1.) An alliance with The Hidden Cloud was made by Tobirama Senju, meaning he was not assassinated.
2.) Hiruzen still becomes Third Hokage.
3.) Tobirama married and had a child but the wife died in child birth. 4.) Kakashi graduates two years after our protagonists completes the academy.
Chapter 1
Story Start:
Ichigo Senju , grandson of the second hokage was a very gifted child. He was considered a prodigy of the greatest kind. Of course he had accomplished many a things to earn this praise , unlocking his chakra at 4 years old , having an almost photographic memory and an above average IQ. And now at five years old after some intense taijutsu training from his father and some chakra manipulation training from his uncle( Hiruzen), he had finally started his academy.
Time skip (3 years)
Ichigo had finally graduated from the academy , it had been an early graduation. He was gonna meet his Jounin sensei. The eight year old boy ran towards the hokage's tower and pushed through the door to find two middle aged men the first being Hiruzen Sarutobi, The Third Hokage smoking a pipe while doing some paperwork. The second being a black haired man with a cross shaped scar on his chin, Danzo Shimura.
"Ahhhh! Ichigo you're finally here to meet your teacher." Says Hiruzen as he smiles at the white haired boy. "Good morning Hokage-Sama." Says Ichigo as he moves forwards and comes to halt when he reaches the front of the desk. "Good morning Ichigo , this man here is Danzo Shimura he will be overseeing your training until we can find a genin team for you. Until then you may take missions with other teams whenever they require assistance." Says The Third Hokage.
"Good morning Danzo sensei, I am very grateful you have decided to oversee my training. My name is Ichigo Senju and I look forward to your guidance" says Ichigo as he bows." You're very polite Ichigo San , I look forward to training a bright young shinobi like yourself." Says Danzo as he gives a ghost of a smile." You two can leave and get acquainted or maybe start training, I have field no.3 reserved for you two." Says hiruzen as he gets back to the mountain of paper work on his table. "Let's go Ichigo San." Says Danzo as he starts moving. Ichigo complies and in sometime they reach the field.
Ichigo explains his skills which are basic taijutsu knowledge, shurikenjutsu and two c rank water techniques which he was taught by his father. Danzo explains the training regime Ichigo will have to go through and his responsibilities as he moves through the ranks and that he should do whatever he can to strengthen the village. That day just introductions happen and Ichigo goes back home to the Senju compound where he greets his grandfather.
" How did the day go? Who is your sensei?" Asks Tobirama as he ruffles Ichigo's hair. " It went very well , I have been assigned Danzo sensei as my teacher." Replies Ichigo smiling. "He's a good shinobi but his methods can be very extreme and sometimes unnecessary." Says Tobirama as he knew about Danzo's expanding organisation, The Root.
"When will we start Sealing training grandfather?" asks in Ichigo as he was very eager to start learning sealing." We will be starting today." Replies Tobirama making his grandson jump in excitement. Tobirama and Ichigo go the scroll library and Ichigo starts reading the basics of sealing, in the first week he is able to now make working storage seals. Side by side , he is also physically trained by Danzo who puts him through sparring sessions , exercise regimes and sometimes D rank missions.
On the weekend, after training Ichigo goes and visits the graveyard. He visits the grave of his father and mother. His father, Kenichi Senju had been a Jounin who died in an ambush taking the whole of the enemy force with him as he died allowing all other shinobi to escape." I finally became a shinobi , grandfather has been training me and I have been very hard. I promise to make you two very proud." Says Ichigo as he bends down and puts down a bouquet of flowers while doing this a few tears escape his eyes.
Time Skip:2 years
In the following two years Ichigo is able to become a level six sealing master, a feat no one had accomplished before not even Mito Uzumaki. He is also trained in ninjutsu and kenjutsu(His elements are water and earth and yeah everyone knows where I'm going with this.). At the end of this two years Ichigo is able to become Chunin , a fact that Danzo was very proud of, so much so that he gave Ichigo a summoning contract of Tapirs ( Danzo's elephant-like summon).
Ichigo was heading towards the hokage's office , he opens the door and is greeted by a blonde , blue eyed man along with the hokage. He greets them back." Ichigo I think it's finally time that we get a genin team for you, you already have been promoted to chunin. I would like you to meet Minato Namikaze, a Jounin of team seven. You will be joining his team as a Chunin." says The Third Hokage as he smiles." Greetings Minato sensei , my name is Ichigo Senju. I look forward to working with you" says Ichigo as he bows.
"Nice to meet you Ichigo San just call me Minato and I look forward to teaching you as well. You're very talented to have made chunin at such a young age." Compliments Minato as he smiles towards Ichigo who smiles back." Tomorrow come to training ground seven to get acquaintedwith the rest of the team." Says The Third Hokage." Yes Hokage Sama" says Ichigo as he bows once again and heads back to the compound. He spends the rest of day training and heads to bed after night falls.
