Hey guys I am back with another horribly written one shot I wrote out of boredom.

"Barusu, I want you to fill this out before tomorrow at noon."

After Subaru finished his routine studying with Ram, he was given a sheet of paper with a handful of questions about the history of Luginica. All the color drained from his face as he instantly recognized what was in front of him.

Homework.

Ever since he was transported here, Subaru's shut-in lifestyle was left behind, instead being wrapped into his new life full of death, suffering, and the problems of attractive women.

Despite all the stress that came with escaping an assassin, lifting a curse, and explaining how kissing doesn't get you pregnant to his primary love interest, Subaru managed through it. While part of it was due to the fact that he was surrounded by waifus day and night, the absence of homework put his mind at ease.

So seeing the one thing he thought he would never have to see nor do again, you can't blame him for the anxiety brewing inside him, like the baby Emilia thought was growing inside her after her first kiss.

"Man dealing with a child would have been so much easier than doing homework." Subaru said to himself. Not knowing just how hard it is for young parents when they have an unexpected baby.

"If you don't finish, Barusu..." Ram emphasized his name and moved her face closer to the point where Subaru's vision was filled with the cold stare pink haired maid gave him.

"You will be penalized." Ram said in a more terrifying manner than any of his previous teachers have given him."

"Y-yes ma'am." Subaru stuttered as Ram pulled her head away from his.

"Good, now I will be taking my leave. I will check on your progress tomorrow." Ram turned her

head and left the room, leaving the mortified Subaru to his own devices.

"It sounded like if I fail to turn this in on time, then Ram would kill me." Subaru told himself.

"Alright then, it is time for me to do my homework." Subaru said with a new-found determination, not wanting to deal with the maid's wrath.

However, after glancing at the problems on his assignment, Subaru's' confidence level went back down to zero.

"On second thought, maybe I should do this later."

Subaru suddenly had the urge to take a bath. "Maybe a nice warm bath will help soothe my worries. He thought as he headed towards the bathroom.

But when Subaru arrived at the baths, to his dismay, the baths were filled with mayonnaise. Normally this sight would stir up his stomach, but the stress made him lose his hunger.

Subaru kept his head down as he slowly walked back towards his room. Once he entered his room, he immediately laid down on his bed. He quickly glanced at his desk, where his homework stayed untouched, before turning his attention to the ceiling.

"Maybe I will take a quick nap, and do it when I wake up." Subaru thought as he drifted off to sleep.

The next morning, Subaru woke up feeling refreshed. He then proceeded to do his morning routine. However, as he was brushing his teeth, suddenly had a weird feeling that he was forgetting something. Shrugging it off, he returned to his room to change his clothes.

Subaru continued his day normally, with the feeling of forgetting something becoming stronger and stronger. After a few hours he sat down by his desk to drink a cup of water.

The moment he sat down, he saw the piece of paper still laying there. Subaru felt a wave of panic as he looked at his metia in hopes he still had time.

His phone screen read exactly 12:00. Before Subaru could react, he heard the door open behind him.

"Have you completed your assignment," Ram asked coldly as she looked down upon the boy.

Subaru froze in place. What should he do? Should he make an excuse, or tell her the truth?

"Well?" Ram asked him impatiently. Taking a deep breath, Subaru managed to muster out his answer

"I.. may have forgotten to do it.." Subaru embarrassedly admitted. Ram gave no response at first, giving Subaru the false hope that he would be let off the hook.

"Barusu, you do know the conscience of not completing the tasks assigned to you is, don't you?" Ram asked angrily.

"A bad grade?" Subaru asked?

"No, the punishment is death!"

Before Subaru could answer, he felt pain surrounding his entire body, as he fell into the all too familiar grasp of death.

Next thing he knew, Subaru was back in his room after activating return by death.

"Barusu, I want you to fill this out before tomorrow at noon."

Subaru will not be escaping his homework anytime soon.

AN: Maybe I should do my English homework more, then my grammar wouldn't be so bad then.
