This is my first attempt at a time travel story. I'm still on the on the Punk Hazard Arc. The beginning of this story will take place after the War Arc. This is also going to be a harem story. Although its going to be mostly Luffy X Boa Hancock. Seriously, those two have so much in common! Btw, I read the manga, so I'll be referring to the manga for this story.

The Journey of A Monkey and A Boa( With A Few Others)

Amazon Lily, the island that was once a beautiful home for the Kuja Tribe, now looked like hell on high water. The heat was unbearable, the scorching fire couldn't be put out, and the magma destroyed so many buildings. How did this happen? What monstrosity could've caused so much destruction. The man behind this was none other than Akainu Sakazuki. One of the three fleet admirals.

Sakazuki is a strident follower of Absolute Justice, to the point where his extremism prompted an equally high-ranking colleague to resign from the Navy. He believes that a person's heritage is a reflection of how big of a threat they pose - a belief which caused him to target Portgaz D. Ace and Monkey D. Luffy during the Battle of Navyford for the purpose of purging their "bad blood", which ultimately led him to personally kill Ace and attempt to kill Luffy, which he failed to do - managing only to leave a massive scar on his chest. Sakazuki is an incredibly tall, light-skinned, unusually muscular man (the most muscular of the former admirals). He's about as tall as his fellow admirals, with a square-shaped face, very pronounced facial features and short black hair.

He was here on Amazon Lily to finish off Monkey D. Luffy, captain of the Straw Hats. After he recovered from Whitebeard's attacks, he received a tip from Doflamingo, also known as one of the Shichibukai, that Straw Hat Luffy escaped to Amazon Lily. He figured out that Boa Hancock was in cahoots with Straw Hat. He also realized that it was her who helped him infiltrate Impel Down. He never trusted that woman anyway. Since she betrayed the World Government, her status as Shichibukai was removed. Which gave the marines the right to attack Amazon Lily. But Akainu wanted to this himself.

And here was the current situation. Only Luffy and Boa Hancock were the only survivors left. Akainu killed off all the Kuja Tribe, including Hancock's sisters and Gloriosa. He even managed to kill Rayleigh and Jimbei. Although it wasn't an easy fight. They managed to wound Akainu, but in the end, they fell to him. Luffy enraged, decided to battle Akainu again. Even though Akainu was wounded, he still didn't lose to Luffy. Luffy on the other hand, was mortally wounded. He had burn marks all over his body, He also had internal bleeding, and the scar he had was opened and blood poured out.

Akainu smiled. "You know Straw Hat. This wouldn't have happened if you didn't get in our way!" Luffy glared at him with all the hate he had. "You...You're the reason why Ace is dead!" Luffy roared out. Akainu crossed his arms while he had a dark smirk. "Really? Because the way I see it, your brother was stupid enough to sacrifice himself for his even stupider brother!" Luffy had veins appear on his face. "DON'T YOU DARE TALK ABOUT ACE!" "Why not? He's the son of that filthy pirate Gol D. Roger! I'm happy that his family is sent to hell, along with that bastard of a son!"

That was the last straw for Luffy. He stretched his arm. "Gomu Gomu, Pistol!" He stretched his arm out to punch him. The fleet admiral simply stepped to the side as he engulfed his hand in magma. "Too slow." He grabbed Luffy's right arm. "AAAHHHHH!" Cried out Luffy in pain. The magma was eating his flesh. Boa couldn't take it anymore. "Enough! Stop hurting him!" She pleaded. Akainu let go of Luffy's arm. Luffy's arm was heavily bleeding and you could see the bone. Akainu crossed his arms."Boa Hancock. I've got to know? Why would you betray the World Government? Was it for treasure? Escape? Your selfishness? I got to know why a dumb bitch like yourself would stoop this low for a pirate like him?" Akainu questioned.

A shadow covered her eyes. "Your right. I am a dumb bitch." Akainu raised an eyebrow. "Ever since I was taken prisoner by the monsters you call the Tenryūbito, I was afraid of being hurt again. That's why I always acted stoic and arrogant, even became a government dogs for you people. It wasn't until I met Monkey D. Luffy that I wanted to be free from you animals!" She turned to Luffy who was holding his wounded arm. "He never cared about the World Government and I shouldn't have." She revealed her hate filled eyes while she also welled up tears. "Because I did trusted you monsters! You invaded my home and killed my family! Including Rayleigh and Jimbei!" She roared out. Akainu smiled. "They were associates with the previous Pirate King, we, the Marines are the heroes of this Pirate World!"

Boa snarled at him. "Heroes? More like demons in human clothing. You people ruin lives just to get what you want! I heard you animals killed mothers who were pregnant just because Gol D. Roger had a wife!" Luffy grew sick at hearing those words. He remembered Ace asking if he should've been born. He denied his existence because he was the son of the late Pirate King. Akainu facial expression remained the same. "...I'll admit Boa Hancock, our methods are extreme. But we as the Marines uphold an honor of bringing absolute justice!" He pointed to Luffy. "It's because of scum like him! That we Marines are born! We are the cure to the poison of these so called 'pirates'! Anyone who stands in the way of the Marines...No, the World Government! Then they'll be erased from existence!"

Luffy was angered by Akainu's words. This was one of the reasons why he would never become a Marine. He knew there were good Marines like Coby, Taishigi, Smoker, even his grandpa. But most of them are power hungry humans who think they are gods and enforce their powers. He met people like Morgan and Nezumi who are the opposite of Marines. It was because of them the name Marines fell from grace.

"...Before I kill you two, I have a surprise for Monkey D. Luffy, GET THE TREASURE CHEST!" A Marine officer drenched with sweat carried a treasure chest and dropped it. Both Luffy and Boa were confused. Akainu gained a dark smile. "You should know Straw Hat, that I had Bartholomew Kuma tell me exactly where he send the rest of your crew." Luffy widens his eyes. "No...You didn't..." His smile didn't leave him. "Oh...I did Straw Hat. Let's just say that your crew is all in hell." He opened the chest to bring out a ruined black top hat. "Brook..." He also brought out broken shades belonging to a certain cyborg. "Franky..." He continued to bring out items. A ruined cowgirl hat, a ruined red top hat, destroyed black boots. "No...Stop...They can't be dead! Robin, Chopper, and Sanji CAN'T BE DEAD!" Luffy cried out with tears in his eyes.

Akainu brought out a broken headgear belonging to Usopp. "The coward didn't even put up a fight. You shouldn't have brought that weakling to your crew!" He took out a staff that was beyond repairs. "The selfish bitch was even weaker than that coward of a pirate!" The cherry on top was three broken swords belonging to Zoro. "Roronoa Zoro actually proved to be a challenge, too bad he didn't give up! It would've saved him a quick death! Oh, I also killed Garp for insubordination! That old geezer should've learned not to mess with a Fleet Admiral!

Luffy broke down crying. He clawed the ground. "WHY...WHY DID YOU DO THIS?! WHY DID YOU KILL MY NAKAMA!?" Akainu walked to the rubberman. Looking down on him. "Because they met you." Luffy looked up at him. "Out of all the pirates I met throughout my life, you have to be the dumbest out of the bunch. Being the son of Dragon and the grandson of Garp, I expected you to actually be a challenge." He grabbed Luffy's straw hat. "GIVE THAT BACK! IT'S MY TREASURE!" Akainu stomped Luffy on the head, causing him to bleed.

Akainu had a face of digust. "INSTEAD, ITS A DUMBASS LIKE YOU THAT'S CAUSING THIS MUCH HELL FOR THE WORLD GOVERNMENT! YOU MANAGED TO RUIN WHAT WE, THE MARINES, HAVE CRAVED FOR MANY YEARS! ALL BECAUSE YOU WANT TO BE 'THE PIRATE KING'! WELL GUESS WHAT?! YOU'LL NEVER ACHIEVE THAT DREAM AND DO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY?! BECAUSE A IDIOTIC, MORNIC, DUMBASS LIKE YOU HAS ZERO CHANCE OF ACHIEVING THAT TITLE, EVEN RED-HAIR SHANKS HAS MORE OF A CHANCE THAN YOU! HOW MANY TIMES HAS THIS CREW OF YOURS, ALMOST DIED FOR YOU? THEIR DEAD BECAUSE OF YOU! EVEN FIRE-FIST ACE DIED FOR YOU! DON'T YOU GET IT?! YOUR THE REASON WHY THEY'RE DEAD!" He used magma to destroy Shanks' hat.

And like that, Luffy's bravado was gone, it's like his heart was broken into two. Luffy just sobbed. It was his fault that his crew was dead, it was his fault that Ace was dead, more importantly, he failed Shanks. "Your right...This is my fault." "BULLSHIT!" They both turned to Boa.

"I refuse to believe that the man I fell in love with, would blame himself!" Boa roared out. "In love?" Luffy questioned.

"Monkey D. Luffy! If you think you caused this! Then your a bigger idiot than I thought! Out of all the men I met in my life! Your the one who is most pure! You didn't even fall for my MERO MERO powers! I admired, respected, even loved you for how committed and noble you are! Don't believe what that volcano man says! You shouldn't give up like this! What would your crew say if they saw you like this?!"

Luffy's eyes were shadowed. Steam started coming out from his body. "Your right..." His body turned red. He vanished from Akainu's eyes. He appeared in front of him. "IF I GIVE UP NOW! THEN I CAN'T BECOME THE PIRATE KING! THIS IS FOR ALL MY NAKAMA AND ACE!" His injured arm turned black. "GOMU GOMU, RED HAWK!" His arm was engulfed in flames as he landed a direct hit. Akainu coughed off blood as he was send flying while his hat was removed.

Luffy arm returned to normal as he fell to the ground. "LUFFY!" Boa ran to him. "Luffy! Are you okay!?" Luffy gave her a weak smile. "Shishishi! Of course!" He then frowned. "I can't believe this happened...All my friends...gone." Tears poured out from his eyes. "I've failed them! I FAILED THEM!" He was hugged by Boa, who was also crying. "Stop...Please stop blaming yourself...You didn't know this would happen...I ask of you Luffy...Please don't blame yourself." "WHY? WHY SHOULDN'T I! ALL MY CREW ARE GONE! MY BROTHER'S DEAD! SO IS GRANDPA! MY DAD WOULDN'T EVEN CARE FOR ME! WHO WILL COMFORT ME?!"

The next thing Luffy knew, Boa's lips was on Luffy's lips. Luffy didn't know this feeling, but it felt good, sweet even! The kissing ended. Boa was holding Luffy's face. "You want to know who Luffy? Me! I LOVE YOU MONKEY D. LUFFY! AND NOTHING'S GOING TO CHANGE THAT!" Luffy smiled. He never knew what love was, but he felt it coming from Boa Hancock.

"Isn't that nice?" They both turned to Akainu without his hat. He had blood coming out of his mouth, and was limping, but other than that, he was fine. Although pissed. "I think after I kill you both, I'll kill everyone who was ever associated with Straw Hat. Starting with the Alabasta Kingdom!"

"HANCOCK! GET OUT OF HERE!" She shook her head. "NO LUFFY! I'M NOT LEAVING YOU!" She hugged him while she cried. "I rather die with you." Luffy smiled while he also cried. "Thank you...Thank you Boa...I-" Before he could finish, Akainu jabbed his magma arm into the hearts of Boa and Luffy, ending both their lives. "Love...you...too" They both fell to the ground, blood pouring out from their bodies.

Akainu stood their and laughed manically, proud of his work.

"I DID IT! I KILLED THE SON OF DRAGON! ONCE AGAIN ABSOLUTE JUSTICE PREVAILS!"

Unknown to him, a black cloaked figure dashed near Luffy and Boa.

"I can still save them."

Akainu then saw the cloaked individual.

"Who the hell are you!?"

"Let's say I'm a man from a place who despises your ideals you demon."

"Who ever you are, those who stand in the way of Absolute Justice deserves to die!" Akainu roared as he shot some lava at the mysterious figure hoping to kill him as he just stood there. The magma hit home.

"Hmph! What a fool!"

"The real fool is you!" Akainu heard the voice but didn't see where he was.

He saw that the lava only damaged the ground, meaning that the mysterious figure, Luffy, and Boa somehow escaped.

"WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU?!" Akainu yelled out.

"I'm not telling you because you'll never find us!"

"WHAT?!"

"That's right Akainu! You may think that you won, but in reality, this was a hollow victory! By the time you realize the truth, it will be too late for you, and the World Government! That's right Monkey D. Luffy will destroy the World Government and you're so called "ABSOLUTE JUSTICE!"

"Who...Are you?!"

"Me? Since you'll never see me again, all you need to know is that I'm a D! And you should know that we Ds don't give up! Goodbye Akainu! Hope we never met again!"

And the voice stopped. Levaing Akainu in deep thought.
