A dark night, everyone was going to sleep. People closed their eyes and rested their heads. Everyone needs sleep, even the bad people. One night, in particular, no one knows where it came from. Or how it got there. It was just there. A door. Was the only entrance in. A simple black door. With the words 'Where do you want to go?'

No one has ever entered, many claim to hear noises from the inside of this large building. Noises like growling, chewing, scratching. Was it a dog? Was someone trapped? Or was it dangerous? No one knows. Some tried to break the brick wall with a bulldozer, yet the building was unharmed by any attempts of a break in. No one ever seen anyone enter or leave. Yet the lights from inside were always on. So bright. Just like the sun. What was in there? No one knew.

That, of course, was going to change.

Recently, a female hacker by the name of Abigail had been surfing through her computer and trolled online. It was a rainy Saturday morning, what else could she do? She played her favorite games and trolled many online strangers or even hacked their computers if she was feeling it. She, obviously, heard about the mysterious building but never put too much thought to it. She lived alone, her family were out of the country and she moved to finish her degree in technology. School wouldn't start for another 2 months, so she didn't have much to do. Abigail, although, did have a neighbor who, fortunately, was her best friend. Both finishing the same degree. Abigail looked up at her cieling and sighed. Her sigh bounce across the walls and onto the floor slowly silented by the pouring rain from outdoor. Right now, she did wish she was traveling the world but she can't afford risking not being able to afford school supplies. She was on a budget, in other words. Such a silly thing, yet a huge opportunity for her. Hoping her skin color wouldn't the reason she won't get a job. An ugliness going around the city. A small word. A huge impact. People let the word slip, and many angrily kicked their door down for an apology. An ugliness outside her door. A war. Abigail isn't a full grown adult yet. College is just a path. A path to the end. The end and seeing the light. The light of a beautiful, yet disgusting war outside her door. Suddenly, a gentle knock on her oak door. Abigail groaned, feeling lazy, and yelled out "Who is it?" yet no one replied. She heard such silence before. Before her father was killed by the men in blue. Abigail shook her head. No, one blue man shouldn't be the reason why she hates blue and red lights. Abigail reluctantly got up from her seat and walked to front door. A weird timing to be here. She turned the corner and noticed immediately her door was open. She looked around, grabbed her baseball bat, which was conveniently lying around, and looked out her door. No one to be in sight. She checked her doors lock maybe to see if it were unlocked, the door was completely locked. She closed her door and started to inspect her house. No one to be seen. Hell, the house was untouched. She went back to her room and saw her window was open and wet footprints nearby. The footprints were both coming inside and outside of her window. Someone WAS in her house. They must've entered her room while she went to front door. Abigail's eyes looked towards her bed and saw a package with no address from where it came from. Nothing but words on it. A handwritten message that said "Time to explore, Abigail." Abigail's heart started to pound quickly and her breathing got faster. Her vision blurry. Who? Why? What? were the thoughts Abigail had in her mind. She ran to her computer and shakily typed a message to her friend "Gaby! SOS! Get here now!" Abigail looked out her window and saw more footprints at the bottom of the building. There were two tracks of footprints. One coming inwards and one outwards. Abigail felt dizzy, how can such a person run quietly and quickly without being spotted. Abigail heard Gaby's voice "Aby! I'm here! What's wrong?" Finally, a person. Abigail knows she isn't alone. Someone's there to see her. To protect her. Abigail opened the door, nearly hitting herself, quickly grabbed Gaby inside and closed the door. "Girl, what's wrong? I got your message." Abigail took a deep breath and said "Someone came into my house. I heard a knock and went and my door was f*cking open! And then my window was open with footprints and a package!" Both girls went upstairs and both inspected the package. "Well, what's in it?" "I have no idea." Abigail saw Gaby looked out her window. "Well, we should call the police." Abigail looked at Gabriella and shook her head. "They wouldn't belive me. Plus they are already suspecting me for the disappearance of Ben." Gabrielle scoffed. "Well f*uck! What should we do now?" "...I don't know..." The two girls stared at the package. The package seem to stare back. It was trying to lure them in. To open it. To see what's inside. Out of no where Aby felt as if everything in her room was watching her. All breathing near her. She felt the hot warm breath of carbon dioxide and the cold inhale of Oxygen. The eyes. The same ones from the night of her dad's death. The blood thirsty man in blue staring at her with a smile. Her dad's eyes looking at her, such shine could fool her but she knew the look of dead eyes. The long stare at the sky, no blink, no breath, nothing but a stare. "Open it." whispered Aby. Gabrielle looked at her. "What if it's something we'll regret?" Abigail proceeded to stare at the box. "Open the box" she whispered louder. Gaby hesitantly opened the package. Slowly the box started to unfold, and share it's secrets. The besties looked into the box and saw nothing but a USB. "Go plug it in your laptop.." this time whispered Gaby. Abigail pulls out her laptop from the wooden oak drawer next to her bed and puts the USB in. She opens the laptop and a within a few seconds of downloading her screen went blank. Suddenly the screen turns white, then red, then black with the words Loading on it.

Now, for me and you. It was just a second. But for the girls, hours went by. Hours. Gabrielle had to leave. Abigail went about her day. Hell, her laptop died hours ago, but the loading didn't let it die. It went on. It is currently 2:98 A.M. Near the devil's hour. Such cheesy horror. Abigail was asleep. She heard the ding on her laptop and looked. It was complete. Abigail sat up. And clicked Continue. A short video? Seems simple enough.
