a nurse burst out of the room.

" ! We need some help with the surgery..." he started, but immediately stopped when he saw me.

"I'll just leave" , I mutter.

8 Hours Later:

Percy P.O.V

I was playing my Mario Kart, which by the way was really fun,

Earlier

I had trudged back home, knowing I wouldn't be able to see her.

Until Later, so I had plopped down on my couch for a Mario Kart marathon! Geeky I know.
