Hey y'all! Welcome to my first Hazbin Hotel fanfic! I was looking through Pentniss fanfics over on AO3 and I realized something: Arackniss and Angel's father, Henroin, is almost never shipped with anyone. I did find some where he was shipped, but sadly those fanfics were all incest fics. My brain decided it wanted be weirder than usual and came up with the ship in this fanfic XD. Hope y'all like it! Also, i hate how Henroin, Arackniss, and Vox aren't listed in the character list. That's stupid

WARNINGS: Contains swearing, violence, slight gore, eventual smut, yaoi, mentioned past abuse, some homophobia on Henroin's part. Contains RadioDust, background Pentniss, and eventual StaticScorpion (Henoin x Vox)

Disclaimer: Hazbin Hotel and all of it's characters belong to the amazing Vivienne Medrano and her team. I only own the story idea and created the StaticScorpion ship.

"Oi, get outta the way!" said a slightly nasally voice, it's owner pushing past the larger demons in the hall of the hideout. The owner of the voice was a small, somewhat skinny but still fit spider demon with dark gray, almost black fur and amaranth red eyes wearing a dark grey suit jacket over a mindaro yellow shirt with matching pants and a matching bowtie with an amaranth knot. Despite his small stature the other demons immediately moved out of his way, showing a large amount of respect for him while doing so.

He walked up to a room with two large tarantula-like demons guarding the door. They saw him and immediately stepped aside to let him in. He entered, placing five of his six hands behind his back as he approached the large desk, where a mammoth of an arachnid sat. "Ah, Arackniss, ya made it..." the large demon said, puffing on his cigar. "Ya, and I got the briefcase with the plans..." Arackniss said, setting the briefcase he had on the desk. The other demon took it and opened it, looking over everything with his rosso corsa red eyes.

"Looks good... you know the plan, right?" he asked, turning his attentino back to the smaller arachnid. "Of course Pa... go in, get the goods, same old... though, don't know why you wanna come with..." said Arackniss, crossing his arms. "While it may seem like the same old stuff, the dealers we're dealing with this time are much more dangerous than the past ones... besides, while you may be my second-in-command, it would be best for myself to go in to keep things under control..." Henroin said, standing from his desk and walking around to the front of it, revealing more of his taupe fur and his scorpion lower half, which only added to his already massive form.

Arackniss nodded in understanding. "So, when do we leave?" he asked, watching his father put out the cigar and grab his gun from a nearby shelf. "We leave at dusk... gather some of our best men and get prepared to head out in a few hours..." Henroin ordered, Arackniss nodding and heading out. Henroin cleaned his gun and put it in his holster, adjusting his charcoal-colored tie and matching jacket. He knew this job was going to be dangerous, but he had another feeling he couldn't shake. He felt something big was going to happen, but pushed it to the back of his mind for the time being so he could focus on preparing for the job.

Hours passed and soon the time came to head to the meeting spot. Henroin and Arackniss headed out with several members of the mafia, traveling in several black 1940's-style cars to get there. They soon arrive in the meeting spot and get out, Arackniss carrying another briefcase, this one carrying money. Henroin led the way, stopping about halfway down the alley they were meeting at as the dealers they were meeting walked up, their own briefcase in their hands.

"Henroin, good to see you-" the leader said, but was immediately cut off. "Cut the chit-chat. You got the goods?" the mafia boss asked, growling as he spoke. The dealer smiled and set down the briefcase he had, opening it to reveal several bags of drugs. Henroin nodded and gestured to his son, who walked forward with the briefcase of money. He immediately stopped when the dealer's goons pulled out their guns and aimed at him, the dealer smirking as he too pulled a gun and aimed at Arackniss. "We'll be taking the money AND the goods..." he said, immediately shooting at Arackniss.

Henroin immediately jumped in the way, blocking the bullet with one of his arms. It quickly turned into an all-out shootout between the two groups, each taking cover and shooting. During the gunfire Henroin saw the head dealer running up some nearby stairs and immediately rushed after him, ordering cover fire for him to do so. Despite having twice the number of legs the other leader had gotten a good lead ahead of him. "Get back here!" he yelled, eventually reaching the area at the top of the stairs.

"Where the hell did you go?" he growled, looking around. Suddenly he had to jump back as the body of the dealer fell to the ground in front of him, the case nowhere to be seen and the dealer's neck black and purple. Henroin looked around, then looked up and his tail thrust forward, striking the pipes above him and causing the figure above him to leap down away from him. "Wx-Wz-Well! Mafia boss Hx-Hc-Henroin! A pleasure to finally mz-mx-meet you!" said the other demon, who Henroin immediately recognized as Vox, an Overlord and most likely the one in charge of this territory.

Henroin growled. "The fuck do you want?" he asked, noticing the briefcase in the TV demon's hand. "I heard gz-go-gunfire in MY territory, so nz-nd-naturally had to investigate!" the tall demon said, his scarlet and electric blue eyes glowing brightly, even for his already bright screen in the dark. Henroin gestured to the briefcase. "That belongs to the family..." he said, growling. "Oh, tz-tk-this? If you want it, come take it!" said Vox, his grin widening.

Henroin, despite knowing that facing an Overlord was a death sentence to many, charged forward at full speed. Vox easily dodged be simply stepping to the side, though was caught by surprise at the agile turn the arachnid made and was knocked away. The technolocial demon quickly jumped to his feet and barely dodged an incoming strike from Henroin's tail, though he didn't lose his cool while the mafia boss was letting his hot-headedness semi-lead his actions. The two continued fighting, all the while Vox kept a calm if not slightly smug grin on his face.

Henroin eventually rushed him again, this time not being able to turn and bashed into a nearby wall. He backed up and turned to face the Overlord, but was completely out of breath and collapsed to one knee. Vox walked over and, shockingly, dropped the briefcase right in front of the centauresque demon. "I mz-ml-must say, I'm very impressed! Not many can hx-hz-hold their own against myself, let alone an Overlord in gh-gt-general! Thought, I will be tz-tc-taking this as a gift..." he said, holding up a small bag of drugs that he most likely took from the briefcase. Henroin mustered enough energy to pull back his tail and lunge it at Vox, who easily caught it and held it away from him as he leaned down to be face to face with Henroin.

"Aw, don't be like that! Tx-tc-this was fun! Perhaps we can have fun again sx-sf-soon, big daddy~" The TV demon said flirtatiously, grinning before releasing Henroin's tail and vanishing in a flash of electricity. Henroin shielded his eyes from the brief flash, then waited before standing and picking up the briefcase, heading back to where he had left the others. As he got there he saw that the gun fight had already ended, with Arackniss and the other family members being victorious. "Pa! What happened!? You alright!?" asked Arackniss, seeing his father approaching. "I'm fine... I got the goods, so let's take them and the money and go..." said Henroin, not bothering to look at the bodies of the other gang. Arackniss nodded and they headed back to the cars, piling in before heading back to the hideout. As the cars drove Henroin's mind went back to his interaction with Vox.

He recalled how the other demon had moved, almost as if he were dancing and not fighting. You would think that having a TV for a head would've been a hindrance, but Vox had been so agile and lithe it was as if the screen hadn't been there at all. Henroin sneered slightly, remembering the Overlord's parting words. He hoped that would be the last time the two met, though of course with a place as chaotic as Hell things almost never worked in one's favor.
