The Island of Guam, 1941, December 8th

Jack Ise Sallis was a Commander and somehow, Naval Governor on the island of Guam, and probably the youngest in history, at only 24 he had participated in the battle of Luzon Strait against the Sirens, ah yes, the glory days. It was also his final battle against the Sirens, he got promoted to Commander, and to be a Naval Governor. And he landed here, the most boring island on earth, at least he got to sleep late, he took a bottle of whiskey and glugged it, he was also an alcoholic, he tossed the bottle aside and turned back over to sleep when-

An explosion jolted him up from his sleepy thoughts, an ensign confirmed his worst fear, "It's the Sakura Empire!" On cue, a spray of machine-gun fire echoed down the hall, the ensign shuddered then fell down dead, he grabbed a 1911 Colt from his drawer and prepared for the worst.

All was quiet at first, then all hell broke loose, somewhere during the firefight a grenade was thrown in, and the last thing Jack remembered was a piece of plaster clonking him on the head.

He woke up being dragged by two Sakurese empire kitsune. Grunting they threw him aboard a transport ship, where he was taken to its brig, given some food, and left. He quickly fell asleep, praying this was a dream.

Waking up Commander Jack Sallis realized he was having the worst day of his life. He was woken up far too early, dragged by two Sakura Kitsune to a Sakura Transport, and was being taken to Sakura. Where he would be put into a prison camp to live out the rest of the war. "This is horrible." He muttered. The one referred to as Akagi stepped on his foot in reprimand. Jack yelped. Where then he was met with a glare from Kaga. He got the message and shut up, 'At least I kept my diary...' It wasn't long before that got confiscated as well.

A day later.

Jack was finally getting some sleep when he was met with a kick to the ribs from Zuikaku. "Up." She said simply. When he got up he didn't even get to go to the bathroom. He was dragged out in cuffs into raw sunlight. He blinked and was quickly shoved forward by Kaga. He knew he was far in enemy territory. He was now on the Island of Sakura.

Though they were the enemy, he marveled at the culture. It was as if they weren't even at war. Beautiful flowers adorned the streets, children ran wildly and freely, and women chatted in cafe parlors. However, he saw the signs. Platoons of soldiers moved throughout the city. He saw companies board ships. Radio's played what he knew was war news. After sufficiently losing his sense of direction He was dragged to a rather imposing building. He was pushed in, where Akagi and Kaga took the lead.

"(We have an enemy commander.)" Akagi shoved Jack forward. "(Uh-huh.)" The clerk nodded. Then looked up "(There have been reports of overcrowding, let me check with my superior.)" The clerk stood up and Kaga huffed. "(C'mon)" She puffed, pushing him into a seat. The clerk returned quickly. "(I'm sorry to inform you, Kaga and Akagi. But there is no space.)" The clerk told them. Akagi slammed the desk, "(What do you mean 'no space'?!)" She shouted. Kaga looked pissed. "(I'm sorry but there really is no space)" The clerk shrugged. "(You going to have to take care of him.)" The clerk said. This outraged them even more. "(You want us! To take care of a prisoner!)" They shouted. "(You can't kill him because one, That's a war crime. And two, Being a commander they want him for intelligence purposes)" They huffed together, "(Fine!)" They dragged him out of the building. Jack could tell that he was going to suffer something worse than prison.

"This isn't a prison." Jack wondered. Kaga smacked him in the back of the head. "Be grateful Eagle!" Akagi said thickly. Jack snorted. "So you speak in more English than just orders?" He sneered. Kaga slapped him. "Silence!" She shouted. Jack shut up. "It's a temporary arrangement. Until the prisons get less crowded." Akagi said. "You'll live with us in the meantime." Kaga finished. "F*ck," Jack swore. Akagi went into a closet and came out with a broom and pan. "In the meantime, you earn your keep. You'll be doing all of our chores." She smiled. "Double F*ck," Jack swore again. She tosed the Broom and pan. "If you like your uniform the cleaning uniform is in the closet you saw me go into. I'm going to change. And don't try escaping. You're in enemy territory, Eagle territory is hundreds of miles away across oceans and recedes further every day." Akagi said and Kaga followed her. Jack turned to the closet, he walked over and opened it. His jaw dropped at the clothes. "I am not wearing those!" Thank god he had an undershirt. and some shorts underneath. He changed quickly, picked up the broom and pan, and started dusting and sweeping.
