Tarzan in Ahtohallan
Your voice carries out into space. Colored insignias of the elements glow above now like stars.
"Mother?"
"You..."
His world stills. Everything feels hot. He turns his head on a rusty neck.
Iduna stands behind him in that purple dress he seen, her reddish brown yet also dark hair up in her signature braid, in a crown-twist bun.
"Mother" Before she was a vision, a reflection in ice, but now she stands before him.
She steps forward to you, looking both at you and into your eyes
It's his mother, his human mother...
Kala will always be his mother... and meeting Iduna now felt the same way as when Kala found him at that treehouse so long ago
She has the same eyes... Her beautiful, nurturing eyes.
Her face is thinner than Anna, but her face and eyes resemble Anna's.
Her greenish blue eyes looked into him as if confused
"You...it can't be..."
It's like she's struggling to remember him...
Next her hands covered her mouth and she can't stop the tears.
She placed one of her hands at his face, gently sliding down his cheek
"You were so small when I had you before I..."
Her eyes were teary
"I can't believe it's you John..."
He stretches out his arms and she embraces him.
He came looking for her, but it feels like she found him too
She's warm, so warm. Her hands rub circles into his back as she stains his shoulder with tears.
Her cries carry all throughout the tunnels of the glacier.
"It's okay. I'm here, I'm here," he says.
"I thought I lost you..."
Tarzan places his hand on the back of her head
"I would blame you...if I didn't know what happened. There was nothing you could do... "
He then looks at her again as he wipes a tear from your cheek
"But I don't understand... H-How are you here?"
Iduna sadly chuckles, letting him go from her bear hugs...
With his hand in hers
"All those who come from magic return to it someday. I can come back here in Ahtohallan..."
She runs a hand through your hair
"But I never thought you'd come back to me. You're so beautiful...like your father, like Agnarr"
Her hands dance along his own.
"You called to me. Sang to me."
"Yes... but I was calling for Elsa... and looks like you can hear me too"
She giggles and strokes your nose "You also have his nose"
Tarzan - Why are you here? Why didn't you come outside ?
Iduna frowns, distraught. The lines of her face deepen. "No. I can only emerge in Ahtohallan." She narrows her eyes.
T - "That's why... But I've seen you in my dreams in the forest"
Iduna - Ah yes. Ahtohallan allows to enter the dreams of others. The realm of sleep and realm of death are closely tied.
Tarzan - What is this place? I hear it's magical source but is there more to it...
She bops your cheek with a finger funnily
Iduna - It's actually more than that"
She waves her hand as the mist forms back into a reflective surface
It shows memories but this time it's not just Anna and Elsa's lives shown throguh reflections, there are other people and creatures he's never seen before. Some of them were showing kids riding on a bird like lizard while others show people with tails swimming through the water
He recognised them from the books in the passage
"Those are mermaids?"
Iduna - Or world is fileld with a lot of unbelievable things. Ahtohallan is connected to the water that spreads as far as the entire world
Iduna points at the reflection of winged creature
"That one for example is a mythical dragon. The man on it is your ancestor Hiccup Haddock"
Tarzan - Ancestor? Are they all my ancestors too?
Tarzan points at the reflection of a girl swimming on a boat
Iduna - That one's name was Moana, she was one of the ocean's chosen ones. My brother Jack was one of them.
Tarzan - The ocean's chosens? It is alive?
Iduna - The ocean has an essence and will of it's own. It's self aware and intelligent, it cares about the world around it. And seeks those willing to help.
He then finds Iduna's hand on his shoulder
Iduna - It is both more ancient than humankind... and also bigger than what many people can ever become...except for select few. Elsa is a very special exception
Tarzan - Where is she now? She didn't come back when Anna send her a letter...
Iduna - I don't know... We can feel her presence but we cannot call to her... something is blocking ahtohallan but we haven't learned what is it.
Tarzan - Can I do anything to help?
Iduna - And that's where you come in, you have a very close affinity with nature. Whereas your sisters are two sdies of one bridge , you are the man who is standing on that bridge. Forever dangling in between the two worlds.
T - So I'm a half man and half spirit like Elsa?
Iduna smiirks "You have potential as powerful as Elsa, and you have a heart as fierce as Anna's.
Tarzan wodners "If that's so then what about Anna's child?
"I heard what Yelena told Anna the night before she died"
He had a good sense of smell and hearing that excelled many human beings and allowed him to hear their talk
"And while at it, do you know anything about the troll Bron?"
Iduna - We do and that will be told... but first you have to do something.
Then a pinnacle of ice rises up in the form of a star
"John please place your hand here"
Tarzan looks at the panel, slowly he did as she said
Iduna places her fingers on Tarzan's temples "Listen we will now go into your mind and see what you saw"
Tarzan - Why? You don't trust me?
iduna - I do... But ahtohallan is a river full of memories and vast knowledge... it is intrigued to see yours as well"
Tarzan slowly nods in agreement
And so she does, searching through his memories
And she sees everything, at the same time Tarzan's eyes turned bright green. From the hardships in his childhood, to many ravaging challenges including the bloodlusty Sabor and a ruthless hunter Clayton
It pained them to see those parts but among them they also experienced the good ones, of his mother Kala, his friends Tantor and Terk, of Sora and his friends too and Jane with her father...even his father figure Kerchak
Iduna - You were an outcast...like her"
T - like elsa, why did you lock her away?
Iduna - I'm regretting it to this day...that I couldn't help her. You were like her but unlike us the gorilla tribe helped and accepted you...it's upsetting to realise that animals of the jungle turn out to be smarter than you
Tarzan looks at the mist around them wondering something...
Iduna - Jane...she is clsoe to you isn't she?
Tarzan - Well, she is my-
You watch her, eyes wide then there was silence
All you see is darkness the next moment, you can't see anyone. Not Iduna, not anything even your own body dissapeared.
All that you could see was nothingness for a while
Eternity passes.
As the thought came to you that something went very wrong
"Don't worry my boy, I'll take good care of you"
Everything goes according to my design haha. Now really adding 'How to train your dragon , Moana , little meramid and more was interesting. I coualdn't let that kind of opportunity slide.
But of course so far Tarzan had it good, except for enarly drowning in sea...but now someone seeems to have gotten to him, can't say who yet but I an say one thing : It'll be troublesome
